Pros
One thing that really worked for me with this tool was how it manages work orders and PM records. The task library has been pretty handy too and I like being able to split up and arrange sites with the partition setup. On top of that, the import moved along at a decent pace and I got great help from the support team once we were live.
Cons
The setup process was the toughest part for me. Some data was missing or transferred incorrectly which meant I had to spend extra time fixing things myself. The training also felt a bit limited, so during the rollout I didn't always feel as prepared as I would have liked.

Pros
The best part for me has been the support team. Anytime I send an email with a question, I hear back pretty quickly and they're always really helpful. They do a good job of sorting out problems or explaining whatever I need without making it complicated.
Cons
One improvement I'd like to see is better handling of vendor numbers. At the moment, I still have to manually check the last number I entered. It would be much easier if the software automatically moved to the next available vendor number.

So far, I've had a really good experience with this service. It feels like a full package and I still haven't even explored everything it offers yet. There's a lot built in from what I've seen, so it feels like I'm getting a lot for the money. I'm also getting ready to use the work order and scheduling tools more and that makes me feel like there's still a ton of value and potential left for me to discover in the program.
Cons
When someone is completely new to the system, it's not always obvious how everything connects. It can take some time to understand how all the pieces work together. Because of that initial learning phase, some users might assume the software is more limited than it actually is before they fully explore it.

The biggest plus for me is how much we can tailor this tool to fit the way we want it to look and work. That kind of flexibility has been really useful for our team. I've also gotten a lot of value from the mobile app since it helps us work in a more sustainable way and keeps things moving faster day to day.
Cons
A few parts still feel rough to me. The single work order with multiple assets setup needs more work and I've had problems with assets not coming in right from Excel files which messes up the Asset Trees. Another frustration is support. When chat can't fix the problem, the follow-up can take a while. I'd really like a more direct path to the advanced implementation team when the issue is more technical.

Pros
One thing I really enjoyed was the group dynamic. The people together made it feel welcoming and that brought out a lot of conversations on all kinds of topics. The format also felt pretty flexible to me which made the whole experience feel more relaxed and comfortable overall.
Cons
The instructor was friendly and easy to talk to and I appreciated that. Still, the class moved way too fast for me. During a lot of the training, the speed made it hard to stay with everything, so I didn't feel like I had enough time to fully take things in and keep up.

customer support is perfect!! Whenever I need help, I get quick and accurate answers and the instructions are clear enough that I can follow them without getting lost. The reporting tools have also been really useful in my daily work. On top of that, being able to share information with people who don't even have an account has made things a lot more convenient for me.
Cons
At the beginning, there are quite a few setup fields to go through, so it can feel like a lot at first. Still, to me, that's just part of learning a new system. As I keep using it and spend more time in it, I get more comfortable and understand better how everything connects.

it is great that how clearly I can see everything going on in the system. There's a lot of transparency, so keeping track of what's been completed doesn't take much guessing at all. Another thing I've really liked is how much the platform is capable of. It feels like there's a wide range of things built in and I can tell there's a lot you can do with it. The reporting has also been really great for me and gives me insights that actually help.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that the system can feel a bit involved sometimes and needs more attention than I expected at first. For me, that seems to be more about still learning how to use it the right way than an actual problem with the software. The more time I put into understanding the features, the more it feels like there's even more value I haven't tapped into yet.

it is perfect now to hand out tasks and keep the team's workload balanced without things getting messy. The asset lifecycle and maintenance tracking tools have also been super useful for me, especially when I need to manage equipment and keep a close eye on work orders. Another big plus is the mobile app. I've used it a lot while on-site and it makes dealing with work orders way more practical during the day.
Cons
scheduler was the part that gave me the most issues, though it does seem better now than it used to be. I also had a couple of problems with documents at one point but those got fixed pretty fast from what I saw.

One thing I really like is how flexible this system is. I can adjust parts of it, rebuild things when needed and make it work the way I want instead of dealing with something too locked down. That has also helped it fit in really well with my team's workflow. The platform gives me plenty of room to customize which makes it feel a lot more useful for the way we work.
Cons
some things are still hard for me to find and it can take longer than I want to track down the right item. The backend also feels a bit clunky at times. I'd like it a lot more if that side was more user-friendly, because right now it takes extra time and effort to get around.

Pros
Having our procedures right inside the CMMS has been a big plus for me. I don't have to mess with paper SOPs anymore or jump into another system just to look something up and that keeps everything a lot more together. Another part that really helps is how the software creates preventive maintenance work from meter readings automatically. That saves me time and makes it a lot easier to stay on top of regular upkeep.
Cons
main thing I still want is a yearly calendar so I can look ahead at upcoming PMs. That would help me plan farther out without guessing. The Scheduler also feels like it needs some work, mostly in the monthly view. Right now, I'd like that layout to show more detail and be more useful for month-by-month planning.

After spending time with this tool, I've had a pretty good experience overall. Once I got used to where things are, it started to feel natural, especially for handling work orders and preventive maintenance. Moving through the system hasn't been too hard for me and the ability to tweak dashboards, reports and workflows is a big win. That flexibility lets me shape it around my industry instead of trying to fit into a one-size-fits-all setup. Another thing that has helped a lot is the mobile access. Field techs can check details and update records while they're out working which makes day-to-day tasks a lot more practical. I've also had really helpful interactions with the support team and they've been quick to respond when I needed them. On top of that, inventory tracking and work order functions still come in handy when the internet is weak or completely down and that's been valuable for me.
Cons
Even with the good parts, I've had some issues here and there. The layout can feel a little messy at times, mainly when there are too many choices on the screen or when I'm trying to work through different orders. Setting up work orders and purchase orders the way I want has also been harder than expected unless support steps in. I've also run into some lag and random bugs now and then, mostly during data uploads and with a few charting or visual features and that can break my momentum.

Since switching to this software, I've had a much better handle on tracking, scheduling and managing our field service techs. It also gives me really helpful preventive maintenance data, so I can catch problems sooner instead of dealing with them after the fact. Another big plus for me is the digital records and customer survey input. They help me keep a closer eye on what's going on in the field and give me a better sense of how customers feel about the service which has been really useful for quality checks.
Cons
The biggest issue on my end has been getting everyone to fully buy into the change, so the rollout has been a little bumpy in a few cases. Still, those situations have been pretty limited and honestly haven't affected my overall experience very much.

I've had a really good experience with it overall. The reports and dashboards section pulled me in right away because it helps me get through my work quicker and look into data on my own. That part of the platform gives me the freedom to check details without having to depend on someone else all the time.
Cons
The main downside I've run into is in Fluke Mobile. The work order request list and the work order list show up in chunky sections, so it's not very practical to look through. The work order history screen could also be better. Another thing that bothers me is that on the work order request page in Fluke Mobile, I can't use or keep the same filters that are available on the work orders page.
