Setting up the application parameters isn't as easy as I expected. I had to call support for guidance.

The software engineers built me an automated work order system. Originally, I managed issues through email alerts from another company. My partner company linked the alert emails to eWorkOrders. Now, I wake up with a dashboard that gives a quick snapshot of what needs to be repaired. The eWorkOrders team made that customization possible.

I have no problems with this software. It has streamlined my work and saved me a lot of man-hours.

For the end user, it provides a quick solution to their needs, requiring only a few minutes to issue a work order. Our maintenance team uses eWorkOrders as the basis for their daily morning meetings and work scheduling.

The overall appearance is a bit dull with many gray colors, but I can overlook that for its functionality.

The product is incredibly easy to navigate, provides seamless online access, and delivers excellent overall results. The vendor responds to our needs almost instantly, is very accommodating, and maintains a high level of professionalism with excellent technical support. We have 320 employees who use the software without any issues or complaints.

We have no complaints. The product is fantastic for tracking and reporting work orders. All levels can use the product effortlessly. The facility directors seem very pleased with the work order system.

The E-Workorder system is fantastic and doesn't require advanced computer skills to navigate and set up. The benefits it offers are comparable to many high-priced software systems but without the hefty cost. We are a long-term healthcare agency with over 33 properties in Ohio and 750 employees, and this system allows every computer-literate employee to submit and track work requests. It has enabled us to build an electronic database for scheduled PMs and essential inspections, as well as track equipment, parts costs, and labor. We are expanding our documentation to use electronic asset tracking through E-Workorders.
