Portable but hard to adopt

Pros

Great value but reports are tricky

Pros

It is noticeably more interactive than the expensive options and it comes loaded with practical tools that genuinely give you solid bang for the buck.

Cons

I found getting report setups right to be a bit confusing, so it required some trial and error to figure everything out.

simple to submit but hard to map

Pros

I like how simple it is to submit work orders and track their progress.

Cons

Uploading the floor plans and maps was a real pain for me and using them live on the site didn't feel interactive.

Fast but metrics are messy

Pros

It runs very smoothly with no downtime or errors and pages load incredibly quickly. I also think it's really user-friendly , submitting queries and tickets is simple and the layout makes it easy for me to find what I need and move around.

Cons

keeping tabs on management metrics feels fairly chaotic and difficult to keep up with consistently.

Eliminates paperwork but can't reopen orders and saving is glitchy

Pros

One thing I really like is that it removes the need for any physical paperwork entirely. I also find the photo-upload option extremely useful for keeping records and the reporting tools provide thorough, well-detailed summaries.

Cons

It's frustrating that I can't reopen work orders after I close them because I often have to make follow,up edits or add extra details later. There's also no indicator to show if another teammate is currently editing the same work order, so we occasionally duplicate efforts or accidentally overwrite one another's updates. On top of that, saving feels inconsistent , I've lost comments after submitting work orders before which has caused important notes to vanish and created extra cleanup work.

Best for new staff

Pros

the interface is very simple, so bringing new teammates up to speed is simple all the data is presented clearly and it really makes sense right away.

Cons

Managing spare parts feels like a chore because I have to enter everything by hand and to be honest, not everyone sticks to the required process.

Lifesaver for organization

Pros

It is easy to get around especially for the price. Before we made the switch, my team relied on Excel files and paper logs that would frequently vanish or be overlooked. This app wiped out those annoyances and made it far easier to follow our tasks. It consolidates inventory tracking, active work orders, historical records and labor hours in a single spot which has simplified our workflow a lot.

Cons

One thing that frustrates me is how basic the parts area is compared to what I expected. I really wish the software included a built-in purchase order system like the more expensive platforms offer that would make it much easier to monitor what's been ordered, what's on the way, and what we've actually received. The history for parts could use a lot of improvement as well. It's annoying that I can't quickly see when we last did inventory counts or adjustments, identify which pieces of equipment used specific parts, track who worked on particular work orders or determine when parts were ordered or delivered.

Clean calendar with rigid reports

Pros

It is incredibly easy to set up and edit work orders through the interface, creating and adjusting them is very easy. The calendar's clear visual layout lets me take everything in at a glance and the job workflow feels natural, interactive and neatly organized.

Cons

the final reports are pretty limited in customization and I'd love to see more settings and options so I could tailor them better to our specific needs and use cases.

Great for tracking!

Pros

I find it really convenient to keep track of several projects and all the active tasks from a single dashboard, and it also does a great job managing scheduled work tracking.

Cons

I can't modify work orders after they've been marked complete which can be frustrating when adjustments are needed.

easy to teach but not efficient

Pros

I like that the user interface feels so interactive , onboarding new team members is really simple and quick.

Cons

Creating associate work orders is a pain because I have to manually copy and paste every single detail from the original instead of the system automatically pulling that information over for me. Also, the reporting tool makes locating particular work orders difficult, so I find myself using the search bar far more than I should. There isn't any kind of notification when several people are working on the same work order at once, which means my coworker and I often unknowingly edit the identical record and collide. Because mechanics are able to change both their own time entries and those of their teammates, we end up having to create distinct work orders for each mechanic as a safeguard against time edits.

Easy to use with frustrating to duplicate

Pros

I can set up associate work orders, although having to manually re-enter all of the details each time gets kind of tedious. The layout itself feels interactive and simple to move around.

Cons

We find the way duplication is handled really annoying , you can't make a duplicate while you're actively editing a work order, so we're often forced to close everything and begin again. On top of that, our mechanics can alter one another's time entries which undermines accountability.

good for airlines with room for improvement

Pros

I'm impressed by how simple it is to get around and it takes care of everything that pricier options offer while costing only a small fraction.

Cons

We really wish it included downtime metrics for our fleet. Being an airline, we rely almost entirely on reliable data about our on-time performance, and delays do a lot of damage to passenger satisfaction. Figuring out the root causes behind those disruptions would go a long way toward boosting our OTP.

Improved our equipment uptime

Pros

I'm really pleased that I can move around the floor plan with ease. The alerting and reporting tools have been crucial in helping me ensure we're staffed correctly and have the support we need. I've noticed our equipment uptime has increased dramatically compared to the solution we used before implementing this system.

Cons

I think the dashboard is missing a standard metrics page that shows PM due dates and on-time completion percentages essentially the key indicators that I would like to have displayed on a monitor for the entire shop to view.

Fast but the reports are clunky

Pros

I get through my tasks a lot quicker using this dependable platform , it's extremely easy to use and doesn't cause me any stress.

Cons

PMs run themselves

Pros

Getting started was easy for me and the PM schedules run themselves once I configure everything properly.

Cons

Creating custom reports is frustrating , the built-in templates don't cover all the things I need and the filtering choices feel fairly limited for what I'm attempting to capture

Too much typing, no app

Pros

I am grateful for the way it manages scheduling and pushes alerts whenever new jobs are added , it keeps things tidy and on schedule.

Cons

It takes far too much repetitive data entry and not having a mobile app is seriously annoying when I'm out and about.

Exceeds Expectations and Growing

Pros

the team keeps rolling out genuinely useful features and it never feels like they're just tacking on random extras to show they updated the app.

Cons

the biggest issue is that I can't add multiple pieces of equipment at the same time , if I need to input all my fire extinguishers, I end up entering each one individually and it eats up a lot of my time.

Looks good but runs slow

Pros

The layout is super smooth and very easy to use. I really like how detailed the information panel is and it shows everything I need right away.

Cons

I am noticing the app runs quite slowly at times and the lag in responses gets really annoying. It's also a issue that there's only a browser version instead of a standalone app. If my internet drops, I'm completely cut off and can't reach anything.
