eSpace is intuitive and Direct. We handle around 10,000 events on our campus per year, so we need something to keep us organized.
Cons
I wish there was a place to specify doors to be unlocked instead of just adding it to the notes, similar to "spaces."

We value its ease of use; extremely straightforward and intuitive.
Cons
Under the "Setup Tab" - "configuration" should be a "required" field since it's crucial for every room reservation. People tend to forget this, requiring us to follow up almost every time. Additionally, under the "Setup Tab" - "Edit" should be more descriptive, like "Add Configuration" or "Add Details - Add Notes." People often miss this because they don't understand what they're editing, and it's not a required field (which it should be). Finally, it would be helpful if "attachments" were more visible instead of hidden under "optional settings," as people often miss this feature.

Pros
I like the dashboard. I enjoy being able to see all my upcoming events/groups/classes at a glance. I also appreciate being able to communicate about the event with the administrator within the reservation, saving time by not having to email details already in eSpace. Additionally, I like seeing which events are approved, pending, or have conflicts.
Cons
Sometimes I'm unsure when it's appropriate to resubmit an event after making an edit.

Pros
I think it will be sufficient once I have time to learn more about it. It is VERY different from our previous system and requires time that I currently lack. Not the system's fault.

Pros
This software is very easy to use. We clean a church, and this is how we keep up with their schedule. It's very helpful to me as I'm the one who schedules the cleaners.

eSpace is accessible from both desktop and phone.
Cons
It's hard to determine the actual next step. Maybe rules are missing if you're not supposed to take a particular action. Prompts to the user when no action/next step has been taken would be helpful, especially if it hasn't been approved.
