Nice updates

Pros

Over the last twelve months as a customer, I've observed a number of meaningful improvements and fresh updates. Their technical support team has been exceptionally well-informed and always willing to assist. Even the first-time setup was excellent and completed without any hiccups.

Cons

I don't have many complaints , I just wish there were more controls to enable or disable specific features when I need them.

Flexible submission with tough setup

Pros

I can put in work orders any time I need and everyone else at our company can do the same , I really appreciate having that kind of flexibility.

Cons

Setting up new users remains a real headache for me, it's far more complicated than it needs to be.

One database with single photo limit

Pros

I like that I can manage multiple facility assets in one consolidated database system.

Cons

I wish I could upload several photos per asset rather than being limited to a single image, I also notice a few small oddities in the asset listing and in how column names are displayed and behave.

grows with you but doesn't build

Pros

Our software scaled with our team , we expanded from 3 sites to 40 and it really managed the growth flawlessly.

Cons

It doesn't offer tools to manage and monitor capital projects and that shortfall really affects our requirements.

Excellent Software with

Pros

I find the preventative maintenance alerts sent to our staff extremely helpful!

Cons

During onboarding I felt things moved a bit too quickly, although I can't really fault HIPPO for that, the real issue is the enormous volume of data that has to be uploaded into the system. From my experience, the more time and attention you dedicate to setup and the better your outcomes will be further down the line.

feels old and limited

Pros

One feature I value is the work order management and it handles our tasks really well. The barcode capability is another handy addition, we're actually planning to roll that out in the near future.

Cons

I find the interface looks rather dated on several screens and it isn't as interactive as I'd like. There are clear limitations that restrict what we can accomplish. I'd really like them to introduce dedicated Project Management tools that are distinct from the routine work order functions. Adding new equipment is more of a issue than necessary , the workflow could be much more easy. In the Facility Admin area, there are too many categories spread out, so I'm constantly GOING between different places just to input equipment or parts details. The reports module functions adequately but when we print reports outsiders struggle to follow them because titles are missing and the layout feels old-fashioned and poorly formatted.

Complete Dealership Management Solution

Pros

It really understands the needs of small businesses and can scale smoothly as my company grows, which makes it a dependable choice.

Cons

When I process demand orders, I have to fill out far too many fields which turns the whole thing into a pretty tedious and time-consuming chore.

good updates but no graphs

Pros

I like how easy it is to submit work orders and monitor preventive maintenance in our lab. The ability to mark work orders as in-progress and add notes for the incoming technician has been among the top benefits since we began using it right now.

Cons

We really wish there were a way to cross,compare work orders, PMs and assets so we could generate charts displaying equipment reliability and other key metrics.

Frustrating update experience

Pros

I think the underlying system has a sturdy base and it performed exceptionally well back then.

Cons

These updates feel like nothing more than superficial tweaks that I don't see adding any practical features. They've actually slowed the system down and editing work orders now drags on forever, which entirely undermines using software meant to speed things up.

user-friendly layout that's easy to navigate

Pros

the layout is user-friendly, so Ia m able to locate what I need easily instead of going through confusing, layered menus.

Cons

Sometimes the way reporting is set up throws me off , I often don't know which method to use or which approach will work best.

Effective Maintenance Management Tool

Pros

I can quickly pull up any information I need and everything stays neatly organized so I don't have a hard time locating what I'm after. The way projects are structured makes interactive sense, and I like being able to glance and immediately see upcoming scheduled work. The reporting tools have turned out to be more flexible than I anticipated , I've found several different ways to leverage them that genuinely align my day-to-day workflow.

Cons

Some of the features aren't an ideal fit for our particular business processes but overall the system performs really well for what we need. I'd be thrilled to see an integrated purchase order (PO) module added, since that would fill a gap in our workflows and make the platform even more useful day-to-day.

Keeps vehicles running without barcodes

Pros

Honestly, the vehicle and equipment tracking keeps everything running like clockwork , I couldn't ask for a better way to stay organized.

Cons

it lacks barcode scanning for vehicles and parts, and adding that would really speed things up for our team.

Perfect CMMS Solution Found

Pros

The layout is super clear and practical and it gives us everything required without feeling busy. Our HIPPO rep showed a ton of patience with our team since we had never used a CMMS before and they walked us through each step of the decision-making process with great advice.

Cons

I have not run into any issues to report so far, everything feels reliably solid at this point.

Simple tracking

Pros

I find it really easy to create reports and keep track of work orders. The preventative maintenance scheduling is fantastic and helps me keep everything consistently organized.

Cons

When I try to add photos to work orders it feels unnecessarily fiddly , there isn't a easy one-click control to shoot and attach pictures and the fact requesters can't take photos themselves really slows the whole process down.

few features feel underdeveloped

Pros

I like how clean and interactive the interface is and there's no excess clutter to distract me. That same simplicity carries through the entire system, so I was able to get up and running with the basic tools quickly and without much effort.

Cons

A few features feel underdeveloped and don't really fit the way I work on a daily basis, they seem out of step with our typical workflows.

Great detail though setup was confusing

Pros

It takes a very thorough approach to logging equipment and maintenance activities, which creates a solid work order system that most people can pick up quickly. The formatting looks sharp and the visual design keeps everything easy to use. When technical problems happen, troubleshooting is easy and support gets back to me promptly.

Cons

I had a hard time configuring it because we have so many different types of equipment. At times it feels too granular and I end up confused when all I want to do is set up a routine work order that our team uses routinely.

Solid tracking at a fair price

Pros

What I appreciate is how sleek and attractive this web-based maintenance tool is , it makes managing work orders and entering information feel easy. Their training and upgrade support is excellent whenever system updates arrive, whether through webinars or responsive help desk. What impresses me is how seriously they take customer feedback and how often they roll out changes based on user suggestions. The spreadsheet-style layout for adding parts and equipment is familiar and interactive, making data entry much smoother than systems I've used.

Cons

I've noticed the pages can load very slowly and a weak internet connection just really amplifies that lag. Honestly, that's the only issue I have with this system

Team loved the clean design

Pros

After scanning through dozens of CMMS platforms, I settled on this one. What really grabbed me was how interactive everything feels and the workflow just makes sense. The design is clean and bold and it runs smoothly whether I'm on my computer or using my iPad. A simple, uncluttered interface matters a lot to me. Bringing the team onto a new maintenance system was essential and they adapted to this surprisingly quickly with very little resistance. Change can be tricky, but this became our standard in a short time. Now when anyone has an issue, the immediate response is "put it in the system" , it's become second nature.

Cons

I can't change the status titles in the status column to match our company's specific terms and industry language. Because of that limitation we've had to rely on a cheat sheet to clarify what each status actually means for our workflow.
