“Reliable and gets the job done
Pros
The features are dependable and the layout feels really interactive, once I get comfortable with it, using the app becomes quite easy to use.
Cons
I do notice that outgoing emails can be agonizingly slow at times, although the support team has always been genuinely helpful whenever I've reached out to them.

“The setup took forever
Pros
What I appreciate is that this CMMS is remarkably simple to use and that easy usability is exactly why our company decided to select it in the first place.
Cons
It's been painfully slow to set up , we've been collaborating with their team for nearly six months and they still haven't completed the programming for all the features we require.

Pros
love the calendar view and find it super handy that the parts inventory is accessible whenever I actually need it.
Cons
It really bugs me that there's no way to change the official start time of work orders , I get frustrated when trying to backdate entries or set accurate schedules.

I value how easyly this hooks into Google Docs and Google Classroom and it genuinely aligns my workflow and saves me time.
Cons
the editing tools aren't very interactive and I wish they were designed to be much more user-friendly for everyday tasks.

What I really appreciate are the customization choices , I can adjust virtually everything so it fits our exact needs. The dashboard presents a crisp, professional appearance, both for me and when clients view it. The interface is easy to get around and use and the client permissions are smartly designed. The support staff have been fantastic every time I've contacted them for assistance.
Cons
I'm puzzled as to why scheduled work orders don't appear until their due date , perhaps I'm missing something about how the calendar or list is displayed but to me it would make more sense if those orders were visible ahead of time.

“My favorite efficiency tool
Pros
This is the tool I turn to most when I want to improve productivity and work more efficiently while also keeping tabs on maintenance tasks. I find it really helps me tie my goals, targets and performance metrics together in a way that makes reporting feel much more useful and insightful.
Cons
I can't say I have many complaints. Everything I've asked it to do has worked well for me. The lone downside is that the system can run quite slowly at times, and that delay becomes really annoying when I'm trying to finish tasks quickly.

“Almost perfect but missing mobile app
Pros
One thing I like is how quickly I can pull reports and enter departmental KPIs , it only takes a few clicks to get the data where it needs to be. Searching for work orders is a breeze thanks to the search bar at the top of the page, and making new work orders is also painless. The calendar view is a standout for me because the color coding makes it simple to eyeball statuses at a glance. Setup went more smoothly than I expected and the support team proved to be both knowledgeable and very helpful throughout onboarding. On top of that, the monthly cost feels reasonable and competitive compared with other products I've evaluated.
Cons
What frustrates me most is the absence of a native mobile app, since our sites depend heavily on phones and tablets to reduce paperwork , the mobile web version just doesn't cut it for us. I've used other CMMS tools that were considerably more interactive on mobile. Another pain point is not being able to reopen work orders that were closed by mistake, right now I'm forced to create a brand new order and link it to the closed one which ends up feeling redundant and clutters the system. The time tracking is another major letdown , I wanted a setup where I could click an employee's name and immediately see what work order they're on and their hours for the day or week but that visibility isn't there. It's also problematic that resources can fully edit work orders, requester fields should be read-only because I've wasted hours fixing descriptions that someone accidentally erased. We've even experienced critical outages that completely halted our operations, they don't happen often but when they do the impact is severe. A cached backup or an offline-access mode would be a game changer for those situations. Lastly when a work order is rejected there's no automatic notification sent to the person who created it, so I end up making follow,up calls and sending emails to close the loop , that wastes everyone's time.

“awesome help to get us started
Pros
During our initial setup we had an incredibly supportive team guiding us every step of the way. The training sessions were outstanding and our trainer clearly had a deep grasp of the system. Because we were total newcomers to CMMS, their help smoothed out the whole process and made adoption much easier. I'd call it excellent support for CMMS beginners.
Cons
I've been using this tool for more than a year now and to be honest I can't really point to any significant issues that bother me about it.

“Does everything but mobile is clumsy

I'm genuinely impressed by how interactive this platform is , it works well no matter how comfortable you are with technology. The way I can tweak settings for each property is excellent and easy to get set up. Over time we've pulled everything into a single, consolidated task list which lets us tie specific jobs back to particular building zones or individual pieces of equipment. The reporting tools are a big help too. I can quickly see where most of our time goes and which pieces of equipment keep causing headaches. Inventory control has been transformative for us, keeping track of commonly used supplies is much simpler now. Those automated low-stock notifications have saved us from running out of essentials more than once. After a year, I needed to add three additional properties and the team expanded our account without any fuss, so I now oversee four locations from one dashboard. What really sets them apart is the support whenever I've reached out with a question or an issue, I get prompt, personal assistance from real people rather than canned responses.
Cons
the mobile experience feels pretty frustrating to use. I often find myself squinting and tapping around in a browser on my phone instead of getting things done quickly. A proper native app would make my workflow so much smoother and save time by avoiding the issues of using the web interface on mobile.

“Great hub with tough set up

I like that there's a single place where I can submit work orders especially since it supports multiple facilities. Everyone on our staff is able to report issues, which helps our crew organize and plan maintenance work more effectively. I find the cost-tracking tools valuable and pulling together reports and visual charts to keep an eye on spending and labor hours is simple and reliable.
Cons
entering all the initial data and setting up location tracking is tedious, and whenever our site undergoes changes it turns into a major pain to update everything internally. I often feel bogged down by the manual upkeep required when our layouts or asset lists shift which makes ongoing maintenance management more frustrating than it needs to be.

“easy request with bad tracking
Pros
It is really smooth and easy to submit my work requests through this system and customers I've helped seem to have no trouble using it.
Cons
I'm frustrated that it uses device names as the primary identifier when I'm managing hundreds of almost identical items such as hospital beds, it becomes a nightmare, I'd much prefer a unique asset number system for proper equipment tracking.

“Easy but missing templates
Pros
I've really liked how easy it is to move around the platform , the layout is natural and I didn't have to spend much time learning how to use it to get going.
Cons
being unable to go back and replace a mistaken screenshot after it's been uploaded is really frustrating and I also miss having built-in standardized templates for routine equipment tasks on common machinery, they would save me a lot of time.

Pros
Getting everything set up was much easier than I expected, and the layout is very simple. My team and I have enjoyed how simple it is to move around the app and handle our daily tasks without issue.
Cons
I haven't come across any major problems so far. Both our engineering group and the employees who submit on-demand work orders have given consistently positive feedback about the system.

Its very easy to find everything and the email alerts make sure I'm always up to date. Price was a big reason I picked it , it's very fair given the features offered overall.
Cons
I can't retrieve any entries or values from the DATA column within the work order task field. All information needs to be entered into the summary area which makes tracking exact measurements quite inconvenient.

Anyone on our team can hop in and start using this with no training and it's incredibly simple to pick up. I also really appreciate being able to reach everything from my phone and blast notifications to whole teams in one go.
Cons
