Loved its design and updates

Pros

I love how easy the interface feels , most people on our team can jump in and start using it in just a few minutes. What attracted me to this platform during our search was finding a solution that's both visually attractive and packed with useful data, yet still easy enough for our small team to handle. The frequent updates are a big plus and I appreciate that the developers pay attention to user feedback when they build new features instead of guessing what we need.

Cons

the frustrating part is that this tool is still fairly new, so some of the features I really want haven't been built yet. I understand it's in growth mode and the team likely avoided overcomplicating things early on but I'd like more granular control over how work orders are created, delegated and modified. I'm hopeful those enhancements will arrive in time, though and I can see them addressing these gaps as the product matures.

awsome tool with a small glitch

Pros

I really like how easy it is to get around the interface while still offering plenty of space to record detailed info. That mix has simplified my everyday routines a lot and made managing my workload far easier!

Cons

there's a minor bug when I try to pull up my own demand work orders, though it isn't a critical problem because there's an easy workaround , simply enable the setting to view both 'all' and 'own' demand work orders.

Works well but confusing switch

Pros

Managing work orders via the PM and demand system suits our needs really well. The inventory tracking is useful, although I am only using its basic functionality so far.

Cons

Switching between enterprise and facility screens really confuses me.

good price but feels incomplete

Pros

really pleased that it's so budget-friendly yet still provides dependable, practical features that cover my needs.

Cons

the time-tracking features aimed at maintenance staff come across as unfinished and leave important gaps and honestly I feel like the platform is only about eighty percent there , it still needs more polish and missing pieces before it truly becomes a reliable, standout tool.

Easy to learn

Pros

The interface is very interactive, I picked it up quickly and can easily walk new team members through how to use it.

Cons

It's a real struggle to find dependable service providers when we move into new markets because there isn't a built-in network or directory to rely on. Since we keep expanding into different regions, my team and I end up wasting an excessive amount of time sourcing and vetting quality vendors who can properly take care of our work orders.

Simple PMs but reports need work

Pros

Really like how easy adding new PMs is, I can tweak them when required and have everything organized in one spot.

Cons

I'd prefer more flexible tools for producing final reports that I can tailor, save or print for clients. Right now, the reporting capabilities feel fairly constrained overall in this area still.

Easy to start but tricky to manage

Pros

Because it's cloud-based, I found getting started really easy. I like that the web client installs quickly and runs smoothly on tablets which makes it easy for users to reach it from anywhere.

Cons

Sometimes entering data feels pretty diffciult and I've faceed several difficulties when trying to handle permissions across the facility and enterprise levels in our setup.

best for team accountability

Pros

In my role as an Operations Manager, I've come to rely on this as a great accountability tool for my technician team and it genuinely makes coordinating both preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance tasks much easier and more organized.

Cons

I find the calendar interface could be a lot more user-friendly , it shows promise for helping me organize my schedule but feels awkward and sluggish at the moment. I also truly wish there was a easy, faster way to print reports and pages.

Much better than before

Pros

I've found the interface very user-friendly now. The older release was, to be frank, awful but this update has significantly improved how usable everything feels.

Cons

Overall everything runs smoothly for me now, even though I remember it feeling quite clunky before those updates were rolled out.

Keeps our site organized

Pros

I'm really glad this system keeps our on-site maintenance well organized and makes it easy for me to follow up on tasks that still require attention.

Cons

there isn't much I can complain about. I'd love to roll this out to our other locations, but we're currently waiting on budget approval to do so.

Works great but updates break things

Pros

I've had a great experience with the mobile tools, they function smoothly and I love how interactive the whole interface feels. On top of that, being able to track project hours directly is precisely what I was looking for, It's been a perfect fit.

Cons

I've noticed updates tend to break things and I find pulling together reports to be pretty challenging.

Comprehensive & user friendly system

Pros

setting up our new hospital with this platform has been surprisingly simple , putting in equipment and parts is so easy and it saves me a huge amount of time managing inventory.

Cons

impressive inventory and work order combo

Pros

I'm really impressed with how it combines inventory control with detailed work order documentation. For our 70-person agency it replaced what used to be 13 different spreadsheets and three separate divisional databases which was a huge time-saver. That said, the quality of the outcome largely hinges on how much time and care you put into the initial setup.

Cons

The developers say they're working on it but I'd really like a calendar view for scheduled work orders that can sync directly with our technicians' Outlook calendars , that feature would make coordination much smoother.

Helpful trial with unclear pricing

Pros

We were given extra time during the trial period so our team could be fully prepared to manage the implementation correctly.

Cons

Pricing isn't very transparent. When I requested a quote for our sister location, they couldn't make clear how costs are calculated whether it's tied to square footage, the number of buildings or something else entirely.

good system but not efficient

Pros

Once I got used to it, the interface really starts to make sense and I find searching past work orders or tracking equipment issues to be simple and clear. I also like that I can attach photos and PDFs right on equipment records so our maintenance team has all the paperwork and images they need in one place.

Cons

I'm not thrilled that there isn't a Purchase Order module included and I'd really value more flexible time-tracking for hours as well as improved documentation tools to support our processes.

simple for my team to learn

Pros

Honestly, the interface feels far more easy than the other systems we've tried and my team learned to handle work order management without having to sit through long, extensive training sessions.

Cons

I can't think of much that bothers me at the moment, although I'll probably need a little time to get used to each building being set up as its own separate facility.

good tool with rare glitches

Pros

It's easy to move around in. You don't have to be technically savvy to begin using it which I appreciate. The dashboard especially gives me a handy snapshot of everything at a glance.

Cons

I run into small glitches but they don't occur that frequently.

My favorite planning tool!

Pros

I like the calendar view because it lets me oversee all my work orders and schedule resources well in advance. When I filter by W/O Due and Demand, I get a much clearer understanding of what demand work orders are coming up which helps me plan resources far more efficiently. The calendar format has become my preferred way to keep tabs on and organize everything.

Cons

Sometimes I find the customization a little lacking. For example, I'd love a way to confirm that people who submit work orders actually get a notification email when their requests are completed. My team occasionally says they never received alerts about completed work orders, yet we don't have any method to verify whether the system dispatched those status emails or not which makes follow-up awkward.
