Alerts save our production line

Pros

I love the low-stock alerts for parts. If we run out of vital components, our equipment can fail and bring the whole production line to a halt. Replacing parts takes ages and that kind of unplanned downtime is something I just can't let happen to our operations.

Cons

We knew from the start uploading data would be a lengthy task but I'm hoping for a much quicker import option. A more efficient, alignd process would make a big difference. As it stands, it's going to take us roughly a year to properly organize and load all our information before the whole team can start using it.

Powerful tool but buggy

Pros

One thing I value most is how packed with features this platform is. I can upload photos and documents tied to each machine, save Lockout/Tagout procedures, manage inventory and use numerous other tools , all of which make it exceptionally useful for our day-to-day operations.

Cons

I still run into a fair number of bugs that mostly clear up on their own within a short period, although the more complicated issues can hang around and take a day or two to fully fix. What bugs me the most, though is the way the work order status workflow is set up. The status fields seem designed for the maintenance crew, but there are times when managers or execs need to step in. When that happens, the order often sits in 'Pending Review' with no clear path forward. If the managers don't or can't respond promptly, the task ends up marked overdue and the technician ends up looking bad. The only practical workaround we've found is for techs to keep pushing out due dates which wastes hours they could be spending on real work. I would prefer the system to automatically shift the due date whenever a work order is placed on Hold or moved to Pending Review.

Flexible and my team liked it

Pros

My team found the interface very simple and picked it up really fast. What stands out to me is the tool's versatility , we're able to tweak it to match our particular workflow without dealing with much complication or friction.

Cons

I haven't faceed any issues up to this point.

Perfectly simple but only on windows

Pros

Its easy to use and move around. It functions as a CMMS that handles multiple kinds of workflows and producing labor reports got a lot easier because of the automatic historical database. I can pull up every kind of note and supporting document across different reports, even older ones and reach them any time I have to put together new work routes.

Cons

Compatibility is quite restrictive , I've only managed to run it on Windows PCs and can't reach it from my phone, tablet or other gadgets which really frustrates me when I need to look something up while I'm out and about.

the clunky, separate process for adding equipment is a time-waster

Pros

it is easy to find my way around and get everything up and running and being able to pull it up on my phone makes things extremely convenient.

Cons

the process of adding equipment is really annoying , I need to create equipment items in a separate area before I can assign any work orders and there's no option to add a new piece of equipment while I'm in the middle of creating a work order. It would cut down a lot of wasted time if I could simply add equipment on the fly instead of having to back out and jump to an entirely different section of the app.

Interactive tool, just need more options

Pros

My team and I found the interface exceptionally easy for everyone and there's ample room to handle many more devices than we currently use. Working with tech support during setup was easy and the initial training and onboarding went really well, giving us confidence to move forward.

Cons

I'd like the ability to edit column headers since some of them are too similar and cause confusion. Overall, it could benefit from more customization choices to better match how we work.

Impressive software with minor issues

Pros

So far, rolling this out across our different office locations has been pretty simple and I'm impressed with how well the system works. Whenever we run into something, their support team gets back to us quickly and is helpful.

Cons

The initial setup ended up taking far longer than I thought it would and felt quite tedious at times. I do wish the training sessions had been more structured, although Mike and Earl were exceptional throughout the integration and the trainings.

running some reports is awkward

Pros

The layout is so user-friendly and simple to get around. I really appreciate that the work category system helps me keep different tasks neatly organized without any fuss. On top of that, the reporting tools simplify data analysis , pulling insights is easy and everything operates simplely when I need results.

Cons

Running certain reports can be frustratingly awkward and once a work order is closed I can't edit it anymore. That causes issues when someone enters the wrong part numbers or logs incorrect labor hours. As an admin, I expect to be able to correct those mistakes without generating duplicate entries, particularly since closed work orders often still require follow-ups or additional attention.

Quick and keeps me updated

Pros

I've found I can enter work orders quickly and without any issue and the app's notification system reliably lets me know whenever an order is submitted and when it's completed.

Cons

Easy for my mobile team

Pros

It is very easy to use even our mobile team picks it up quickly. The P.M. fields are smartly laid out and have truly alignd my daily workflow.

Cons

It would be helpful if we could add a barcode field for vehicles because I rely on scanning to speed up our processes.

simple tool but tricky to use on my phone

Pros

Interface is very friendly and I find entering work orders to be refreshingly simple. Whenever we've run into problems, the support team has been fantastic at stepping in and getting things sorted out fast.

Cons

The barcode scanner doesn't always behave well on my phone and while I'm entering work orders from mobile some input fields end up tucked away in dropdowns. Because of that, people overlook required parts and then their work orders fail to save.

Flexible to use but bad on mobile

Pros

What really impresses me is the database loaded with training content , it helps get everyone up to speed quickly. I also like how tidy and user-friendly the interface feels. Even better, I value the remarkable flexibility in how the system can be configured and personalized to match the way my team works.

Cons

the mobile experience lets me down because there isn't a dedicated app , the mobile browser version just doesn't behave well on phones. Editing different fields often feels confusing and I'm left unsure whether my changes were saved since the saving flow isn't reliable or consistent.

Decent but nothing special

Pros

When I set up new users, the process itself is pretty simple but I end up hopping through menus that feel scattered everywhere, so it's really easy for me to miss key features.

Cons

I've been really let down by their support whenever I contact them, they just tell me it's not their problem and then leave me waiting without any resolution.

Helps our team stay on track

Pros

For our facilities team, the work order workflow really cuts down on issue and we can quickly pull up tasks and complete them right on schedule.

Cons

I'd love a more easy way to track room finishes and their design specs. Whenever we have to handle repairs or touch,ups, it'd be incredibly helpful to be able to click into a particular room and instantly see every finish detail recorded there for quick reference.

Clean look but needs more fields

Pros

Pros

nice reports with small bugs

Pros

I am genuinely impressed by the email alert system and by how thorough the reporting tools are.

Excellent tool but frustrating app

Pros

I find the layout very smooth and simple to move around. Because it's browser-based, I don't have to deal with installing any software and I can pull everything up on my phone. The onboarding trainers were excellent and they clearly know what they're doing.

Cons

On my phone, it often feels sluggish which is annoying when I'm trying to finish tasks quickly and it can slow down my workflow more than I'd like.

Quick Setup with minor learning curve

Pros

Getting this system up and running was pretty easy and now my team can add new work orders without any headaches. Logging in is super easy as well. I really appreciate being able to reach it from my phone wherever I am because it's cloud-based. Exporting information into Excel spreadsheets to share with others is a huge time-saver. Being able to sign in from any device with web access is excellent. Even when I'm on cellular data the app stays connected and lets me edit work orders and the mobile layout makes it simple to scroll through everything comfortably.

Cons

there's no easy way for me to bulk-edit work orders or jobs, which is really annoying because I'd prefer to make those changes through a spreadsheet as the admin. Adding new equipment can be confusing too , I still haven't nailed the correct order for loading locations or how to name and organize equipment during rollouts. A few times when I leave a page the save routine has scrambled my entries and lost information. It's also inconvenient that I can't open multiple screens at once when I'm inputting equipment or assets which slows me down.

Finally replaced our messy paperwork

Pros

Being able to keep an eye on what's happening across the site without sorting through handwritten reports and piles of paperwork has been a huge relief. I like that management can stay in the loop with day-to-day operations without making the crews feel micromanaged. Both residents and staff have said they value that work orders get logged properly and will actually be addressed, rather than just mentioned to someone or left on stray notes that can get missed.

Cons

There was a bit of initial confusion getting every area and piece of equipment labeled the way we actually refer to them instead of using the names that showed up on blueprints or manufacturer specs. I would definitely urge anyone implementing a new system to work hand-in-hand with the setup team from day one to avoid these naming headaches.
