Pros
Customer support is what stands out the most for me. Whenever I need help, I'm guided step by step instead of being left to figure things out on my own. Having a dedicated contact person is a huge plus because they already understand my business, how I work and what I need from the platform.
Cons
haven't come across any major dislikes so far. I also wish uploading images were more easy, uploading photos directly to each asset instead of going through a photo manager would save a couple of extra steps.

Pros
I really appreciate how the software keeps evolving. I've noticed regular updates that genuinely improve the experience over time. Each release seems faster and more modern which makes using it more enjoyable. I also like the new page for submitting ideas, it feels like a valuable addition that lets me have a voice in the platform's development.
Cons
One thing I still want is a quicker way to add items to the assignments table in X4. I also see that making that part faster would improve overall efficiency.

Cons
What has been frustrating for me is the constant stream of updates. I also notice that with each change, some reports stop functioning as accurately as before which leads to incorrect results.

The work order feature, along with several other tools built into the platform, has been really helpful for our daily operations. From my experience, it supports us in practical ways and makes it easier to stay on top of what needs to get done.
