a big win for our team

Pros

This has been a huge help for our facilities team and I use it as our main hub for tracking tasks and handling day-to-day work. We didn't have a real system in place before so I was expecting a tough adjustment but getting started felt a lot more easy than I thought it would.

Cons

There aren't any real downsides to mention from my side, as everything has been pretty smooth.

reliable support and room to grow

Pros

Jumping into this as someone with zero PM software experience, I felt comfortable with it pretty quickly. The layout makes sense and the different sections are arranged in a way that was simple for me to follow so the platform never felt like too much. As I kept using it, I could also see that it has enough depth for me to do more with it later as my needs grow. The biggest plus for me has been the customer and technical support after buying it. Any time I reach out with a question or need something adjusted, I get a quick reply that actually helps. To me, it has been a dependable tool from a company I can trust and I'm really happy I went with it.

Cons

I haven't actually come across any negatives or drawbacks worth noting so far.

love the calendar features

Pros

The calendar color coding has been a big help for me because it makes everything much easier to follow without missing the small stuff. I use the event ID search all the time too and updating events is fast enough that it fits right into my everyday routine. The system also feels simple to use so I was able to make a quick one-page guide for new members. After I sent that out, I hardly ever had anyone calling me with questions about how to use it.

Cons

I don't see many huge problems right now but billing is definitely an area that could use some work to reduce manual entry.

super simple to use

Pros

Getting started felt really natural for me and I didn't have to mess around trying to figure things out. Even without being all that comfortable with computers, I was able to use it without any stress.

Cons

Everything has felt fine so far and I haven't run into anything that I'd consider a real problem or a reason to complain.

flexible modules and helpful support

Pros

I liked that I can add only the modules I actually need so the system fits the way we work instead of boxing us into a generic setup. It also lets me update modules and request forms without a lot of trouble which has made it much easier to keep things in line as our process changes. Another big plus for me has been the support and training. Whenever something comes up, I feel like I get the guidance I need and the team has been very reliable.

Cons

Adding recurring dates for Transportation requests is an upgrade I'd love especially since that module feels a bit unpolished.

Pros

One of the best parts for me is how much I can tailor this tool to fit exactly what our team needs. It doesn't box us into a fixed way of doing things and that has made a big difference. We were able to set it up around how we already work so it feels more natural, practical and actually helpful in our daily routine.

really happy with the setup

Pros

Jumping into this tool was pretty simple for me and it has worked really well in my day-to-day use. The support team gets back to me fast whenever I reach out and the custom changes they've made for our needs have been exactly what we were looking for.

Cons

asset tracking that really helps

Pros

The biggest plus for me is the asset management side. It helps me keep up with equipment and stay organized without needing a bunch of extra work which I really like.

Cons

It still bugs me how the work order setup handles sorting which can sometimes slow me down when I'm in a rush.

one hub that changed everything

Pros

Two years in, I can honestly say this has made a huge difference for our school district. We used to handle event scheduling and facility and resource bookings with a totally manual, paper-heavy setup and it was messy and time-consuming. On top of that, I was bouncing between three different calendars just to keep up with school events, athletics and space reservations. Now it all lives in one place and that has saved me a lot of time and cut down on mix-ups. Another big plus is how open the team has been to feedback from our district. They've worked with us on changes that actually fit what we need and whenever I've contacted support, I've gotten help pretty quickly. That has made the whole experience feel even more reliable.

Cons

I really don't have any problems worth highlighting or calling out at the moment.

Pros

One thing that really stands out to me is how this tool keeps me connected with people across the whole organization. The layout feels very easy so my team got trained and started using it a lot quicker than I expected. Pros

Working with the vendor has been a really positive experience for me. The product feels easy and comfortable to use and pretty much everyone on our team was able to get into it without much trouble.

helpful vendor and simple setup

Pros

it felt pretty simple to use on my end which made getting comfortable with it a lot quicker. Another big plus for me is how much the vendor seems to care about keeping me happy and making sure my needs are taken seriously.

Cons

lack of personalization is the main drawback for me which is common with off-the-shelf tools, along with some unclear help docs.

billing and updates are awesome

Pros

This tool has been really simple to use for me and our customers have been happy with the email notices they get when a request goes out and again when the job is finished. The reports have helped us a lot too. Before we started using it, my assistant would spend 4 to 5 days getting billing wrapped up and now we can get that whole thing done in about half a workday.

Cons

There's really nothing bad to say especially since any question we've had was handled by their team immediately.

worth the switch

Pros

Switching over to this tool was a big upgrade for us. The old software felt awkward and hard to deal with but this one was much more simple right away. I was also really impressed with the support from Brandi and Morgan. Anytime we needed changes or had something that needed fine-tuning, they jumped on it fast and were always ready to help. Even small things never felt ignored. Another big win for us was the pricing. It cost about half of what we were paying before which matters a lot with tight school district budgets. Still, I didn't want to choose based on cost alone so I needed to know it could actually do the job well and it absolutely has.

Cons

I have zero complaints so far, as the entire transition, including moving over all our old data, was handled perfectly.

simple design and useful features

Pros

I felt comfortable using this tool because the layout is clear and thoughtfully put together. It didn't take me long to get around and most of the tools my team wanted were already there. That has made it a really great fit for us and something we've had a very good experience with overall.

Cons

I've noticed that the reporting side feels a little restricted, mostly because some data points we want to track aren't available yet.
