Pros
this software checked every box our search committee had on the list and that was exactly what I wanted. It covers everything we were hoping to get, so it's honestly tough for me to pick just one best part. If I had to name something, I'd say the overall set of tools stands out the most. We get a lot out of it but it still doesn't feel confusing or too much to deal with and that balance has made it really comfortable for me to use.
Cons
My only real complaint is that the "declutter" setting isn't on by default, otherwise, I'm perfectly happy with how everything works.

Right from the beginning, this software felt simple to use. With barely any training, our team was already putting in maintenance and IT tickets without running into problems. The maintenance and IT crew could sort priorities fast, share status updates and move issues along without things getting stuck. Day to day, it has worked really well for us and made the whole process feel more organized. I also like that it runs online because we can get to it from pretty much anywhere.
Cons
I sometimes notice a tiny bit of lag in the menus but honestly, that probably has more to do with our office Wi-Fi than the software itself.

Pros
this tool felt like Fleet Management eXpress to me. The open setup gives me a ton of freedom to create custom data fields, set up work order steps, track parts inventory and keep an eye on technician output the way I want. The reporting is also really wide-ranging and adjustable, so I get a lot of say in how the system works for me day to day. On top of that, it has been a dependable standalone platform in my experience. It feels natural to use, stays accurate and the customer support has honestly been some of the best I've dealt with. If anyone asked me what to check out for fleet operations, I'd definitely send them to this one.
Cons
There's nothing I dislike so far, I'm still learning all the bells and whistles but that's just part of getting the most out of a new system.

I noticed how simple it was to get this up and running. We were able to bring over almost all of our data from the old system without a lot of hassle and that made the switch feel way less overwhelming than I expected. After I understood the platform a bit more, adding users and setting up groups was also pretty easy. One thing I really liked was the level of control it gave us especially compared to a lot of the other options we checked out. The price was also very fair, so for me it ended up feeling like a really strong deal overall.
Cons
Even though our old system had a few features this one doesn't, the gaps are so small that they haven't been a dealbreaker for us at all.

Coming from a much more outdated work order system, this felt like a big step up for me. Getting started did not feel overwhelming at all because the layout just made sense right away. We were also able to pick the sign-in option that worked best for our team and I liked that we could use Google since that already fits the way we work. On the user side, the page looks clean and well put together, so it's simple to move through, update things and keep an eye on progress without any mix-ups. To me, this has been the best option out there.
Cons
I've got nothing but good things to say and I love that the HTML5 setup lets me be as "hands-on" or "hands-off" with customization as I want.

One thing I really like is how people can put in the exact details needed on each ticket. That makes a big difference for our tech and maintenance teams because they can usually handle the issue right the first time instead of going back and forth. This software has been super simple for me to use and the biggest sign is that my end users actually jump in and use it without any pushback. A big plus for me is how this tool lets a lot of our staff work on the same project together without stopping all the time for extra meetings or quick check-ins. I liked that this software could be adjusted around how our company already works instead of making us change everything to fit the system. Switching to this service worked out really well for us. We replaced two pricey tools, one for scheduling and another for maintenance, with just this one platform and the cost was close to what we used to pay for only one of them. That made a huge difference for me right away. The system is also very simple to use. Even people on our team who usually struggle with tech picked it up pretty fast, so training did not slow us down much. Another thing that made this stand out was how hassle-free the setup felt. I moved our information over with the import option without much trouble and we were able to tweak things ourselves to match our campus needs using the tools already built in. The reporting has also been really useful for me. Exporting past data into a spreadsheet gave us a much better look at how our resources were used over the year and that has helped me figure out where we can improve efficiency.
Cons
I really wish the standard package included direct HVAC and door control integrations, as having to rely on a custom add-on is a bit inconvenient.

One thing that really stands out to me is how welcoming the platform feels for the whole team, no matter what role someone has or how much experience they bring. Another big plus for me is that the mobile app looks and works almost the same as the desktop version, so when I move between devices, everything still feels familiar. Getting started with this product felt really easy and it has handled our growth really well. In just three months, we added 5 gas stations with C-stores and 3 car wash buildings and I was able to set up every location in the system without a bunch of hassle. We got all the equipment entered, mapped out the services needed at each site, made employee accounts and trained the team on how to submit work orders. By the end of it, we had everything in place and were ready to get going.
