Easy for everyone with extra step

Pros

I find it easy to use and my team members who aren't tech-savvy manage it without much trouble.

Cons

Because the new web page didn't automatically switch over, it's added extra work for me and my team.

alignes PM tasks with great communication

Pros

I love how easy it is to keep in touch with everyone and having every one of our buildings neatly grouped in a single place is so useful.

Cons

the interface feels clunky and not very interactive and I end up having to follow too many steps to complete basic tasks.

One of the best

Pros

I've been using this app for quite some time and to be frank it's one of the best I've come across. The layout is really easy to find my way around, and the reporting tools are top-notch.

Cons

I'd love to see more vehicle management options included.

user-friendly layout that's easy to navigate

Pros

I find the interface incredibly easy and clearly built around what our facilities actually require. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the mobile app performs, it really does the job well.

Cons

I can not stand the latest update , it introduced so many bugs that the app feels unstable and it's honestly driving me up the wall. When I try to add users or pull reports the workflows are awkward and unclear and I'm constantly second-guessing which settings to choose. This portion of the product definitely needs major attention and fixes.

Web tool with too much clutter

Pros

I've found it performs excellently as an online maintenance management solution.

Cons

I wish there were a way to simplify the whole experience, I don't really need features for every location, floor plan and section.

Great maps

Pros

the floor plans have been transformative. New team members are able to get up to speed on our equipment, the building's layout and how we run things without much hands-on guidance.

Cons

it is difficult to automate work orders because the system doesn't let me enter meter readings that would automatically generate those requests.

good visual reports

Pros

visual reports are useful and setting up work orders or preventive maintenance is simple.

Cons

I've noticed the app throws up a fair number of bugs now and then and I often face problems with the reports functionality especially whenever I'm trying to deal with resource management tasks.

Helpful maps with too many clicks

Pros

I genuinely love the floorplan feature , having a map-style view where I can immediately notice clusters of problems significantly simplifies tracking down and fixing issues, which speeds up troubleshooting considerably.

Cons

Sometimes I struggle to find what I'm looking for because there are so many nested layers to dig through and I also feel the pricing is a bit steep and could be more affordable.

Solid Platform with Minor Issues

Pros

At our food production facility, we've found this software to be outstanding. When we implemented it recently, it addressed everything we required and even offered extras. What sold us was how user-friendly the interface feels , anyone can jump in without any difficulty and begin using it immediately. I've relied on it to keep us aligned with FDA record-keeping rules and it's proven invaluable. I'd certainly recommend it to other firms in our sector.

Cons

I've been most frustrated by the lack of flexibility when it comes to customizing fields or building my own pages , you can't really tailor it the way the higher-end systems allow. The parts tracking and purchasing area could use a lot of improvement as well. I'd love to be able to pull up parts history easily , for example which work orders used particular parts, when we last recounted inventory, the dates and prices for purchases and reports that show which equipment use the same components. Those kinds of details would make planning and managing parts far simpler for my business.

good value

Pros

I'm blown away by how many features are included for the price and the bang for your buck is impressive. Being able to reach everything whether I'm out in the field or sitting at my desk makes setting up PMs and issuing work orders incredibly simple, and to be frank, someone could learn it pretty quickly. My crew depends on it every day for their tasks and for flagging other jobs that crop up. I also depend on it extensively for reports and for scheduling vital items like fire alarm testing and other time-sensitive maintenance.

Cons

Setting the system up turned into quite the process , it took me nearly two months to collect all the information and get things operational. They do offer onsite onboarding help, but since we're a pretty small outfit, we couldn't justify paying for someone to come in. After I finally had everything configured, getting the team trained was a whole other hurdle. People asked so many basic questions like what exactly qualifies as a work order, where to locate different features and how to use common tasks. It was definitely a significant up,front investment of both time and money, though I'll say in the end it delivered value and made our workflows smoother.

Makes handling work requests incredibly easy

Pros

how easy it makes putting in requests and handling all the background work order tasks.

Cons

When I decline a request instead of approving it first, the person who submitted it never receives any kind of alert and there's no trace anywhere showing that their request was turned down.

simple to use but a little slow

Pros

It is very easy to use , I can jump in and start using it without having any difficulty.

Cons

I do notice that it can be a little sluggish at times and it doesn't react as fast as I would like.

The calendar doesn't work

Pros

I really do like that there's a calendar view option available even though it's not working properly right now.

Cons

I've found the calendar view completely unusable at the moment, which is disappointing. The app freezes on me all the time and it's incredibly frustrating. There's no easy way for me to generate reports showing what work we've actually completed which makes tracking progress a pain. Managing properties whether adding or removing them, turns into an unnecessarily complicated process. I also can't upload building plans or site layouts for reference and we repeatedly run into problems whenever I try to add new equipment to the system.

Powerful & easy to learn

Pros

Getting up and running was a snap because the interface is incredibly interactive, so I was able to dive in without any friction. What really impresses me are the maintenance tools and they pack a lot of power yet remain refreshingly easy to use. I'm a big fan of the location plotting feature, it does exactly what I need. Their technical support has been excellent whenever I've reached out for assistance. The training videos being available 24/7 is ideal for bringing new team members up to speed. They also supply thorough manuals for every function that are easy to locate and follow. Having both mobile and iPad versions has completely changed how we handle field work.

Cons

The 100kb cap on IDTags really cramps what I can do , it's uncomfortably small for my needs and forces me to work around it more often than I'd like. Because the system runs in a browser, it can sometimes feel sluggish, although the slowdowns aren't usually a deal,breaker.

perfect for our heavy equipment

Pros

I'm really impressed by how accurately this keeps tabs on the condition of all our equipment. Preventative maintenance is essential when handling heavy machinery and it lets us stay on top of things so machines run reliably and we avoid expensive breakdowns.

Cons

It would be far more useful if the integration options were expanded , I'd really like to see it integrate with our fleet tracking software.

Powerful tool that split our crew

Pros

This tool is for identifying various incremental zones inside particular areas of the facility, it's saved me a tremendous amount of time in my work.

Cons

We're most frustrated by the change that stops multiple users from sharing one browser session. Our team of six maintenance technicians now has to sign in individually every time they open the system. This adds unnecessary steps, wastes a lot of time and really slows down our daily work

reliable tool with room for growth

Pros

Cons

Excellent tool for staying organized

Pros

For our team, I find the platform makes it incredibly easy for anyone to submit tasks without any issue.

Cons

I wish there was a clear way to reopen tasks once they've been marked as complete, because more than once I've needed to append additional information later on, yet I still haven't managed to find any method to do that.

very easy to learn

Pros

the system's simplicity is the real highlight, practically anyone can get comfortable with Hippo after just a brief training session.

Cons

I do run into occasional freezes, although rebooting the app quickly most of the time sorts the problem out.

Simple link for all properties

Pros

I really like how amazing the interface is and it neatly brings together all of my properties into a single, easy-to-access place.

Cons

backend maintenance windows run much longer than expected and result in frustrating downtime that interrupts our work and access.
