Pros
Back when we didn't have this tool, I had to rely on calls and email anytime I needed help and a lot of those requests would get missed or just forgotten. Now everything I send in is logged in one place, so I can always see what's going on. Support has been getting back to us really fast and I've had a much better experience because of that.
Cons
Frankly, I have no genuine criticisms of this software. It has been helping us get support much faster and it's very simple to use.

Pros
Any time something comes up, I can put in a request without dealing with a bunch of steps. It lets me keep track of where things are, message the department right in the system and go back to older tickets whenever I need to check something. For me, it has really helped speed things up and made responses come in a lot quicker.
Cons
I truly have not experienced any drawbacks with this software so far. Compared to our old request system, this feels like a significant improvement.

“Tenant requests are a big win”
Pros
One thing that has really worked well for me is how tenants can send in their own repair requests without me having to step in first. They can explain the problem in their own words and upload photos or other files which helps me understand the issue a lot faster before anything gets handled. That alone has saved me from a lot of extra follow-up and helped keep little problems from turning into bigger headaches with unhappy tenants. Another part I've liked is being able to send updates through the system and sign in whenever I want to see where a request stands. It keeps me in the loop and makes the whole process feel a lot more organized.
Cons
The key downside I've noticed is that the platform relies heavily on email since it's entirely web-based. Consequently some tenants particularly older ones, might not be very comfortable using it if they don't check email frequently. That's definitely something to consider before heavily relying on it because it works best when users are already comfortable with that type of setup.

This tool has been a huge help for our team. I got up and running without any hassle and the setup process felt really easy. Any time we've needed anything, our account rep has gotten back to us pretty fast, usually within an hour or two and that kind of support gives me a lot of confidence. Customer service has been excellent in my experience and I'm glad the product does exactly what we needed.
Cons
There have been a few instances where certain label names couldn't be changed due to system limitations. It hasn't caused any major problems for me but it's something to be aware of if you desire more customization control. In that case, I'd recommend discussing what can and cannot be adjusted with your account representative before deciding.

“Love how customizable it is”

it is great that how much I could tweak in this tool to fit the way I work. It's been really convenient for me, simple to move around in and honestly fun to use on a daily basis. Another big plus is that it keeps up with all of our work requests so I can stay organized and not lose track of what needs to get done.
Cons
I genuinely don't have any real complaints about it. Nothing has come up that made me dislike using it and I was actually excited to learn we'd be working with it since I'd already heard good things.

I loved how much I can tailor this product to fit the way I work. The support team has also been awesome every time I've needed help and that really makes a difference. On top of that, the layout feels very natural so using it day to day has been really comfortable and easy for me.
Cons
There's very little I can criticize here. One thing I'd change is having more control over the request form layout especially the fixed fields at the top and the ability to rename built-in labels but aside from that, I'm very satisfied.

this felt reliable and simple to work with. It helps me stay on top of every job request and that has made my whole process a lot more organized and under control. Once we moved away from SchoolDude, this felt like a much better fit for us. The platform looks modern, works well with what our schools need and has been really simple for both our staff and customers to use. Our team took to it pretty quickly and I've had a really positive experience with it overall. It's been a very useful part of how we manage daily work.
Cons
So far, I haven't run into any real issues. It's been a fantastic upgrade for managing tech requests, maintenance work, room bookings and ticketing in our schools.

“scheduling has been a huge win”
Pros
Honestly we have gotten a lot out of the scheduling tools. In our department, a big part of this work used to be done by hand just because that was the habit for a long time and it ended up taking way more time than it should have. After we made the switch, the whole workflow felt a lot more easy and much better organized. We are clearly getting more done now and it seems like everyone stays in sync and knows what is going on much better than before.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that the platform feels a bit more comprehensive than we currently need which means staff need extra training to get comfortable with advanced features. Technicians sometimes struggle to find certain information but overall it's worked well and support was very helpful.

We picked this product because a few people on our team still get uneasy around computers and honestly, this takes away a lot of that struggle. If someone can read through the screen, they can usually use it without much trouble. The setup makes sense, the pages are clear and most steps are really easy to understand. Another thing I really like is the price. We get a lot for what we spend and it feels like a great deal for the value we're getting.
Cons
The biggest missing piece for me is a mobile app. I'd also like more control over email alerts since getting emails for every tiny change can become overwhelming and easy to ignore.

I liked that this works as one main place for everyone across our company. It took the place of about four different programs for me and pulled our facility management work into one setup. I really like how this product lets me start small and add more over time based on what my district actually needs. Pros
Getting our team started with this tool took almost no effort because it feels very natural to use. It packs in a lot without making things confusing which I really value. The scheduling side has been a big win for us too. Being able to move things around on the calendar instead of resetting everything manually saves a lot of time and the color options help us quickly tell different request types and statuses apart. One of the biggest benefits I've seen is that occasional users can just send an email and it turns into a work request. That has made a huge difference for us since people do not need to remember logins or figure out the right categories and locations when they barely use the system. Because of that, I've noticed much better use across the whole organization, not only from the facilities group. The customer success team has also been amazing to work with. They have been helpful, patient and really willing to work through our specific needs. Out of all the software rollouts I've been part of, this has been one of the strongest teams I've worked with. On top of that, the system has been very reliable for us and the whole switch has been a really positive experience.
Cons
Managing users, confirmations and notifications can still feel a bit awkward. Even so, the team responds quickly and some custom reporting has already improved things.

One thing I've really enjoyed is how I can attach links, photos and other files right to each equipment record so everything stays together in one spot for me. The calendar layout also works well because it makes it simple to see each work order, whether it's scheduled work or something that came up suddenly. Another plus is that updating or adding employee details has been pretty convenient and doesn't take much effort.
Cons
The inventory module has been more challenging for me, as it feels tough and not well-integrated for stock tracking. Location setup and report creation can also be tricky for presentations.

Honestly this has been a really great mobile option for me. I'm not stuck at my desk to keep things moving and the phone version does pretty much everything I need, just like the desktop one. That was a big deal for me. Another thing that stood out was how fast my team picked it up. We had 7 techs trained, set up and actually using it in about two weeks which felt surprisingly quick.
Cons
The main drawback for me is that the platform is always on my mind. Having it on my phone makes me want to open it constantly which can feel a bit addictive.

The support team also gets back really fast and every time I've contacted them, they've been kind and actually useful. Another thing I've noticed is that the software keeps improving and it really feels like they listen to feedback and turn it into real updates.
Cons
Something that frustrates me is not being able to modify event information for just one instance in a custom repeating request. I've also had trouble with the search tool for contacts, users and schedule requests because it doesn't always find the person or event I'm looking for. Usually I can still locate it by scrolling but that takes more time than it should.

Right from the start, I felt comfortable using the program. Moving through it felt natural and the way everything is arranged just makes sense. Most people, from what I've seen, can jump in without needing training or videos which I really like. It feels clear, simple and pretty much explains itself as you go.
Cons
My primary desire for a fix is the report printing function. I've noticed that when I print the full report some sections get cut off, including completed requests and a few other details. I'd really like to be able to print the entire thing cleanly without missing sections.
