work orders that really help

Pros

This platform covers almost everything we need for handling work orders and that has made a real difference for us. Having it available on phones and tablets would also be a big help, since we could stay in touch and keep up with tasks while moving around. I've had a really positive experience with it overall.

Cons

What I'd really like is more time to practice preventive work orders on both the desktop version and the mobile app. With a bit more hands-on training, I feel I could get even more value out of the system in my daily work.

really helpful for task tracking

Pros

This has helped me a lot because it lets me assign tasks and get real-time alerts right away. One thing I really like is that I can handle and assign different parts of the job in one place, like labor, parts and supplies which helps me keep better control of everything without jumping between tools.

Cons

For me, the limitation is that I can only stay logged in on one account at a time. That means I can't use it across multiple devices simultaneously which feels restrictive when I want to check information from different computers or devices.

Pros

Using this has been really nice because everything feels simple and useful without any extra hassle. Both the platform and the mobile app are quick for me to get around and moving between pages feels natural instead of clunky. I also like that I can pull up assets with QR codes, since that makes everyday tasks a lot more convenient and saves me time.

Cons

Something I'd really appreciate is an auto-save feature when leaving pages in X5 on desktop. When I'm moving quickly between screens, there's always a chance my updates won't stick unless I manually save them. Having auto-save would make things a lot smoother.

helpful support and steady updates

Pros

this tool felt pretty easy, so I was able to settle in without much trouble. The support team has been one of the best parts for me because they reply fast and actually help when something comes up. Another thing I've liked is seeing regular improvements over time. That makes me feel like the product is still being worked on and getting better which gives me a lot more trust in it.

Cons

One issue I've noticed is the limited language support which makes things harder for people who don't work in English. Training materials in other languages are also pretty scarce and that can be frustrating when broader access is important. On top of that, metrics and charts sometimes take longer than expected to load, so getting reporting details can feel slower than it should.

Pros

Everything felt well put together and I stayed interested the whole time. I got a lot out of it because there was plenty of useful info and the learning resources gave me a lot to work with during the sessions.

Cons

During a few sessions, the pace felt a bit too fast for me. Having longer time slots would help because the instructors could go through topics in more detail without needing to rush.

There was a ton of helpful info here and I liked that there were so many talks to choose from. Honestly, the lineup felt so full that I couldn't even fit everything into my schedule which says a lot about how much was offered.

Cons

The only downside I ran into was the timing of certain talks. Some sessions were scheduled at the same time which meant I had to miss a few even though I would have liked to attend both.

it felt simple to use and I didn't have to spend much time figuring things out. The layout makes sense, so getting around the platform has been pretty easy for me. Cons

Pros

I can set the tool up the way I want without messing up future updates. That matters a lot because I've used other products where changing too much came back to bite me later when a new version rolled out. With this one, I'm still able to make it fit my needs and keep everything ready for upgrades down the road which gives me a lot more confidence using it.

Cons

The support experience has been the biggest weak spot in my case. When I've reached out for help, the responses haven't always been as quick or helpful as I hoped which has been frustrating. I'd really like to see support become more responsive and easier to reach.

One thing that really works for me with this tool is how adaptable it is in everyday use. It fits different situations without a hassle and I can count on it to perform consistently. That trusted Fluke dependability gives me a lot of confidence, so I don't have to second-guess the output or how it's going to hold up.

Cons

What feels missing for me is RCM analysis. It would also make the platform feel more complete if it included a built-in FMEA module, since those tools would add a lot of value for the kind of work I handle.

x5 version makes reporting better

Pros

After spending time with the new X5 version, I can say it feels a lot more natural to use every day. The layout makes more sense and getting around the system is way less frustrating than before. The biggest win for me is the reporting. It has gotten a lot better and gives me a clearer view of our numbers and what's going on across the business.

Cons

Working in x4 version felt a bit awkward at times and some parts took extra effort to understand. After spending time in both versions, X5 feels like a big improvement. In a multi-plant environment like ours, I'd say X5 is definitely the version to use.

fluke support and great reports

Pros

it is great, this tool works with Fluke hardware and that fits right into the way I already do my job. Another big plus for me is the reporting side. There's a lot you can do with it and I can put together all kinds of reports without feeling boxed in.

Cons

One challenge I've noticed is that setting up reports and handling administrative tasks seems to require more coding knowledge than I expected. Compared to other software I've used, that part feels more technical.

Pros

The biggest plus for me has been how much I can tweak the platform. It lets me set things up in a way that matches how I work and that kind of freedom has been a huge benefit for me day to day.

Once I got the hang of this software, it really started to work the way I wanted it to. That kind of flexibility matters a lot to me because I can set things up around my own process instead of changing how I work just to fit the system. Another big plus has been the support team. They get back to me fast, explain things in a clear way and have been really helpful when I need to adjust the setup for my specific needs. I've also had a good experience with the custom reports. They're pretty simple to use and I can make them fit just about any form in the system.

Cons

A couple things still feel a bit limited to me. The report export options could use more variety and the X375 still needs some formatting cleanup. That said, it looks like those changes may already be in progress which is nice to see. I'd also love more built-in logic in the forms, like having certain fields pop up automatically based on what someone selects. To me, that would make the system a lot better for admins and would help users move through it with less confusion.

really flexible once you learn it

After spending a bit of time with it, I was honestly pretty impressed. At first, it took me a little while to figure out how everything was set up but once that clicked, the software started to make a lot more sense. Then I could really see how customizable it is and that ended up being super helpful for the way I like to work.

Cons

Something I did notice is that there are usually a few different ways to do the same thing. That can be nice since I like having choices but it can also make the process feel a little less easy than it needs to be. For people who are comfortable with computers, it probably will not be a big issue but older users or anyone who wants a more simple setup might find that part a little confusing.

handles almost anything

This software has been able to keep up with pretty much everything I've thrown at it, from basic small business needs to really involved workflows that feel insanely advanced. At my current job, I brought this tool in because I had used it before and had such a great experience with it and it's been a really good fit for us here too. Another big plus for me is how quickly the tech and online support teams respond whenever something comes up. That fast help has made using the platform even better overall.

Cons

Learning the system took a bit of time for me at first which makes sense since it handles a lot of functions. Even so, whenever I had questions, the support team responded quickly and helped me work through things, so the learning phase never stayed frustrating for long.

helpful inventory, annoying setup

Pros

inventory tools have worked well for me. They help keep our stock in order and I can keep a better eye on inventory levels without things getting messy.

Cons

This software has been really great for handling work orders. I can set them up, assign them to the right people and keep track of everything without things getting messy. The setup feels structured and dependable which helps me stay on top of daily operations. Another part that really helps is the alerts and notifications. fast reporting and handy setup

it felt pretty natural for me especially since I already spend a lot of time in Excel. It has that familiar feel but it works better in a lot of ways. The biggest reason I keep sticking with Fluke is the reporting. I can pull a report together in just a few minutes and have it sent to the team automatically which saves me a bunch of time and makes my day a lot easier.

Cons

Whenever I've needed help, the support team has actually been very reliable. I can usually jump into the chat and sort things out without waiting long, even when the issue was something I caused myself. The one thing I'd really like is a way for them to view my screen or access my account with permission. Screenshots help but being able to show the problem live would make troubleshooting much easier.
