Two Years of eMaint x4 Experience, Now Transitioning to x5

Pros

The work order management features of eMaint x4 and x5 are exceptional. However, integrating condition monitoring into x4 was challenging, and we're yet to determine if x5 will address this. The marketing team assures us that x5 will perform well in this regard.

Cons

The support team at x4 didn't provide much assistance when explaining how to integrate handheld and fixed vibration measuring tools into our condition monitoring workflow. We haven't reached that stage yet with the x5 rollout.

Work order maintenance

Pros

The Emaint system is easy to navigate, and the support and training provided are exceptional. We plan to explore additional features within the system soon.

Cons

I haven't come across anything that I dislike about the system.

Excellent and Flexible CMMS system.

Pros

The system excels in reporting, work order management, and asset management. The customer service is unparalleled.

Cons

Setting up reports can be unintuitive and somewhat complex. I wish their dashboarding feature was more robust.

EMaint CMMS is really good

I'm really thankful for the system's versatility in accommodating multiple needs.

The report writer is basic and lacks functionality. The mobile app could use some improvements.

eMaint is Fairly Easy To Use

Pros

Scheduling routine preventive maintenance is not a hassle, and completing maintenance work orders is also easy.

Cons

It's not possible to customize pictures for each maintenance item individually, only for the overall asset.

eMaint is the way to go

Pros

The customizable reports are fantastic. They are easy to configure, allowing for manual or automated generation without the need for external programs. Moreover, there are multiple ways to set them up. It's convenient to save a report and schedule it to run every week after drilling down on specific data.

Cons

Your account representative can log into your account and help you resolve issues. The most common way to address problems with eMaint is through their website's chat feature. Typing everything out and sending screenshots can be a bit cumbersome. However, the tech support is well-trained and usually resolves issues or provides training during the initial contact.

Emaint Review

Pros

The system's flexibility allows us to set it up according to our preferences right from the start.

Cons

I've never had the chance to meet anyone from Emaint in person. I've spoken to many of them over the phone, but one-on-one interactions have never happened. I believe that my current system would be even better if someone could observe how we use it. Having someone who knows the system better than I do might find faster and more efficient ways of doing things.

Quality and reliable maintenance software.

Pros

The work order generator and machine maintenance history generator are my favorite features.

Cons

Sometimes, the available options confuse me when trying to input data and solve problems.

Perfect for Asset Management

Pros

I love that all the essential features and functionalities come included without any additional charges. Running reports and accessing various features doesn't require extra fees.

Cons

I wish there was a dedicated mobile app instead of just a mobile function.

Making the Change

Having an overview of pending work and timelines for each job is valuable.

Cons

The mobile user interface isn't the most user-friendly. I think the menus should be easier to navigate, and it would be great if you could access the menu from any page without having to go back or return to the home screen.
