EWorkOrders. Rocks. Period..

Pros

Where do I start?? To keep it brief, EWorkOrders is packed with powerful features. There are plenty of configuration options that are very adaptable, aside from a few minor limitations. That said, implementing and customizing it doesn't require advanced technical skills. MOST IMPORTANTLY: THEIR CUSTOMER/TECH SUPPORT HAS MADE THIS THE BEST SOFTWARE VENDOR RELATIONSHIP I'VE EVER HAD - HANDS DOWN.

Cons

Just to be fair: Although the folks at eWorkOrders are very accessible and more than willing to explain everything you might have questions about, a more comprehensive Help section is definitely needed.

eWorkOrders is the best system out there

Pros

This system has greatly simplified the process of creating, editing, tracking, and sending work orders. We've tried other systems before, but none compare to eWorkOrders. The management screens are intuitive and require minimal data entry. You can email, fax, or print directly from your desktop to the work order recipient. Many fields and reports were custom designed to meet our needs. Customer service is always available, and technical questions are answered promptly, usually within minutes. Thank you, eWorkOrders, for making my job easier.

Cons

The only downside is that we tried so many other companies before finding this amazing system.

A Top Flight Product That Fits Any Budget

Pros

eWorkOrders is simple to use. The benefit of being web-based, as opposed to a standalone product installed on a server or desktop, is enormous. The ability to get immediate feedback from customers when a work order is completed has allowed me to measure and enhance the quality of our customer service. Many lessees in city-owned buildings previously lacked access to the city Intranet-based work request system and had to submit requests via email, phone, or verbally. With eWorkOrders, all my customers can now submit work requests that I can respond to instantly, receive feedback, and generate reports from a single database.

Cons

As with any system, eWorkOrders works best with internal admin support. However, we have managed to use it well with intensive training of the maintenance staff; all entries are made by the maintenance workers themselves.

Great Progrram with Amazing Support

Pros

The program is incredibly easy to navigate with a wide range of functions and features. There has never been a report or query I couldn't generate. Any information we need is just a few clicks away, and the data is always consistent. Jeff Roscher from Information Professionals has always been very attentive and supportive. Any question is addressed quickly and correctly, and he always understands my needs and ensures I get exactly what I'm looking for.

Cons

The program has no drawbacks in my opinion. I would love to be able to customize the color. A nice lavender would be lovely. :-)

Highly Recommended

Pros

Eworkorders is a dream come true for our company, saving us a lot of time and money. This system not only helps us efficiently organize our maintenance requests and preventive maintenance lists but is also fast and easy to use. It continuously evolves with new updates and improvements that benefit my business. The system is highly adaptable, allowing us to customize its features to suit our company's needs. The technical support service is unparalleled, always answering my questions completely and making necessary changes almost immediately.

Product very easy to use -- customer support EXCELLENT!

Pros

The product is very intuitive and highly customizable. With minimal training, we were operational quickly. We even use this product in ways we didn't anticipate due to its flexibility. The few times we've had questions, the support team has been incredibly responsive. We love it!

Cons

It would be good if clicking on column headings could sort the worklist.

Pros

Eworkorders is an exceptional product. From the demo to installation to support services, it's the best work order program I've used. We haven't had any technical or user issues since installing this product. The support services are excellent, and we are very pleased with the product. The cost savings compared to other systems I've used is significant.

Pros

The system is very easy to use. The support team is very responsive, meeting requests for new reports enthusiastically and quickly. Suggestions for changes or improvements are considered and implemented promptly. I'm very glad I chose this system for the museum.

Cons

I would like to see an inventory component integrated into the system.

Pros

Our previous system was very cumbersome. E-Workorder has proven to be very intuitive; our staff can easily manage inventory, add/delete/revise services. Our tenants appreciate the ease of access without the prior complicated login process. The increased user volume and tenant satisfaction with entering requests and receiving automatic status notifications have improved our overall performance. Great job!

Cons

We have not encountered any problems or difficulties so far. No negatives to report.

eWorks works for us

Pros

It's easy for anyone to use, regardless of their computer skills. Our IT department likes that it's a web-based program. All I have to do is send customers the link, and they can easily submit work orders. We appreciate the email notifications to customers when a work order is closed and the customer feedback link. It helps us reduce paper use, and the "what's new" feature is much better than getting emails. It's a very flexible program, and our tech support has been awesome.

Cons

I would like to be able to look up work orders by number.

Excellent product and support

Pros

We could get it up and running the same day. It's very full-featured with excellent support that understands not only the product but also my actual needs. In other words, they took the time to understand my business, not just promote their solution. They are responsive, easy to understand, and easy to reach. It's an exceptionally good value. We have tried both the Timberline and MRI service management modules, and we find this product 100 times easier to use.

Cons

The graphics interface could be a bit more stylish. It's OK, but not as smooth and sleek as some.

Universal Technical Institute Maintenance
