clear tracking for every request

Pros

Keeping track of both repair and rental requests has been simple for me and I like how everything stays organized without overlap. I also feel that this visibility helps me stay in control of updates.

Cons

I haven't actually found anything I'd want to change yet, everything seems to be working exactly the way it should.

flexible fit for our team

Pros

Learning this software felt easy for me and I didn't need much training to get going. I also like how flexible it is, since I can adjust it to match how my organization already works.

Cons

A few of my teammates have mentioned that the "Log" area can be a bit of a maze when you're trying to dig up older comments or notes.

lots of promise ahead

Pros

Early on, I noticed the software already has a strong foundation. I also feel confident it will continue improving which makes it even more valuable over time.

Cons

While there are still a few rough edges and missing features, the support team's helpfulness during our rollout really took the sting out of those issues.

all-in-one portal that delivers

Pros

Most K-12 public school department supervisors end up bouncing between separate tools for tech, maintenance, grounds, transportation, facility scheduling and inventory. With this one, I can keep all of that in a single portal and it has made my day-to-day work feel a lot more organized and under control. Everything feels more manageable when it's all in one place and the setup just makes sense to me.

Cons

I'm genuinely surprised at how easy this was to set up compared to other helpdesk portals I've used in the past, it's been a very smooth ride.

keeps everything on track

Pros

this platform helped me keep my daily work in order across a bunch of different areas. Nothing seems to slip through the cracks and the ticket process has been really helpful and very simple to work with. In some cases, I can look closely at detailed info and activity numbers and other times I can step back and see the bigger picture which fits well with different projects and management styles. One of the biggest wins for me is that it works well for where I am now and still feels like it can grow with me later instead of holding me back. I also want to give credit to the people behind it because the fun training videos and the way they interact with users make the whole experience better and make me like using it even more.

Cons

Funny enough, my only real complaint is that I wish I could use this at home to get my family life as organized as my work life.

calendar booking will save time

Pros

Handling the school calendar takes a lot of back-and-forth right now and I can already see this tool being a much better option. It feels a lot more easy and practical than the system we currently use. Scheduling should move a lot faster and I really like that people can look up open spaces by themselves instead of having to ask someone every time. That would save time, remove an extra step and make things a lot more helpful for everyone.

Cons

Since we haven't officially gone live with the system yet, I don't really have any feedback or suggestions on what might need changing.

packed calendar and great support

Pros

This has been a really collaborative platform for me and it works well for both our school and the community when it comes to checking schedules. One thing I really like is that it helps stop double bookings and also works as a full scheduling system. It also lets me handle pricing approvals, billing and collecting payments all in one spot which has made things a lot easier to keep up with. Another big plus is how it keeps everyone in the loop, from admins and custodians to community members, so communication feels more connected and organized.

Cons

The calendar can get a bit overwhelming when things are busy but our rep was great about showing me how to organize it better so I don't miss anything.

support team that really cares

Pros

One thing that really matters to me is the help behind a product and this one has been awesome in that area. I've had a really positive time with both the support staff and customer service team. They keep me in the loop when updates or changes happen and whenever something goes wrong, they're quick to step in and help me fix it. Any time I need a hand, my rep is there to work through it with me and they always come in with a friendly attitude. More than anything, I feel like they truly value me as a customer and that means a lot.

Cons

Some parts of the platform were a bit fuzzy at first but the regular updates they've been pushing out have made it much more user-friendly over time.

love the work order setup

Pros

this tool felt simple to get the hang of but it still gives me a lot in one spot for keeping things organized, tracking progress and sorting out day-to-day work. The work order part has been a big win for us since my team and our clients can message each other through the Respond button, so everything stays tied to the job instead of getting lost in texts or emails. Being able to put multiple workers on one work order has also helped me a lot with team coordination. We use the Schedule Request feature for events too and it has been very reliable. The email alerts are also useful because they help me keep up with deadlines and open tasks without logging in all the time. One of the best parts for me has been the support team. They answer fast and have been super helpful especially when we needed help with bulk imports. Overall I've had a really positive experience using it.

Cons

I'm still holding out for a dedicated app, as that would be a game-changer when I'm away from my desk, even if the mobile site is "good enough" for now.

perfect work orders and reporting

Pros

I liked how simple the work order setup feels for our production and maintenance crews during everyday tasks. Customer support has also been amazing in my experience and when something needs attention, it usually gets handled fast. Another big plus for me is the reporting tool because it makes it really clear where issues keep popping up. That helps our team spot patterns, add better engineering controls and cut down on repeat problems quicker.

Cons

The equipment section still trips me up because I can't find a way to create folders for all our PDF manuals which makes organizing things a bit of a headache.

keeps our school scheduling on track

Pros

After using this for 4 years, I can say it's been really friendly to learn and work with from the start. Having all 26 school buildings and calendars in one spot has helped me stay on top of everything without things feeling all over the place. That kind of full view makes a big difference in my everyday work. We also have our HVAC tied into it, along with Arbiter and having those systems work together has been very useful. The biggest win for me is that overlapping reservations are no longer a problem. Since I'm handling 26 schools and tons of resources, my schedule can get busy fast and this tool has made the whole job a lot more manageable.

Cons

Okay so.... I'm still waiting for the reporting side to catch up to where I need it to be but I can see that they are at least making some progress in that area.

simple setup and training

Pros

Getting started with this platform felt really easy and I was able to move around it without any confusion. It also hasn't been hard for me to show other people how it works, so training new users and handling everyday tasks has felt a lot more comfortable.

Cons

I'd really love a way to turn off the repeating weekly schedule so I can stick to custom dates and avoid accidentally scheduling things on holidays.

all our requests in one place

Pros

We used to have no real way to track maintenance tickets or tech-related requests and reporting was pretty much missing too. After we started using ToolPress, all of that ended up in one place for me which has made a big difference. It also gave us more tools and coverage than we were even expecting when we first signed up.

Cons

It took us a while to get the whole team on board and while we wanted to outsource the data entry to ToolPress, the cost was just a bit too high for us.

reporting that saves me time

Pros

This has been a big help for me because it keeps all the details we need for reports in one place. I've noticed way less paperwork since we started using it and that alone has made my day-to-day work faster. It helps me stay on top of things and get more done without wasting time on so much manual work.

Cons

One thing that slows me down is having to set up custom fields for tasks one at a time, it just feels a little more repetitive than it needs to be.

love the reporting features

Pros

One thing I really enjoy about this tool is the reporting and the whole platform feels very user-friendly to me. The Active Directory connection has also made a big difference for our team since users can send in tickets a lot more easily without running into extra steps. That has been a huge plus for us.

Cons

I really don't have any major complaints though I think a dedicated iOS app would be a fantastic addition down the road.

cuts my team admin time

Pros

This tool has been a big help for me and my team. It takes a lot less time to handle facilitation, scheduling and request tracking than the old way our company used to do it. I'd say it cuts that work down by about half which has made a real difference in my day-to-day routine. The layout also feels simple to use, so getting through regular tasks is quicker and a lot less frustrating. Overall I've had a really good experience with it.

Cons

The delay in report updates is a bit of a problem for me, seeing data that's 18 hours old makes it hard to be accurate when I need inventory numbers right now.

Pros

Running 11 locations used to be a lot to juggle and I had a tough time staying on top of what needed attention first. loving the calendar layout

Pros

Using this software has been really pleasant for me. The setup feels simple to figure out and the calendar layout is one of the best parts to work in. It's been genuinely useful in my day-to-day work and I also like seeing the team keep coming up with new features and updates. it is great to use this web-based tool. It lets me put in just the amount of info I want, so I never feel forced into a limited setup. Some days I keep things pretty basic and other times I add more detail and it handles both without a problem. That kind of flexibility works really well for me and fits the way I like to get things done.

Cons
