“Has Android and iPhone apps

Pros

Impressed by how simple it is to use and how many features it has. There are dedicated iPhone and Android apps and I rely on the powerful import/export tools to perform bulk updates quickly.

Cons

One thing I miss is history-based reporting for recently changed assets for example, a timestamped activity report that lists everything edited or moved within a given period, like the last 24 hours. We depend on this because when an asset is relocated I have to make matching entries in our separate accounting system and a simple time-based audit would save a lot of manual reconciliation.

“Self-explanatory program

Pros

What I really like is how flexible it is and the report-writing features. The bulk of the app is user-friendly and as long as you avoid hitting the delete key, it's simple to correct errors. The mass update and repeat functions are fantastic.

Cons

I've run into a few mismatches that I couldn't figure out on my own so I had to reach out to customer support to sort them out. While the technical crew is very helpful and responsive, I'd prefer more tools or guidance so I can troubleshoot these problems myself.

“No guidance on how to use it

Pros

I get many useful features. I can track nearly everything, generate reports, do a lot with my items and monitor all my assets.

Cons

I couldn't figure out how to use many features because there is no decent tutorial or on-site manual and when I set up my account across multiple screens I realized I didn't know what I could actually do at all.

“Easy to understand

Pros

It is extremely userfriendly and I can't believe it's free. I didn't even have to watch the video tutorials!

Cons

Would love a feature to set alerts on items when they reach a specific reorder level because that would help a lot. Apart from that, I find it absolutely perfect!
