perfect clarity across the district

Pros

All across our district, I've seen people use the calendar without confusion. It's clear, simple to follow and helps everyone keep schedules lined up. That has made planning a lot more workable for all kinds of users and we've been able to stay in sync much better.

Cons

I've heard from a couple of people that their maintenance requests don't always appear, so I'd really love to see a more reliable confirmation system for when emails go out.

user-friendly and works really well

Pros

Our team has a mix of people who are very skilled and others who need something more basic, so having a clear and friendly layout really matters to me. This software has been a really good match for that and makes things a lot easier for everyone to use.

Cons

The biggest item on my wishlist is more integration options with other tools but aside from that, it's been a very great and positive experience for me.

Great performance for an exceptional price

Pros

The software has empowered our staff to engage fully with various request types, including tech support, maintenance, and transportation. We can track specific assistance requests and verify their status. The program is cost-effective compared to similar alternatives. Additionally, we seamlessly integrate third-party applications to directly input athletic schedule requests, eliminating the need for multiple platforms.

Cons

I have very few negative remarks about this product. The only downside I experienced was during the implementation phase. It would be helpful if the organization had clearly defined workflows for each request type before implementing the software. Although changing the request workflow is not complicated, it can be challenging if the organization hadn't previously considered this process before going live with the software.

Pros

One thing that really works for me is that people can put in their own details instead of piling every single thing into one huge calendar. That setup feels a lot more doable on my end especially when I do not need every event showing all at once.

Cons

With so many tools and options available, the system can feel a bit bulky sometimes and I find it takes a lot of admin oversight to ensure everything is being logged correctly.

worth every penny!

Pros

This software has really helped our staff stay on top of all kinds of requests, from tech support to maintenance to transportation. Now we can keep up with each request a lot better and check the status without things getting mixed up. One of the biggest wins for me is the price because our district is paying way less than we would for a lot of other systems like this. We also use the connection with outside apps which lets athletic schedule requests come right into the platform. That alone has saved me from putting the same schedule into multiple places and it has cut down a lot of repeat work.

Cons

I don't have a lot to complain about though I did learn that you really need to have your internal processes mapped out before you launch to avoid some of the trickier setup hurdles.

really friendly once set up

Using this tool has felt very natural for me and I had no trouble getting comfortable with it for everyday tasks. It's simple to work with and doesn't feel overwhelming at all which made my day-to-day use a lot better.

Cons

Pros

One thing I really liked was how flexible this software felt. I was able to tweak it around my own needs without a lot of hassle and that made it work much better for the way I handle things day to day.

Cons

packed with useful features

Pros

Getting started with this platform was pretty quick for me and using it has felt very natural right from day one. One thing I really noticed is how much it can do, since it covers a lot of different needs across a whole team or company. The support crew has also been awesome in my experience and has helped me out anytime something came up. Another big plus is how flexible it is. I can make a lot of it fit the way I work and most days it feels fairly simple to manage without a lot of hassle.

Cons

While I don't have many complaints, I do wish I could customize a few more parts of the system rather than having to tweak my own process to fit the software's current structure.

handles campus tickets really well

Pros

handy for work orders

Pros

Handling maintenance and preventive work has been manageable for me and I like how easy it is to add photos directly into work orders from my phone. I also find that this makes it quicker to show and explain issues.

Cons

Sometimes the analytics feel a bit buried under too many clicks but for a web-based CMMS, it really does exactly what it says it's going to do.

simple setup and clear workflow

The setup process was quick for me and I didn't run into any issues getting started. I also found the system easy to learn which made jumping into daily tasks much easier.

Cons

One downside I've noticed is how the system handles closed work orders, it starts a brand-new email thread rather than staying on the original one which makes tracking conversations a bit messy.

Pros
