“helps us manage three buildings
Pros
A few years back I discovered it while searching online for an improved calendaring solution and since we were an expanding church, I needed a scheduling system that could be shared easily with our building maintenance team as well as the wider congregation. This software gives me a clear, big-picture view of which areas are reserved and provides specifics on how each room should be arranged. Now that we're responsible for three separate buildings, I rely on eSpace to keep everything coordinated. I've found it to be extremely helpful in managing space usage, setup requirements and overall logistics.
Cons
In my experience it has run reliably and met our needs without any notable issues.

“They are always improving
Pros
I find it to be a fantastic, user-friendly facility management system. The customer service is outstanding. Whenever our staff encounters a question or a tricky predicament, the Cool Solutions team responds quickly and stays available genuinely valuing our feedback and continually looking for ways to improve things. So overall we have been very pleased.

“Simple to create new events
Pros
We find it simple to create an event with every necessary detail including spaces, resources and everything else. And being able to log in from any computer, whether I'm at work or at home makes it really convenient. We've tailored the setup to fit our church/business needs, use it to reserve rooms and vehicles and have even configured it to display holidays and custodial staff vacations so scheduling stays organized and clear.
Cons
Personally, I haven't noticed any limitations in our use of the system.

From my experience, the positives have been so overwhelming that any minor drawbacks barely register. What really stands out is their customer support. Incredibly responsive and attentive to user needs. I'd gladly suggest it to anyone who asks.

Pros
For quite a while now, I've been hunting for a software suite that combines event scheduling including HVAC functionality with solid facility work-order management so I could confidently point it out to my clients and I genuinely believe they can rely on this product. Besides, the price is something you really can't beat.

“Much easier to use compared to the alternatives
Pros
After trying several other facility scheduling solutions, I find Espace to be easy to use and much more approachable than the alternatives I worked with. Where before a single person was responsible for coordinating more than 300 events each month because the previous system was so complicated, this tool has allowed us to decentralize responsibilities so that departmental administrative assistants can handle their own bookings. Over time I've seen them resolve scheduling conflicts among ministries themselves without needing to escalate everything to one person and that autonomy has been a real time-saver for our team. The interface feels natural which made adoption simple for staff who aren't tech experts. On top of that, the people behind the product have been pleasant over the past couple of years whenever I raised questions. I do recommend it to other churches.
