handy ticket updates and team tools

Pros

One thing that really works for me is being able to handle multiple departments in one place and that has been really helpful for our team. Once I got the hang of the different parts of the system, it started to feel pretty powerful and worth using. The support ticket setup is also a big plus for me. Every time I send one in, I get live updates and I can answer right from my email without jumping back into the platform over and over. That saves me time and makes the whole process feel a lot more convenient.

Cons

Sometimes the timelines shown in the system are misleading, for instance, a thermostat change might display a two-week completion time even though it's done in a day.

love the phone updates

Pros

Getting updates right on my phone has been a big win for me since this runs in the cloud. I don't have to stay stuck at a desk to keep up with what's going on and that makes my day a lot more manageable. Another thing that has really stood out is the support team. Every time I've needed help, they've been quick, helpful and just really good to work with.

Cons

Having a "merge tickets" feature would be amazing especially when multiple requests come in for the same issue.

works best for monthly use

Pros

I've had a pretty decent experience with this software and it's still something I can use regularly when I need to. For me it actually works better when I use it more on a monthly basis instead of every single day and the results usually feel more dependable that way.

Cons

The interface feels a bit more complicated than it needs to be which can make simple daily tasks feel a bit more tedious than they should.

helpful support and quick setup

Pros

I noticed how helpful the support team was whenever I needed a hand. That made a big difference for me. The platform also didn't take long to figure out and I was able to get started without dealing with anything confusing. Even without a strong tech background, it felt very approachable and simple to use.

Cons

I'd really like to see more customization for specific fields, as that extra bit of flexibility would help me tailor the system to our exact needs.

really handy for repair planning

Pros

Using this software has been pretty easy for me especially when I'm adding info for equipment and buildings. The setup makes sense, so it feels approachable and not confusing for regular users who need to send in maintenance or repair requests. Scheduling jobs has also been a big plus on my end. I can line things up fast, sort out what needs attention first and plan repairs for the next several days or weeks without a hassle.

Cons

It would be great if the calendar had dual color-coding so I could see both who a task is assigned to and what the priority level is at a glance.

happy with it so far

Pros

Up to now, I've really liked what I've seen. We haven't started using the system full time yet, so I can't give a full picture of every strong point just yet. Once we're fully in it in January, I'll be able to share a more complete and honest review based on day-to-day use.

Cons

Everything has been great so far though I feel like I need a bit more "full-time" hours in the system before I can really spot any potential drawbacks.

simple setup with lots to offer

Pros

Using it didn't take much time for me. The platform felt pretty natural to use and after watching one quick training video, I was able to understand how everything worked and felt comfortable using it.

Cons

The Google Calendar sync hasn't been very reliable for me and that's been the main thing keeping me from using the software to its full potential.

responsive team and lots of flexibility

Pros

the support team stood out to me. They've been quick to reply, friendly and always ready to help us out when something comes up. I also like how adaptable the software is, since I can use it in a bunch of different ways instead of being stuck with one setup. On top of that, it feels clear and simple to move around in, so using it every day has been really comfortable. Because of that, I feel like getting other people up to speed on it would be pretty doable too.

Cons

I don't have any complaints at all, it feels like a much more powerful and feature-rich version of the software we used to use.

Pros

The biggest plus for me has been the support team. Anytime I've reached out with a question or needed something fixed, they've been on it fast and usually got it handled without a lot of extra messages. My staff learned the system pretty fast too, so the switch was not a headache for us. Overall I've had a really good experience with it and it's been a great tool for our team.

Cons

I'm really hoping they add bulk communication settings soon, as updating users one by one is getting a bit old.

one portal for everything

Pros

Having everything pulled into one place has been the biggest win for me. Instead of jumping across a bunch of different sites, I can send in maintenance, help desk, transportation and other requests from one organized hub. That setup makes tracking tickets and work orders feel a lot more under control and I spend way less time bouncing around between systems.

Cons

Between the lack of a mobile app and not being able to close tickets via email, there are a few "quality of life" improvements I'm still waiting for.

trip approvals feel much better

Pros

Approving trips and clearing them out after they're done has been way more easy for me. With the older system, finished trips would just hang around forever and keep popping up even when they were already completed, so this has been a big step up in my day-to-day use.

Cons

The clutter on the trip sheets is a bit annoying and I wish I could remove some of the blank space and unnecessary info to make it cleaner.

all-in-one setup that works

Pros

Having IT, maintenance and event requests in one place has been a big help for me. It makes day-to-day stuff a lot more convenient and I like that I can adjust plenty of the system to match how our team actually works. Another thing that stood out is being able to change most settings myself instead of reaching out for help all the time. During setup, it also felt nice knowing our early choices were not locked in forever, so I had more confidence moving forward.

Cons

While I miss a few features from other IT tools I've seen, this system still covers the vast majority of what we actually need.

quick setup and flexible fit

Pros

Getting this live took way less effort than I expected and I hardly needed any training or extra support. That made the whole rollout a lot faster for me. It has the main features I use all the time and I've also been able to tweak it so it fits the way our team already works instead of making us change everything.

Cons

The biggest thing on my wishlist is a bulk edit feature, maybe with a spreadsheet-style layout, to make handling large amounts of data much faster.

Pros

The reports have been one of the best parts for me. They cover a lot and give me a clear picture of the timeline and the current status without making me dig around. That kind of visibility really helps when I need to follow progress and quickly see what's going on.

Cons

I'm finding it a bit restrictive that I can't build my own custom reports from scratch yet, as I'd like to be able to pull very specific data sets.

calendar colors make planning simple

Pros

It felt pretty clear to use and after spending more time with it, it started to feel even more natural to me. The calendar color coding has been the best part since it lets me spot scheduled events fast without clicking around or searching too much.

Cons

One small thing I've noticed is that the system sends out multiple emails for the same event which can start to feel a bit spammy after a while.

Right from the first sales call to getting everything up and running, I've had a really positive time with this tool. The biggest thing for me was how helpful the support team has been. At every step, I felt like someone was there to help instead of leaving me to figure it all out alone. Another big plus is how willing they've been to work around our specific needs. That kind of flexibility has made the whole experience fit our day-to-day work a lot better.

Cons
