simple setup that keeps us moving

Pros

One thing that really works for me is how easy this system feels. I can send in a work order and it goes right to our crew's phones so they don't have to swing by the office or check in with the foreman just to grab the job. That cuts out extra steps, saves me time and helps the day keep moving without delays.

Cons

The main hassle for me is the initial configuration. I have to enter all the building systems first so the software can pull up the equipment details the technicians are working on. It takes extra time at the beginning and honestly it feels a bit repetitive until everything is finally set up.

campus runs better than ever

Pros

This software has really helped me keep our campus on track. Things are a lot more organized now and we are working faster than before. I have also seen that turn into real savings for us which has made a big difference.

Cons

Honestly I have no complaints at this time. Every time something has come up, the support team has been amazing and has stayed in touch with me until it was fully resolved.

login and navigation work well

Pros

I noticed how clear the sign-in process and menu layout are. People in all of our buildings can get into the system without issues and send in requests fast which has made things a lot better for me. On the admin side, adding new users or taking people out is also really simple and that saves me a good amount of time.

Cons

Since I typically use this program on my phone, one feature I'd love to have is a "Stay logged in" option. That feature is helpful in other apps and for me it would make jumping back in and posting updates much more convenient.

really user-friendly and reliable tool

Pros

Right from the beginning, this software felt simple to use and I did not feel lost at all. Even without being super tech-savvy, I can still get around it without trouble and handle what I need without feeling overwhelmed. Another big plus for me is that my data is there whenever I need it which makes me feel comfortable using it all the time.

Cons

Up to now, I honestly haven't found anything to complain about. It has been a dependable product for me and I have been very pleased with its overall performance. Additionally, the team has been fantastic anytime I needed help and I have always felt well taken care of.

helpful support and user-friendly setup

Pros

Using this tool day to day has been pretty comfortable for me. It feels simple to work in so getting things done doesn't take a lot of extra effort. The biggest plus for me has been the support team. They actually keep in touch, follow up regularly and make me feel like I'm not just left on my own. That's been really refreshing especially compared to the software at our other campus, where the support has been much less helpful in my experience.

Cons

One feature I'd really like added is integration with our school calendar, as that would help me stay on top of things much better. I'd also love some kind of building map or floor-plan view so I could place work orders, preventive maintenance jobs and similar tasks based on their location in the building. Having that kind of location-based setup would make the system much more useful for me.

Pros

I could tell this software has a lot going on in a good way. A big plus for me is how much information it can handle especially in the maintenance sections. That extra detail makes a real difference and I feel like it works really well for more complex maintenance jobs without feeling limited.

Cons

One thing I've observed is that it's not the most beginner-friendly interface. The feature set is powerful but people who aren't very comfortable with computers can have difficulty navigating. I'd really like to see a simple mode with just the essential tools especially for maintenance staff who only need to complete basic tasks.

keeping jobs on track

This has been really helpful for me when I need to create work order numbers, notify contractors and follow up on jobs that are still pending. It keeps everything in one place so I can stay on top of my tasks and quickly see what still needs action. That kind of visibility helps me stay organized and not let things slip through the cracks.

Cons

part that confuses me is when I need to reschedule a job, postpone it or change the deadline. The contractor receives an automatic message right away and sometimes I don't want that sent out. There's probably a setting for it but since I don't change dates that often, I don't want to go searching every time. For me, this mainly comes up with jobs that are on hold for certain reasons and instead of shifting them forward, I end up scrolling back through the calendar just to locate them and check on them again.

secure but hard to adopt

Pros

One thing I really liked was how locked down and protected the system felt. That was probably the biggest plus for us. At the same time, our team and users never fully bought into using it and in the end it just did not line up with what we needed.

Cons

The main problem on my side was that the platform wasn't very user-friendly. At times, using it felt confusing and that made it harder for our staff to actually stick with it. We also had a few modules sitting there that we never ended up using.

simple setup and fast tracking

Pros

Getting started with this was really simple for me. I set up my account, added all our details and equipment and started tracking maintenance pretty much right away. The whole thing felt clear and user-friendly from the beginning and I didn't run into any headaches along the way.

Cons

I honestly don't have much to complain about. If I had to mention one thing, it's that the software includes more features than we actually need but for me that hasn't caused any real problems.

low cost and strong support

Pros

I felt backed up because a Customer Success Manager stayed involved through the whole rollout. That kind of support made the switch feel a lot less stressful for me. Another big win is the lower overall cost and the pay-as-you-go setup gives me room to scale without paying for stuff I do not need. The built-in SSO security is also a huge plus in my book. On top of that, the SaaS setup made it much simpler for me to explain the value and get buy-in internally.

Cons

To date, I really haven't found any major issues. I would just say they should keep up the good work.

One thing that really stood out to me is how simple this software is to use. I was able to get around it without any hassle and even people who are not very comfortable with computers could probably learn it pretty fast. Since it works in a browser, I also don't have to install a big program on every computer which saves me time and makes things a lot more convenient.

Cons

The greatest drawback for me was the initial setup, as it still required a fair amount of manual data entry. After I got through that part though, I honestly didn't find much else to be frustrated about.

love the all-in-one dashboard

Pros

this tool felt really easy to use and I can check all my info from one dashboard without bouncing around different pages. That setup saves me time and makes everything a lot more convenient. Another thing that has helped me a lot is being able to add as many users as I need especially since my tenants and contacts change pretty often.

Cons

Honestly I have no real issues with it. The only thing I would like to see in the future is an escalation option for urgent items so if something important isn't addressed within a certain timeframe, it would automatically be elevated.

This platform has worked really well for me when it comes to keeping up with both my team and clients. The layout feels simple to use and has a clean, modern look so spending time in it every day doesn't feel like a chore. One feature I've really enjoyed is the reporting side because it helps me show stakeholders exactly where resources are going. There's also a lot built into it and being able to put more than one person on the same task has been really helpful for teamwork.

Cons

key feature missing for me is a mobile app. My team and I check tasks on our phones frequently so not having that option stands out. It's not a huge issue but I notice it more when we're working across different time zones and need the faster convenience that a mobile setup could provide.

really useful for campus scheduling

it does a lot for us and I use it for all kinds of work across the organization. It helps me stay on top of project updates, handle maintenance work orders, manage transportation requests and tracking and, biggest of all organize schedule requests so our campus rooms and spaces get used the right way. Having all of that in one system has been really helpful for me and it keeps a lot of moving parts from turning into a mess.

Cons

biggest hassle for me is trying to look up certain maintenance requests or older projects that were submitted months ago, as they can be difficult to find again later. I'd also like a better way to submit a work order when the same maintenance task needs to be done in multiple buildings, as currently that takes more time than I'd like.

fast setup and helpful support

when i started using this tool it took hardly any time for me which was a big plus right away. I also like that features can be turned on or off so each person only sees what they actually need to use. On top of that, the support team has been amazing in my experience and always gets back to me really fast when I need help.

Cons

Something that still confuses me is understanding the difference between work orders marked as "past due" and those showing as "in process." I'd also love to have a way to keep a work order on the original open date while setting a separate due date simultaneously.

setup was amazing....

Pros

Getting this software going at our site was pretty simple and I had it up and running without a lot of hassle. The whole setup felt clear and it did not take me long to get comfortable with how everything worked. Another thing I really liked was the support team. Whenever I contacted them, I got quick replies and helpful answers which made a big difference for me.

Cons

The biggest disappointment for me has been the standard reports. Every time I run them, they generate as huge lists of PM work completed over the day, week or month and I honestly don't get much value from that. In my situation, those reports can run to hundreds of pages so I don't have time to sort through all of it just to understand what happened. I would much rather see a one-page daily summary with charts or graphs so I can quickly review activity and move on with my day.

really helpful for maintenance tracking

Pros

This system has been a big help for me when it comes to staying on top of equipment issues. The calendar and preventive maintenance features make it a lot harder for things to get missed which I really value. The platform also feels very user-friendly so keeping everything organized does not take much work. My operators have been able to use the maintenance request section without any trouble and they can submit accurate requests on a consistent basis. I also use the reporting tools pretty often when I need to put together updates for upper management and that has worked out really well for me. On top of all that, the support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful anytime I have reached out.

Cons

My primary wish for improvement is the main calendar view. Right now, there are no notification icons to quickly indicate when a new request has been added, changed or responded to. For me, that kind of visual alert would make it much easier to spot updates immediately.

I could tell each section laid things out in a clear, user-friendly way and it has honestly helped me do a better job managing facility use, budgets and service requests. After just one training session in our staff meeting, everyone was able to sign in and start using it without much trouble for cleaning, repairs and event-related requests which made the rollout feel very natural.

Cons

only feature I'd really like added is a mobile app, as that would make it much more convenient for me. Even so, logging in through the website hasn't been a major problem and I can still use it without much difficulty.

We spent a lot of time comparing different tools before choosing this one for our City Facilities Department and I'm really happy we went with it. Right from the start, the team walked us through everything and made the whole setup feel well supported. They covered all the specifics we asked for and anytime questions came up, I got clear and complete answers. calendar layout keeps me on track

Pros

Running four sites with a small team can get messy fast but this software helps me stay on top of everything. The layout just makes sense and it feels really natural to use day to day. Since I'm a visual person, the calendar view works especially well for how I keep up with tasks and schedules. Another big plus is the reporting. I can pull detailed reports for every asset we own and manage and that has been a huge help for keeping things organized.

Cons

part that disappoints me is the maintenance request tool. It feels clunky compared to the rest of the system. When someone internal submits a request, it usually goes where it needs to go. The problem arises when a tenant, customer or other external user sends one in, as those requests can sit unnoticed until I catch them late. I really need some kind of automatic email notification to go to the building admin immediately so the job can be assigned before it gets missed.
