it has been a huge help for me. It cut my end-of-month billing work from 3 to 4 days down to only 3 to 4 hours and that has taken a lot off my plate. Training new employees has also been a lot simpler so it takes way less time for me to get them fully caught up and ready to go.

Pros
This tool has been a really great fit for me. Being able to add as many users as I need is a big plus especially as my team keeps expanding. The single sign-on feature cuts out extra steps so logging in every day feels a lot less annoying. It didn't take long for me to get comfortable with the platform and training other people has been pretty easy too. Another thing that works well is how flexible it is since I can use it in a way that matches how I already do things. I'm also glad there's no need to install anything on smart devices which keeps everything a lot less complicated.
Cons
main issue for me is that inventory is set up as one big list so there's no parent-child item structure. That makes it harder to organize things the way I'd want. The Purchase Order feature also feels a little restricted for what my company needs, even though I can tell it could still do the job fine for other businesses.

I was really impressed by how helpful the support team was. They took their time, answered all of our questions and made sure we were set up the right way. Another big plus for me was how flexible the software is. They worked with us so it fit what we actually needed instead of making us use some standard setup that didn't really match. It also didn't take long for me to get comfortable with it and the whole platform felt very user-friendly from day one.
Cons
only small downside for me was the default task colors since they weren't really my style. Still, I was able to change them after spending a little time in the settings so it felt more like a minor inconvenience than a real issue.

Honestly I've gotten way more out of this software than I expected for the cost. It feels simple to use and I've been able to set it up around the way I work without much trouble. Pretty much everything I've needed to do has been doable in the platform which has made it really valuable for me. Another big win is that it connects with Microsoft ADFS and that matters a lot in my setup.
Cons
The biggest issue I've noticed hasn't been with using it day to day but with getting other teams to fully buy into it. It's been tough to get both our IT group and facilities team fully on board. Our IT side especially feels like it's missing some depth, mainly around being strong enough for integration with their usual IT library standards.

It didn't take me long to get the hang of this software which was a big plus. At our organization, it lines up well with what we need and I feel like we get really good bang for the buck from using it.
Cons
scheduling setup and planned work orders were a little hard for me to figure out at first. Another thing that gets annoying is the repeated emails for the same work order since they pile up in my inbox pretty quickly.

this tool felt very natural to use which made getting started a lot less intimidating for me. The support team was also a huge highlight since every time I had a question, they got back to me fast and actually helped. One thing that really made a difference was how easy the move from our old system ended up being because I expected a much bigger headache. It also meant a lot to me that the developers were open to adjusting the software around what we needed so the whole thing felt more personal and like it was built with our setup in mind.
Cons
The only real problem I had came up during the data migration, when my repeating events got turned into one-time events. Still, our rep jumped in and took care of it so for me it stayed pretty minor and never became a bigger issue.

Using this has felt pretty clear and hassle-free for me, whether I'm at the main office or out on a job as a technician. Another thing I really like is how much control I get with user setup. I can make different user roles and decide exactly what each person is allowed to see or change which works really well for my team.
Cons
Something that still gets on my nerves is the way custom fields work between Equipment and Building. They don't connect to each other so I end up entering or changing the same info in multiple spots instead of updating it one time and being done with it.

Since we started using it, our whole team has been a lot more in sync and planning feels way more put together than before. Communication across staff has gotten better too and I've seen that turn into stronger productivity and clearer results. They've been there the whole time and have answered every question I've had without making the process stressful.
Cons
