simple and packed with features

Pros

this tool felt natural to use but it still gives me plenty to work with. I've been able to do a lot in it without feeling buried in too many options which I really like. Another big plus for me is that it works really well on my phone too, so I can keep up with things when I'm not at my desk.

Cons

So far I honestly haven't noticed anything worth complaining about. We're still early in rollout and I'm still learning but up to now there haven't been any real problems.

handles multi-site work so well

Pros

it felt really natural to use. I can tweak almost everything to match how I work and a lot of the tracking gets taken care of in the background without me having to do much. Since I'm dealing with facilities in different locations, it has taken a lot of pressure off my day-to-day work and made the whole process feel a lot more manageable.

Cons

The only challenge I ran into was at the start. Moving from our old system and aligning our existing setup was a bit frustrating but once the transition was done, it started to click and now I wouldn't want to go back.

better value and helpful support

Pros

Getting this tool set up was pretty quick for me and once we rolled it out, our faculty and staff were able to use it without much trouble. One thing I've really liked is that service requests can go to multiple techs, even across different departments which has made things a lot more organized on our campus. It's also been really useful for avoiding scheduling mix-ups with events and that alone has saved us a lot of hassle. Compared to the CMMS platform we had before, this one costs us less and still gives us more features, so I feel like we're getting a lot more for our money. The support team has also been fantastic any time I've needed help. On top of that, I've had a good experience with the inventory tools, the reports for staffing choices and the preventive maintenance section which has been very doable to manage in everyday work.

Cons

Up to now, I really haven't had any serious issues. Small problems have been resolved quickly with support, so I honestly have no complaints.

handy on any phone

Pros

this web app felt really simple to use and I can pull it up on our phones without any trouble. Throughout the day, our maintenance team can use it wherever they happen to be and that has made things a lot more convenient for all of us. I've been really happy with how accessible it is for everyone.

fits our process perfectly

Pros

biggest win for me with this software is how much I can adjust it to fit the way our team actually works. Nearly every part of it can be set up the way we need and the custom work request tools have handled everything our organization has asked for. On top of that, being able to change the request form itself is a huge plus. That kind of freedom makes the whole system feel like it was built around our process instead of making us change everything to fit the software.

Cons

A minor drawback is the homepage calendar, it's great for checking requests quickly but I can't print or export that exact view. I can download spreadsheets or PDFs but a direct print option would be nice.

this tool felt simple to use for both our staff and the maintenance side and that has made a big difference for me. The app makes sense without a lot of digging around and the single sign-on option makes getting in way more convenient. One thing that really stood out to me was how helpful the team has been when questions come up. I've also liked the way it uses company email to keep employees involved, since that has actually been useful in day-to-day use. On top of that, I've been really happy with the great set of built-in reports that are already available.

Cons

Pulling reports outside the built-in ones can be tricky sometimes which is the only real issue I've faced. Otherwise, I haven't run into anything worth complaining about.

Honestly this tool feels very welcoming to use, even for people on our facilities team who are not very tech-savvy. One thing that has helped me a lot is how well it works on my phone, so I can look things over and handle requests without sitting at a computer all day. The reports have been really helpful for our team and I like that we can adjust the system to match how we actually get work done. Another thing that stands out to me is that it cuts down on all those long email chains and keeps every message tied to the actual request which makes it way less annoying for me to follow what's going on.

Cons

The calendar feature doesn't fit my workflow well. We rarely use exact dates because tasks shift depending on urgency, so I mostly rely on priority settings instead.

Running everything from one spot has been a huge plus for me especially when I need to keep tabs on several team members and different locations at once. The expense tracking by vendor has helped our crew a lot and the purchase history gives me a great look at what we've been buying over time. I also like that the inventory side feels clean and simple to use and the built-in QR code feature makes everyday tasks a lot more practical.

Cons

it has been really comfortable for me. Downloading files is quick and easy and the phone app has been super useful when I need to send requests, look up records or add photos while I'm not at my desk. One thing I really enjoy is that I can pull up vendor details on both my computer and my phone, so I'm not stuck in one place. The support team has also been awesome in my experience since they get back to me fast and the setup process went really well too.

Cons

Up to now, I haven't found anything negative with this system. We're still rolling it out agency-wide but from what I've used, there haven't been any real problems or frustrations.

helpful inventory and reporting

Pros

Using this software has been pretty easy for me and it gives me more useful detail than other similar tools I've tried. The inventory tools and reporting features have been the biggest plus since they help me stay on top of everything and keep things organized a lot better.

Cons

A feature I'd still like is a Start and Stop option for Maintenance Requests and Planned Maintenance. It would also be very helpful if the system automatically logged the completion time when I finish a Maintenance Request, instead of requiring me to type it in manually.

quick access to everything

Pros

This tool just clicks for me. It feels very natural to use and I can sort through info fast and pull up exactly what I'm after without digging around. Whether I need scheduling info, repair history, warehouse details or anything else, it's right there when I need it. That has helped me get through my day a lot quicker and keeps the stuff I use most close at hand.

Cons

primary challenge for me hasn't been the software itself. It's been ensuring everyone on our team uses it consistently. Much more effort than anticipated has gone into training staff on the procedures and ensuring the process is followed correctly. Once people understand and adhere to it, the system functions as intended.

Pros

this system felt natural to use for me but it still gives me plenty of control to set things up the way I need. Having everything tied into one database has been a huge plus, since all the modules connect and keep my work in one place. That makes the daily stuff a lot easier to stay on top of. It also handles everything we need without feeling limited and honestly, it has worked better for me than other platforms I've used. The switch over went really well too, so the whole implementation felt a lot less overwhelming than I expected.

Cons

There are a couple of specific areas where I'd appreciate having alerts triggered by dropdown selections. I've managed to find workarounds, so it hasn't become a serious problem for me.

clean setup and handy admin tools

I liked how simple this software feels. The layout is clean, the whole thing is pleasant to use and nothing felt confusing to me. The admin options were really helpful too. Setup was fast on my end and uploading data was just as easy. I had everything up and running pretty quickly without dealing with a lot of extra steps.

Cons

major difficulty I found was trying to delete a bulk upload after some tickets had already been linked to it. That process was problematic and didn't behave as I expected. I wish that function were more dependable.

a perfect fit for service calls

I could tell this tool was simple to use for everyone involved. Our clients can send in a service request fast without getting lost and our contractors also have a really clear experience on their side. That alone made a big difference for us and it has turned into the main platform we count on for our Facility Service Group.

Cons

In all honesty, I have not found any negatives with this tool. Even setting up vendors has been quite easy in my experience. Furthermore, it provides us with a clear method for tracking service calls and reviewing completed work. Having everything for campus work in one place has been a big plus for me since I do not have to bounce between a bunch of different platforms. The part I use the most is the reporting portal. It shows our deficiencies in one clear, good-looking graph and that makes the data a lot easier for me to read and keep up with.

Cons

I could tell this program was simple to use. After 15+ years in property and project management, I can say this is the best software I've worked with. It takes a lot of the hassle out of everyday tasks and makes my work feel a lot more organized and manageable.

Cons

Not gonna lie, I need a lot of help with tech stuff and this tool has been a big help for me. I use it to send tickets to our IT team and it's been really simple to use. The biggest thing I've noticed is how much faster our team gets back to us now than they did before we had this in place. For me it's made the whole process of getting support way more efficient and a lot less frustrating.

Cons

The only disadvantage I've found is the number of required fields to fill out when submitting a request. It can feel a bit excessive sometimes. However it seems more related to our specific system configuration than an issue with the software itself, so I suspect it could probably be modified if needed.
