“Mixed experience with room for growth
Pros
Being able to configure multiple locations and designate different user roles is something I really value , it provides the flexibility I rely on when overseeing several sites.
Cons
there isn't a mobile app. I also can't create preventive maintenance plans tied to the date of the last service which feels like a basic necessity. I can't generate maintenance history reports for chosen date ranges either and I rely on those often. The biggest issue for me is the inability to record how long jobs spend in each workflow stage from not started to in progress, waiting on parts, to invoicing and finally completion. The system only records the final completion timestamp and gives me no visibility into the timing of the intermediate workflow steps.

“Completely transformed my work
Pros
I can pull up all my data without any issue and everything's laid out in a very clear, easy-to-follow way that makes sense immediately. The layout is so user-friendly and smooth.
Cons
Honestly, I can't come up with any real drawbacks. this tool has totally changed the way I do my work and I'm sincerely impressed by every single part of it.

“huge time saver with bugs
Pros
It really helps us simplify maintenance requests and manage work orders, and that has made a huge difference in cutting down on time and staffing needs. Our techs receive email alerts as soon as a work order is submitted which means we can address problems a lot quicker than we used to. The notification setup also messages the people who requested the work once a job is finished, so everyone stays informed about what repairs were done. It gives us a solid audit trail for all equipment troubleshooting and repairs. We just began using the scan code functionality and I can already see significant benefits.
Cons
hitting the back button causes the app to freeze and when that happens I have to sign out and restart my session to get back to work. It would also be great if there were an option to reopen finished work orders so I could add notes or upload attachments after the task is closed.

“Good reminders but confusing setup
Pros
I'm really appreciative of the notification and email reminders sent to our technicians , they've made it much easier for me to keep on top of tasks that need finishing. During setup the implementation team struck the right balance, they weren't overbearing yet they followed up consistently in a helpful, respectful way.
Cons
interface has a few elements that don't appeal to me and I sometimes struggle to locate where to add new equipment or assign people as resources , it can be confusing and uninteractive in places.

the core features is really simple and I can immediately dive into managing scheduled jobs as well as surprise issues without any real trouble or delay.
Cons
When I'm only overseeing one facility, I find the interface kind of clunky and awkward compared with using it across several enterprise locations.

I love how interactive the interface is and there's a ton of functionality to dig into, and our project management engineers were totally convinced once they tried it.
Cons
It's frustrating that I have to manually save everything because there isn't an auto-save, which becomes really annoying when I'm working on something important and accidentally forget to hit save.

Whenever I reach out for help, the support team gets back to me quickly and every person I've worked with truly understands the platform inside and out.
Cons
What bugs me is that the developers are constantly making tweaks without giving us a proper heads-up about what changed. We don't receive regular patch notes, so when features suddenly vanish or stop functioning, I'm left scratching my head trying to figure out what went wrong. That leads to downtime and confusion when I can't locate tools I rely on every day. If they took a cue from gaming companies and sent weekly change updates, a lot of these problems would disappear.

We can track every aspect of our maintenance department from incoming work requests to scheduled preventative tasks and it really helps our team spread assignments and set priorities so the workload is managed efficiently across the group.

I'm having trouble getting dependable report emails to arrive and the reported work order totals don't line up with what people are actually doing, so it's far too easy to unintentionally pile too many tasks onto someone.

Its very easy to use and the reports it produces are genuinely helpful and timely. The role-based access fits nicely with how our team is organized. What I love is that I can reach everything on my phone , so I can push updates right from whatever job site I'm at. Once the mechanics saw how easy it is and how it automates their preventive maintenance by building schedules for them, they've started to adopt it more readily and with confidence.
Cons
I'd like to be able to add items in some sections but currently even admins are blocked from doing so and having that permission would make things much smoother for our workflows.

“affordable tool but needs a mobile app

For maintenance management this tool checks all my boxes and is far more affordable than those costly enterprise suites. I'm genuinely impressed by how customizable nearly every part is and it feels like I can configure things to match our workflows and the interface was simple right away. Their training materials are extensive and practical which made the whole onboarding process easy and much less stressful than I expected.
Cons
I'm disappointed there isn't a native mobile app, the mobile web version works in a pinch but it often feels clunky and slower than what a dedicated app would provide, making on-the-go tasks more cumbersome than they need to be.

Love being able to log and monitor time while clearly seeing what my team has completed versus what remains outstanding has made it a lot easier for me to keep on top of all the tasks and deadlines.
Cons
I do wish the reporting tools were stronger because the current reports feel lacking and it's maddening that after I mark a work order as complete there's no option to go back and edit it, which often causes real frustration.

the interface is incredibly interactive and visually appealing across all the modules. I especially appreciate the new KPI dashboard they introduced , it provides a concise, real-time snapshot of everything going on at our facility so I don't have to hunt through menus.
Cons
I've found the calendar sync to be quite restrictive and it outright fails whenever I'm using Internet Explorer, which is frustrating when I need compatibility.
