Pros
The value I get for the price has been excellent compared to our old legacy system. It's easy to use and the setup felt simple right from the start. On top of that, the support I received made the whole experience even better.
Cons
I've had a very positive experience with this tool overall but I would still like to see tiered assets added. For my use case, having repairable asset tracking within assets would make the product even more useful.

I really like how easy it is to schedule preventive maintenance and customize tasks around how my team works. I can adjust things to fit our process rather than changing the way we work to match the software. Having so many reporting options is another big plus and I can tweak reports whenever I need something more specific.
Cons
One thing I'm not a fan of is having to go into a separate section just to permanently delete records. It's not a huge issue for me but I do find that extra step a little inconvenient.

Submitting work order requests has been quick and easy and the whole process feels very user-friendly. Users are kept informed with updates when work orders are completed which really helps with communication. I've also found the reporting features reliable and easy to use.
Cons
We're still relatively new to using this program, so my experience is based on the early stages. At this point, I honestly haven't come across any real downsides or issues with it yet.

X4 feels really simple to use and it made setup and daily use much easier than I expected. From day one, getting everything up and running required far less effort than I thought. I've also had very positive experiences with customer service and support which gives me a lot of confidence in using the tool.
Cons

I appreciated how smooth the implementation process felt. The system went live successfully thanks to the support provided by the team which made a big difference for me. After that, I was able to refine how we use the system on my own over time.
Cons
One area that still needs work, in my opinion, is the way emails are presented. I find that the notification emails shown on screen could be more meaningful and clearer, since right now they do not always communicate the information in the best way.

Switching between tabs is simple which makes the system feel very user-friendly. Parts tracking has worked reliably for me and record keeping is much easier because the software keeps everything organized and easy to review.
Cons
At times, I notice the program can be a little laggy which slows things down for me. I usually just log off and sign back in and it then goes back to working normally.

The support team has been extremely responsive and helpful. Whenever I had questions, they walked me through the software and even followed up afterward to make sure I was still on track. The scheduler tab hasn't worked as well for me. I also think it would make more sense if it were tied directly to the "assign to" field on the work order instead of being based around assignments.

What really impresses me about this tool is that they don't just hand over the product and leave me to figure it out. Ongoing training opportunities help me and my team keep learning and when I call, someone actually answers the phone. I've almost never been transferred more than once before getting the right person and a real solution.
Cons
I do wish they offered local training that I could attend nearby. I also find it inconvenient that my staff has to travel out for that training.

The thing that really impressed me about this tool is how outstanding the customer service has been. The team has always been flexible and willing to adjust to every need we've had. I honestly never felt like I would hear, "sorry, we can't do that," which says a lot about how accommodating they are. I've also been very impressed with the asset management features and the way the work order process is structured, because both have worked really well for us.
Cons
The calendar for scheduling tasks and projects could still be improved. I also feel it would be much better if I had more freedom to schedule items not directly connected to an asset or work order.
