Although I appreciate the level of detail in the work order procurement, I find there are too many steps involved.

The only downside I've noticed is that it seems to load slowly on phones, and uploading requests is also sluggish. However, I don't encounter these issues on the desktop version.

There are too many layers to navigate unless you utilize the "Quick Event" feature.

I appreciate its intuitive nature and self-explanatory functions.

I dislike that when someone inputs a recurring event, it consolidates them all into a single request, even if the event occurs on different days of the week. Additionally, I believe the asset management could be more detailed.

Pros

I like that events are visible on the calendar even before final approval. Sometimes they get held up in our organization, yet our facilities team can still see them and proceed with the necessary setup.

Cons

I'm not fond of how the sub-admin approvals function. As an administrator, it's too easy for me to inadvertently bypass the sub-admin's approval, which is crucial. I wish there were safeguards against this. While I appreciate being able to view the event history, I wish there was more detail on date and time changes. I like the idea that each category can have its own color, but I dislike that it occupies another line in the calendar view and we don't use it because of this. It would be better if the event name simply took on the color instead of adding another line with the colored box.

Generating reports is straightforward, and the app is quite useful.

It's not straightforward to sort through event listings. It needs a consistent event entry template guide.

I'm impressed by how mobile-friendly and straightforward it is to use. Within seconds, I was able to navigate it effortlessly for the first time.

Pros

Our organization struggled with using spacing features on Office 365 for several years. Over time, we began losing the functionality we required from software. That's when eSpace came in. The software has significantly improved room scheduling and ticketing for various departmental projects.

Overall, we've enjoyed the project, but like any organizational change, the rollout was somewhat cumbersome.

It fulfills my requirements. The communication feature is a plus. Being able to add forms is also beneficial.

It offers a plethora of features, which can sometimes be overwhelming for my needs.

I Adore the conflict feature that alerts you when the space or items you want are unavailable before you get too attached to them.

When I duplicate an event, it should replicate ALL the details (Event Editors), but it fails to do so.
