helpful support and dedicated service

Pros

Customer support is what stands out the most for me. Whenever I need help, I'm guided step by step instead of being left to figure things out on my own. Having a dedicated contact person is a huge plus because they already understand my business, how I work and what I need from the platform.

Cons

haven't come across any major dislikes so far. I also wish uploading images were more easy, uploading photos directly to each asset instead of going through a photo manager would save a couple of extra steps.

constantly improving and modern

Pros

I really appreciate how the software keeps evolving. I've noticed regular updates that genuinely improve the experience over time. Each release seems faster and more modern which makes using it more enjoyable. I also like the new page for submitting ideas, it feels like a valuable addition that lets me have a voice in the platform's development.

Cons

One thing I still want is a quicker way to add items to the assignments table in X4. I also see that making that part faster would improve overall efficiency.

cloud reporting that delivers

Pros

Being cloud-based is a major advantage for me because I can access the platform from anywhere without being tied to a single device. The reporting features have been really useful too, pulling the information I need feels simple and practical for daily tasks. On top of that, list filtering has helped me quickly narrow down items and stay organized.

Cons

haven't run into anything I dislike about this tool. I also find that it handles everything I need without giving me any real issues to complain about.

powerful reports but frustrating updates

Pros

I really value the ability to run detailed, multi-layered reports. From my experience, that reporting capability is one of the strongest features and gives me access to the data I need in a practical way.

Cons

What has been frustrating for me is the constant stream of updates. I also notice that with each change, some reports stop functioning as accurately as before which leads to incorrect results.

Pros

I've been using this tool for over a year now and I'm genuinely very happy with the results. The software itself works reliably and the training and support provided along the way have been excellent.

Cons

There isn't much for me to complain about. I also wish I could make use of all the modules, though that limitation isn't caused by the software itself.

The functionality of this tool is unmatched compared to anything else I've seen in the industry. The support team is extensive, customization options feel nearly limitless and I can tailor it to handle virtually any maintenance management requirement I have.

Pros

Managing CMMS tasks feels effortless with this software. I've used several other CMMS programs over the years and none have offered the same versatility. It handles a wide range of needs without feeling restrictive which is why I often recommend it. I've even shown it to other Dana facilities and friends because it's genuinely worth sharing.

Cons

do not have any complaints about it. I also feel the team behind it has done an excellent job and overall my experience has been very positive.

Pros

The work order feature, along with several other tools built into the platform, has been really helpful for our daily operations. From my experience, it supports us in practical ways and makes it easier to stay on top of what needs to get done.

Cons
