it has been a really positive experience for me. It feels very easy to get around so I never have to spend much time figuring things out. The support team has also been quick to help whenever I've needed them which I really value. On top of that, I've noticed regular updates and it's obvious the team keeps putting work into making the software better over time.
Cons
I'm still waiting for the ability to sort reports by date. Monthly reports sometimes carry over data into the next month making it harder to see exact numbers. I know this is in progress but I wish it were available now.

“maintenance requests working really well”
Pros
Getting this set up with our church staff was pretty easy and I've been happy with how quickly it started helping. Right now we're only using the maintenance request part but even just that has made a noticeable difference in how things get handled. Our maintenance supervisor is able to stay on top of multiple work orders a lot better now which has taken a bunch of stress out of the daily back-and-forth. It also helps that only staff can send in requests and they like getting updates when a request comes in and again when the work is finished. Because of that, I've seen way less chasing people down for status checks. We're hoping to start using the inventory tools later this year since the maintenance side has been going so well. Overall I'm really happy with it and would definitely suggest it to other churches trying to better manage their buildings and upkeep.
