Getting started with this system didn't take much effort for me or the rest of the team. Everyone was able to understand how it worked pretty quickly and that made rolling it out a lot more comfortable. The training side felt very light, so I had no trouble seeing people start using it without much pushback.
Cons
I'm still not quite sold on the mobile browser setup and would much rather see a native iOS app built specifically for the iPhone.

Pros
After looking at a bunch of facilities management tools, I ended up feeling like this one matched our needs the best. It's built with a clear job in mind and it does that job really well without trying to be a bunch of other things. Another big plus for me was the people behind it. The team was super helpful, responsive and just really good to work with the whole way through.
Cons
only minor drawback on my end was that it made us get our processes documented the right way. That meant more upfront effort from me and the team in the beginning and it definitely added some setup time. Even so, I can't really say it was a real negative because that extra work ended up helping us create a stronger system over time.

Pros
The biggest win for me has been the automatic alerts for almost every action. That alone makes this tool feel like the center of our whole workflow. Our facilities crew has about 20 people and they get email notices straight to their phones. From there, we can open the link, go right to the correct ticket, update it, finish the job and close it out all from mobile. Because of that, our maintenance request response has stayed strong and our customer satisfaction has been really great. Another plus is the reliable hosting. I have not had to stress much about outages. The layout also feels user-friendly, so using it every day does not feel like a chore. I also get a lot of value from the import templates since I can set things up in spreadsheets and pull the data into the system without a lot of trouble. Custom forms and fields are another big advantage because they let us create request types for almost anything we run into. On top of the maintenance tools, the extra modules add more helpful workflow choices and I'm already looking forward to trying the scheduling piece next.
Cons
one downside I keep running into is that the interface does not give me much room to personalize it. The menu buttons seem locked in place, so I cannot rename them or change the wording to fit our team's style better.

Having everything together in one system has been a big win for me. Tech support tickets, building upkeep requests and the calendar are all in the same spot, so it feels a lot more simple to get around. Cons
not a con but I'd still want more flexibility with some of the fields. It would also help if we could rename or relabel them with our own internal wording because I think that would make the platform fit our team a lot better.

One thing I really like is how many different form options this tool gives me. My team uses it for IT help requests, routine maintenance and even marketing, media and communications intake, so it works for a lot of different situations on our side.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is that some parts of the setup feel too restricted. A few built-in fields don't match what every form actually needs and that means I sometimes end up adding details that aren't even necessary just to get the form finished.

I liked how simple the platform feels to use especially with the admin levels for request approvals. Across our workflow, we've been able to use it in a few different ways and it has kept up with everything we've needed without any issues so far.
Cons
It would be great to have an automatic reminder if a company admin hasn't approved a request after 5�7 days. That follow-up alert would really improve things.
