Useful automatic reminders

Pros

Work order management is great. I can set up preventative maintenance and have automatic reminders pop up on the schedule so routine tasks don't get overlooked. I also appreciate being able to view a piece of equipment's full service history and reserving rooms through the calendaring system is simple when I need to officially book space.

Cons

I'd love for the product to include a feature where I can monitor ongoing, long-term problems or items that are sitting on a waiting list because right now it's hard to keep track of things that need to be addressed later.

Plenty of options

Pros

There are plenty of choices in every stage of the process and I'm able to adjust and configure my events to the extent I need without feeling constrained.

Cons

Some of the option labels are confusing to me so after not using the software for a few weeks I often lose track of what I'm trying to find. The section headings sometimes don't align with the terminology I expect.

Very user friendly system

Pros

Great how user-friendly the system is and I find it invaluable that I can export most reports into Excel since that feature saves me a lot of time. On top of that, I've noticed the help desk usually responds quickly when I have questions.

Cons

For my part, I find that some basic report elements such as having resources tied to specific spaces are still missing and represent a definite need although the team tells me they're working on a fix.

Complicated interface

Pros

It lets me do more than just reserve meeting rooms. I can also submit work orders through the same interface and it seems like the platform is steadily expanding its feature set over time.

Cons

Interface could be simpler. Too complicated at this point.

Easy to see whats available

Pros

Being able to filter by room is something I really appreciate since it lets me quickly find what's available without having to sift through everything. My dashboard is another feature I like because it brings all of my events together on a single page so I can see the big picture at a glance.

Lets me add info about every event!

Pros

I like that the software gives me flexible options to add detailed information for every event while also presenting a clear, at-a-glance calendar overview that helps me keep track of scheduling and commitments.

Cons

Overall I have no complaints about the product and haven't had any issues worth mentioning.

incredible range of features

Pros

Being able to view all of my events and spaces at once gives me a complete overview that really helps when I'm beginning my day. The range of features such as selecting detailed options and jotting down notes also makes it easier for me to set up events.

Cons

I often struggle with the app's organization and find that my job efficiency suffers when I have to coordinate across multiple offices or different spaces.

An improvement over the previous system

Pros

I've found it really simple to book meeting rooms and to check which spaces others have already reserved. From what colleagues told me about the old system, it sounded like a total mess so this setup is a much better experience.

Well structured program

Pros

What I like most is how well laid out the interface is. It organizes scheduling throughout the building and speeds up the whole reservation process. Moreover, I can quickly check which rooms are free and pinpoint exactly when the facility is booked to capacity.

Cons

Customer support stands out

Pros

So user-friendly and simple to handle. Bringing new team members up to speed is quick and painless. It's flexibility lets us adapt it to a variety of needs we have. On top of that, I like that the company continually releases updates and enhancements based on user requirements which shows they genuinely listen to organizations that rely on the platform.

Cons

Whenever I hit a snag or am searching for a specific feature, the support team responds quickly often steering me toward the exact tool or workflow I need or telling me whether the suggestion is popular and roughly when they might be able to build that capability. Their consistent eagerness to expand the product's flexibility and their clear enthusiasm for helping users get the most out of the system makes me confident that they'll continue improving it.

Accessible from outside the office

Pros

I can access it anywhere I have an internet connection. From my phone, tablet or the computer at home. I no longer need to be tied to the office in order to address service requests. Moreover, once a work order is approved and assigned, the department's team receives the request straight on their device.

Customer-centric company

Pros

I'm really impressed with how customer-centric they are. They've built a feature inside the program where users like me can submit suggestions about things we think would benefit both our organization and others which is such a refreshing idea. Asking the people who actually use the system for input. I genuinely love that! Furthermore, the capability to track equipment through the work order module is going to be invaluable when we prepare budgets, since it records each item's details, age and maintenance history enabling wiser stewardship of the funds we've been entrusted with and helping to reduce unexpected costs.

Recommended for facility management

Pros

Over the past year I have been using this software personally and at our facility we've actually relied on it for several years so my experience is both recent and long-term. Among the scheduling tools I've tried, this one ranks near the top in terms of functionality and reliability. One major advantage is the way it breaks out the various number spaces and from a scheduling standpoint I really appreciate how it flags conflicts so they're easy to spot before they become problems. The interface is simple yet remarkably adaptable. It has fulfilled every business requirement we've presented so far. I would strongly recommend this solution for facility management or event scheduling needs. When I've reached out for help whether about a technical issue or an account matter, customer service has been very responsive and helpful.

most user friendly program

Pros

Having used many tools, I've watched this program leapfrog competitors and emerge as the most user-friendly program available. The improvements I see in production clearly reflect its superior workflow management that I haven't seen elsewhere. As a result, acting responsibly and efficiently has become far, far simpler for me since adopting eSpace Work Order.

Attentive support staff

Pros

When I reached out to their customer support, they actually listened attentively and offered real help which felt like a rare experience. Honestly, it's amazing to find support that genuinely works and I wish more software companies would take the same approach.

Love eSpace!

Pros

To be honest, I've come to rely on it as our go-to master calendar and the place we schedule our facility and resources. With just one primary admin handling things, everyone on staff can instantly see what's on the books and how rooms are expected to be arranged which saves so much back-and-forth. The support team has been helpful whenever we've had questions, responding quickly and they genuinely seem committed to continually refining the program so it becomes even more useful for a wider group of users. I really can't think of any drawbacks and I absolutely love eSpace!
