“maintenance tracking has been fantastic
Pros
The biggest win for me has been the maintenance side and the way it keeps up with asset costs, since those are the parts I use all the time. On top of that, I've had a really good experience with the whole system as a CMMS. It fits what I need day to day and overall it has done the job really well for me.
Cons
Right now, I really don't have any complaints. Everything has been working the way I need it to and whenever something comes up, the support team has been quick to respond and help resolve it.

“clear, useful and worth it
Pros
Getting started with this product felt really simple and I've been happy with how much I get for the price. The support team has also been awesome anytime I've had a question which made a big difference for me. Another thing I liked was the training videos. They were actually helpful and gave me a much better understanding of how to use the system without feeling lost.
Cons
Linking all the different parts together took more time than I expected. I also feel that creating preventive maintenance items involves more steps than necessary. Cleaning up that process would make things faster and less complicated for me.

“flexible team and tailored support
Pros
Working with them has been a really good experience for our team. Whenever we ask for something, they actually follow through and make it happen. They've been willing to work with us closely and build solutions around the limits and internal rules our company has to handle. That kind of flexibility has helped a lot and I never feel like we're being forced into a one-size-fits-all setup. Their team is open to adjusting things and collaborating which makes it much easier for us to get exactly what we need.
Cons
The hardest part for me is managing several logins across different environments. We currently deal with five separate setups and keeping track of all of them can be exhausting. Switching between them often feels cluttered and frustrating, especially when I'm trying to move quickly from one instance to another.

“really useful for facility tracking
Pros
One thing I really like is how this tool lets me keep up with very detailed info for assets, separate buildings and even specific spots inside our facilities. Having photos and other visual details in the records also helps a lot, because it gives me better context and makes the information much more helpful for everyday work.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is the limited control available on the admin side. Updates to the data can sometimes take longer than expected and I've also run into situations where parts information didn't come back completely which makes things frustrating when I need the full details.

“flexible setup that fits us
Pros
I liked how much room this software gives my team to set things up our own way. We can add custom fields and build forms that match how we actually do our work instead of trying to force everything into the default layout. Being able to change the views too makes a big difference and the whole system feels more personal and useful for our everyday tasks.
Cons
Creating a single form can take more effort than it should. I usually have to jump between tables, linked items and several different sections just to finish setting it up. Because of that, I end up clicking around a lot and the process feels more time-consuming than necessary.

“better fit for my setup
Pros
this felt a lot more user-friendly to me than a traditional CMS and that made the whole experience better. We're still in the middle of getting everything fully connected in x5 while working off a shell of mp2 but even with that, I can already tell this platform fits the way I want to manage things much better.
Cons
When I worked with x4 version version, I found it pretty awkward to use. The switch from x4 version to x5, along with all the renaming, made things more confusing than I expected. Setting up a new site was also more difficult than I would have liked, though those challenges seemed mostly related to the transition period rather than the core capabilities of the software.

“custom fit with helpful support
Pros
One of the biggest reasons I value this software is how much I can tweak it to match the way I work. Different parts can be set up around my needs and that has made it a lot more useful in my daily routine. Another thing that has stood out to me is the support team. When problems come up, I usually get useful advice and practical fixes which has helped me keep things moving.
Cons
I've had to contact support quite a few times and the experience can vary depending on who responds. Some representatives provide very clear and helpful advice, while others suggest solutions that don't really address the issue I'm facing. Even though support is still a strong part of the product for me, keeping up with updates has been tricky. After the February 9 update, my cycle count issue still wasn't fixed which was frustrating since even support and the product specialist couldn't resolve it.

“clear reports everyone can follow
Pros
The first thing that really clicked for me was the reporting. The way everything is laid out makes the reports very clear and both my customers and management like being able to look through them without confusion. That has helped me a lot when I need to explain the details and show people exactly what they need to see.
Cons
At first, the system felt a bit tricky to get around and I needed some time to learn where things were. After I got used to the setup, though, it started to feel much more natural and a lot less overwhelming.

Pros
Using the work order setup has been really convenient for me. The layout makes sense, so I can get in, understand what I need and move through my daily stuff without any hassle. Uploading photos is pretty quick most of the time and putting together work orders doesn't feel like a chore. Overall, it feels user-friendly and I can usually finish things without second-guessing anything.

“all my team updates in one place
Pros
This is usually the first thing I pull up in the morning because it gives me a fast snapshot of what's overdue, what the team already wrapped up and what's still being held up by parts. Having everything together in one spot is the biggest win for me. It helps me stay on top of what's going on across the whole team without having to keep chasing people down for status updates.
Cons
A few parts of the system can lag more than I'd like, especially when I'm putting together a new report or changing how the information is displayed. Training newer employees can also take time when they aren't very confident with software. On top of that, some processes feel a little too locked in for how we actually work, since a lot of our jobs come up on the fly instead of following a set plan.

“great for api and qr code win
Pros
Honestly, this has been a big help for me. The API connection makes it simple to link our CMMs with the ERP system, so I'm not always chasing down tech support every time something needs to be set up. That alone has cut out a lot of wasted time. Another thing I really like is being able to scan the QR code on a pump and instantly pull up the asset info. I don't have to enter everything by hand anymore and that makes the whole job feel quicker and way less annoying during the day.
Cons
Trying to work with the Looker reporting language has honestly been one of the toughest parts for me. I've spent quite a bit of time trying to figure it out and it can get frustrating. There are also moments when the shop computer loads pages extremely slowly, leaving me stuck waiting for the screen to respond. Another thing that throws me off is how the first row shifts when I scroll, because I lose track of the column I was looking at.

“dark mode and photo uploads rock
Pros
it really helps me to add photos right into work orders, because it makes tracking problems a lot more useful in real life. The dark mode has also been a big plus for me since it is way less harsh on my eyes than the old layout. During busy shifts, the SAP link has been great and I have not had issues with it dropping today. I also like seeing maintenance plans in a calendar layout, because it helps me keep up with upcoming jobs without things feeling all over the place.
Cons
Working in the back area of the plant with the mobile app can be a headache, especially when the WiFi signal is weak. The sync becomes really slow in those spots. Another problem is that once a work order is created, I can't switch the asset. If I pick the wrong pump, I have to cancel the whole thing and start again. I also get signed out several times during the day and those interruptions make the experience more frustrating than it should be.

“perfect for my team!!
Pros
One thing I've really liked while using this is the dark mode. It's a lot more comfortable on my eyes, especially when I'm at my desk for a while. Photo attachments in emails also upload faster than I expected which was a nice surprise since I thought that might slow everything down. The task list is laid out in a way that makes sense, so the team can usually see what needs attention without digging around. I was also happy to see the SAP connection worked without turning into a mess, because I honestly expected problems there.
Cons
Getting logged out too often is probably the biggest issue I deal with. When I'm moving around the shop floor, having to sign in again and again gets irritating pretty quickly. The iPhone app also loads work orders slowly at times which isn't ideal when I need information immediately. Fixing asset details after a work order has already started is another problem. If I select the wrong pump, I can't just correct it and move on. Instead, I have to close the order and create a new one.

“great for work orders
Pros
This is the system I use every day for new work orders, technician assignments and keeping up with preventive maintenance records and tracking. One thing that really helped me was how simple the setup felt, so I could get things up and running without wasting a bunch of time. Training my team also went a lot better than I expected and they were able to start using it pretty quickly without me having to walk them through every little step.
Cons
For me, the reporting area is where the system feels limited. It doesn't seem very flexible and building reports with detailed information takes more effort than it should. I can handle basic things through the mobile app but when I want to do more advanced tasks from my phone, it feels restricted for how I normally use MMS.

“keeping work orders on track
Pros
Having everything in one spot has been a big win for me. My work orders and PM schedules are all together, so I'm not jumping between spreadsheets and long email chains anymore. Day to day, I use it to see what's due next, hand off jobs to the team and check asset history quickly when someone needs an answer. Updating things as I go feels simple enough and it fits into my routine without slowing me down. Overall, it's been reliable and does exactly what I need most of the time.
Cons
While using the system, I've noticed that some tasks require more clicking around than I'd like. This mostly happens when setting up advanced preventive maintenance rules or trying to generate deeper reports. Training new staff has also taken a little longer because some menus aren't as clear as they could be. The mobile version works fine overall but I'd still like it to feel quicker and a bit more polished when I'm out on the floor.

“love the control it gives us
Pros
Honestly, the biggest plus for me with the x4 version system is how much control it gives our team. Once I know my way around the back end, I can take care of setup changes and admin tasks on my own without waiting on the vendor or paying someone else to do it. That kind of freedom has been a huge win for us and it makes the platform feel a lot more versatile and better suited to how we work.
Cons
There are a few improvements I'd still like to see. Having more choices in the reporting output would help me build reports that better match our needs. Conditional logic in form templates would also simplify our process and cut down on extra steps. A drag-and-drop option for attachments would be very useful too. On top of that, MX Mobile feels a little behind the rest of the platform, so I'd like to see that part updated.

“custom lists save me time
Pros
it really works for me that how much I can set things up to match the way I like to work. The list customization is super helpful and assigning work orders is pretty easy too. Another big plus is the reporting feature, since I can have reports sent right to an email inbox automatically. That saves me time and helps me keep everything in order without extra effort.
Cons
What frustrates me the most has been the support experience. There have been times when I reached out with a question and didn't hear anything back for weeks. That delay can be really frustrating. I've also noticed issues with user permissions where people who should have the same access don't always receive it which creates confusion for our team.

“really flexible reporting tools
Pros
This tool has been a really great fit for me, mostly because of how much I can adjust it to match the way I work. The reporting side is the biggest plus. I'm able to put together my own reports and look closely at the exact things I need, like inventory, assets, or work orders. That makes it a lot easier for me to stay on top of stock and keep track of the details that matter in my everyday tasks.
Cons
After certain updates or system changes, I sometimes notice that features move around or start working differently. When that happens, it can take me a while to realize where things went or how they changed which gets annoying. That said, whenever I do reach out, the support team usually helps me sort things out eventually.

“fantastic fit for global teams
Pros
After rolling this out to 35 sites worldwide, I can honestly say this CMMS has worked really well for us. Setup was pretty easy and the system feels friendly enough for teams to start using without a lot of struggle. Since we're a global company with different languages and regional needs, having built-in translation support has made a huge difference for me. It helps keep everyone on the same page no matter where they are. We're also able to use shared databases and keep the same required workflows across every location which has helped our sites follow one consistent maintenance process and stick to standard task methods as best practice.
Cons
One challenge came up with teams that previously used SAP PM. They were used to searching assets through an Asset Tree and the version here doesn't quite match that experience. From what I've seen, the structure feels more limited, so it hasn't been as helpful for those users.

Pros
One thing that really worked for me with this tool was how it manages work orders and PM records. The task library has been pretty handy too and I like being able to split up and arrange sites with the partition setup. On top of that, the import moved along at a decent pace and I got great help from the support team once we were live.
Cons

Pros
So far, I've had a really good experience with this service. It feels like a full package and I still haven't even explored everything it offers yet. There's a lot built in from what I've seen, so it feels like I'm getting a lot for the money. I'm also getting ready to use the work order and scheduling tools more and that makes me feel like there's still a ton of value and potential left for me to discover in the program.
Cons
When someone is completely new to the system, it's not always obvious how everything connects. It can take some time to understand how all the pieces work together. Pros
The biggest plus for me is how much we can tailor this tool to fit the way we want it to look and work. That kind of flexibility has been really useful for our team. I've also gotten a lot of value from the mobile app since it helps us work in a more sustainable way and keeps things moving faster day to day.
Cons
A few parts still feel rough to me. The single work order with multiple assets setup needs more work and I've had problems with assets not coming in right from Excel files which messes up the Asset Trees. Another frustration is support. When chat can't fix the problem, the follow-up can take a while. Cons

Cons
One thing I've noticed is that the system can feel a bit involved sometimes and needs more attention than I expected at first. Pros
Having our procedures right inside the CMMS has been a big plus for me. I don't have to mess with paper SOPs anymore or jump into another system just to look something up and that keeps everything a lot more together. Another part that really helps is how the software creates preventive maintenance work from meter readings automatically. That saves me time and makes it a lot easier to stay on top of regular upkeep.
Cons
main thing I still want is a yearly calendar so I can look ahead at upcoming PMs. That would help me plan farther out without guessing. “great for maintenance teams
Pros
After spending time with this tool, I've had a pretty good experience overall. Once I got used to where things are, it started to feel natural, especially for handling work orders and preventive maintenance. Moving through the system hasn't been too hard for me and the ability to tweak dashboards, reports and workflows is a big win. That flexibility lets me shape it around my industry instead of trying to fit into a one-size-fits-all setup. Another thing that has helped a lot is the mobile access. Field techs can check details and update records while they're out working which makes day-to-day tasks a lot more practical. I've also had really helpful interactions with the support team and they've been quick to respond when I needed them. On top of that, inventory tracking and work order functions still come in handy when the internet is weak or completely down and that's been valuable for me.
Cons
Even with the good parts, I've had some issues here and there. The layout can feel a little messy at times, mainly when there are too many choices on the screen or when I'm trying to work through different orders. Setting up work orders and purchase orders the way I want has also been harder than expected unless support steps in. this platform feels pretty natural to me and I wasn't stuck trying to figure out where everything was. The layout is simple to follow which made it a lot less frustrating for my team too. One thing I've really liked is how much I can adjust it to fit the way we already work instead of having to change our whole process around the software. Another big plus for me has been the preventive and predictive maintenance side, since it helps me catch problems early and stay ahead of equipment issues instead of always playing catch-up.
Cons
I've run into a few areas that still need work. Support and training haven't felt as strong as I hoped, so learning everything well took more time and effort on my end. There are also some concerns for me around permissions, seeing a full history of changes and controls around deleting records, because those parts don't feel fully dialed in yet. Another big plus for me is the digital records and customer survey input. They help me keep a closer eye on what's going on in the field and give me a better sense of how customers feel about the service which has been really useful for quality checks.
Cons
The biggest issue on my end has been getting everyone to fully buy into the change, so the rollout has been a little bumpy in a few cases. Still, those situations have been pretty limited and honestly haven't affected my overall experience very much.

“really helpful for maintenance
Pros
This software has been really simple to work with and I've gotten a lot of value out of it for preventive maintenance and kitting. It also helps me stay on top of spending without losing track of parts and labor which has been a big plus for me.
Cons
It does the job well overall but once in a while it can be a bit sluggish. I'm pretty sure that may be tied to our server, since it only happens off and on instead of being a constant problem.

“dashboards that really help
Pros
I've had a really good experience with it overall. The reports and dashboards section pulled me in right away because it helps me get through my work quicker and look into data on my own. That part of the platform gives me the freedom to check details without having to depend on someone else all the time.
Cons
The main downside I've run into is in Fluke Mobile. The work order request list and the work order list show up in chunky sections, so it's not very practical to look through. The work order history screen could also be better. Another thing that bothers me is that on the work order request page in Fluke Mobile, I can't use or keep the same filters that are available on the work orders page.

“perfect for our team
Pros
This has been really helpful for our team. I've seen it cover useful topics and give practical tools that help technicians and mechanics get their jobs done faster. It fits well into everyday work and the team has what they need to stay on track, organized and productive.
Cons
I really haven't run into any issues with it. It feels well put together to me and it gives employees the tools they need to handle their work without problems.

“flexible setup with custom reports
Pros
I liked how clean the platform feels and how well it fits into my daily work. It's flexible, useful in a lot of different situations and works well for different needs without feeling limited. The biggest plus for me is being able to build reports based on exactly what I need and that makes the whole system a lot more valuable for how I handle my work.
Cons
One area where I'd still want to see some changes is the control over deleting comments and work orders after they've already been made. More options or added safeguards there would help me manage existing records with a lot more confidence.

“really helpful training experience
Pros
This program felt a lot more user-friendly and less overwhelming than other ones I've tried. The trainer clearly knew the system really well and the way everything was explained made sense to me without making it confusing. I was able to follow along and actually understand what I was learning which made the whole experience feel really worthwhile.
Cons
My only real issue was that I wanted more time with the training. A few extra days would have helped me learn even more and get even more out of the whole experience.

“great fit for us!!
Pros
Getting started with this app felt pretty natural for me and I didn't have to struggle to figure things out. It does what we need it to do, so it has been a really strong match for our team. Another big plus was the trainer we worked with. They really knew the system inside and out and that made the whole process feel a lot better.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that comments inside a work order can be removed and that can cause issues. I'd also like to have access to the audit trail. Those records feel important and to me they should be available whenever we need to check them.

“work orders that really help
Pros
This platform covers almost everything we need for handling work orders and that has made a real difference for us. Having it available on phones and tablets would also be a big help, since we could stay in touch and keep up with tasks while moving around. I've had a really positive experience with it overall.
Cons
What I'd really like is more time to practice preventive work orders on both the desktop version and the mobile app. With a bit more hands-on training, I feel I could get even more value out of the system in my daily work.

“really helpful for task tracking
Pros
This has helped me a lot because it lets me assign tasks and get real-time alerts right away. One thing I really like is that I can handle and assign different parts of the job in one place, like labor, parts and supplies which helps me keep better control of everything without jumping between tools.
Cons
For me, the limitation is that I can only stay logged in on one account at a time. That means I can't use it across multiple devices simultaneously which feels restrictive when I want to check information from different computers or devices.

“fast app and handy qr access
Pros
Using this has been really nice because everything feels simple and useful without any extra hassle. Both the platform and the mobile app are quick for me to get around and moving between pages feels natural instead of clunky. I also like that I can pull up assets with QR codes, since that makes everyday tasks a lot more convenient and saves me time.
Cons
Something I'd really appreciate is an auto-save feature when leaving pages in X5 on desktop. When I'm moving quickly between screens, there's always a chance my updates won't stick unless I manually save them. Having auto-save would make things a lot smoother.

“helpful support and steady updates
Pros
this tool felt pretty easy, so I was able to settle in without much trouble. The support team has been one of the best parts for me because they reply fast and actually help when something comes up. Another thing I've liked is seeing regular improvements over time. That makes me feel like the product is still being worked on and getting better which gives me a lot more trust in it.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is the limited language support which makes things harder for people who don't work in English. Training materials in other languages are also pretty scarce and that can be frustrating when broader access is important. On top of that, metrics and charts sometimes take longer than expected to load, so getting reporting details can feel slower than it should.

“really engaging and well organized tool
Pros
Everything felt well put together and I stayed interested the whole time. I got a lot out of it because there was plenty of useful info and the learning resources gave me a lot to work with during the sessions.
Cons
During a few sessions, the pace felt a bit too fast for me. Having longer time slots would help because the instructors could go through topics in more detail without needing to rush.

“packed with useful sessions
Pros
There was a ton of helpful info here and I liked that there were so many talks to choose from. Honestly, the lineup felt so full that I couldn't even fit everything into my schedule which says a lot about how much was offered.
Cons
The only downside I ran into was the timing of certain talks. Some sessions were scheduled at the same time which meant I had to miss a few even though I would have liked to attend both.

“really happy with it
Pros
it felt simple to use and I didn't have to spend much time figuring things out. The layout makes sense, so getting around the platform has been pretty easy for me. Another big plus is the support team. Whenever I've needed help, they've been responsive and useful and that makes me feel a lot better about using the tool overall.
Cons
So far, I honestly haven't run into any major issues. Everything has worked well for me up to this point. I'm still getting familiar with the system though, so I'd probably need more time using it before I could really point out any clear drawbacks.

“custom setup with upgrade freedom
Pros
I can set the tool up the way I want without messing up future updates. That matters a lot because I've used other products where changing too much came back to bite me later when a new version rolled out. With this one, I'm still able to make it fit my needs and keep everything ready for upgrades down the road which gives me a lot more confidence using it.
Cons
The support experience has been the biggest weak spot in my case. When I've reached out for help, the responses haven't always been as quick or helpful as I hoped which has been frustrating. I'd really like to see support become more responsive and easier to reach.

“flexible and reliable every day
Pros
One thing that really works for me with this tool is how adaptable it is in everyday use. It fits different situations without a hassle and I can count on it to perform consistently. That trusted Fluke dependability gives me a lot of confidence, so I don't have to second-guess the output or how it's going to hold up.
Cons
What feels missing for me is RCM analysis. It would also make the platform feel more complete if it included a built-in FMEA module, since those tools would add a lot of value for the kind of work I handle.

“x5 version makes reporting better
Pros
After spending time with the new X5 version, I can say it feels a lot more natural to use every day. The layout makes more sense and getting around the system is way less frustrating than before. The biggest win for me is the reporting. It has gotten a lot better and gives me a clearer view of our numbers and what's going on across the business.
Cons
Working in x4 version felt a bit awkward at times and some parts took extra effort to understand. After spending time in both versions, X5 feels like a big improvement. In a multi-plant environment like ours, I'd say X5 is definitely the version to use.
