Pros
I could tell this software was built to work for different kinds of needs and that has been a big win for my company. A lot of tools looked fine at first but most of them ended up confusing people across the team. This one was the first platform we used where everyone could actually jump in and understand it without a lot of trouble. It has been simple to get people comfortable with it and for me that says a lot. Across different roles and day-to-day tasks, it has adjusted really well and made adoption much easier for all of us.
Cons
The fact that reporting doesn't update in real-time is definitely a downside, as the 8 to 12-hour lag means I'm not always looking at the latest numbers.

Pros
it really won me over that how much this software could be adjusted for my team. Pretty much every change or special request I brought up was something the vendor was willing and able to make happen. While I was comparing other scheduling tools, I kept running into platforms that charged extra for every little tweak or just said no to certain requests. With this one, I felt heard and that level of flexibility made a huge difference for me.
Cons
Reporting has been the biggest headache for me especially with multi-room bookings and the lack of detail though I do appreciate the Excel fix the vendor provided.

Pros
One thing I've really loved is the customer support. They've been amazing anytime we've needed help. The software has also made a big difference for us by putting all of our calendars in one spot, so scheduling feels a lot more put together. Because of that, we've had fewer mix-ups and way less manual booking mistakes when setting up facility use.
Cons
We haven't run into any major issues yet and while we're still tweaking how we use the features, nothing has felt like a real roadblock.

Pros
This is something we use every day and it really keeps the whole process simple for me and the team. People can send in requests without getting stuck and on our end we can move things along, assign tasks, make updates and run reports that show exactly how things are going. Everything feels very approachable while still doing everything we need it to do. Another big plus for me has been the support team. Whenever we've had questions, they've gotten back to us fast and their help usually points us to new ways to get even more out of the system.
Cons
It's actually a bit of a "good" problem to have but the system is so easy to use that we're now getting more tech requests than our team can keep up with.

One thing I've really been happy with is the schedule request section. It gives me a lot to work with, like approval steps, alerts, repeating events and more and that's helped keep our facility calendar way more organized and running better day to day. Another big plus for me is being able to send event details straight to our public website and I can also bring in athletic schedules automatically from an outside service. On top of that, the import templates have been very user-friendly, so I didn't have a hard time getting things set up.
Cons
While it sometimes takes a few more clicks than I'd like to find what I'm looking for, it's a minor issue compared to how well the system works overall.

it has been really nice to work with day to day and I like how simple it feels when I'm using it. The drop-down options help me keep everything consistent and clear which makes entries easier for everyone to follow. Customer support has also been fast and very detailed anytime I've reached out, so I never feel stuck for long. Another thing that has helped me a lot is the reporting. It gives me real info I can use for business decisions, like tracking workload, planning equipment life cycles, looking at repair costs and spotting the top 10 trouble assets. There's a lot this system does well and I've gotten a lot of value from it.
Cons
The import process can be a bit temperamental and it's annoying when the system locks up and leaves a work order stuck in "pending" status.
