“a great fit for our museum”
Pros
When our museum team moved off paper files and messy spreadsheets, this system made a huge difference for us. There was definitely some adjusting at first and getting everyone comfortable took a little time but it paid off. I got the backend set up with users, buildings, locations and starting equipment info in about two weeks, mostly by putting in some extra time at home. Their support team also helped us move a lot of data over from Excel which saved me a ton of work. Since then, we've been able to manage work requests, assets and inventory all in one place and having everything connected through the history logs has really changed how we work day to day. While walking through the museum, I can pull up manuals, pictures, service records, videos, links and vendor info on an iPad and that has been super helpful. Another thing that sold us was the look and feel. Our staff liked that it felt current and simple to use which made people more willing to actually get into it. Over the past year, I've also watched them keep improving the product and some updates even came from feedback we sent in so it felt like our input actually counted. After comparing a lot of options, I still feel really good about choosing this one.
Cons
My biggest wish is for a standalone mobile app, as using a browser on iPads can be a bit less convenient when we're on the move.

“huge boost for our team”
Pros
it has been a really great fit for us. I was impressed by how simple it felt to use and the custom setup was a big win for our team. We only had to give them a basic idea of what we needed and how we wanted the system to work and they handled the rest. After they got everything set up for us, we were live way sooner than I expected. Before this, our team managed about 45 to 50 work orders and requests each month and usually 7 to 10 of those did not really need to happen. Now we are handling around 75 to 80 each month and the big difference is that the work actually matters to our program and gets finished when it should. It has helped me keep things in order, cut down the mess in our process and improve our facilities output in a noticeable way.
Cons
Reporting by location is the only thing I've noticed missing though to be fair, we've only been fully live for three months.

this software felt very welcoming to me which mattered a lot since I'm not super tech-savvy. I could get around the program without feeling lost or stressed and that made using it a lot more comfortable. Another thing I really liked was working with the vendor. They were kind, responsive and willing to help whenever I had a question or needed support.
Cons
I did notice the system lag a bit every now and then though it was more of an occasional annoyance than a major hurdle.

Pros
This tool felt simple to get into but it still gives me the level of detail I need to do my job well. It never came across as confusing or overly stripped back which I really liked. Day to day, I get a much clearer view of operations and can keep up with what's going on without digging around too much. It lets me check what's getting done, how long tasks are taking and what skills each technician brings to the job. I can also keep an eye on the time and cost connected to work requests and that has helped me stay a lot more organized and aware of everything.
Cons
Having a dedicated mobile app is the main thing I'm still looking for to help our field technicians work more efficiently.

it is perfect that how polished the site looks and I like that I can adjust it to match what I need along with what the school needs too. Getting around the different portals has been really simple for me and putting together schedules or sending in maintenance requests does not take much time. One thing I really enjoy is the color coding during approvals because I have not seen that in other scheduling systems I have used. That part has made my everyday work a lot easier to handle.
Cons
I genuinely don't have any complaints about the product or the company, as everything has performed exactly as I hoped.

One thing that really stands out to me is how simple this tool feels for everyone using it. Vendors and school staff have been able to jump in without confusion so getting people on board was not a hassle at all. This has been a really great tool for my day-to-day work. It runs well on different devices and that matters a lot because our maintenance techs use it constantly out in the field. They can pull up what jobs are lined up for the day, week or month without wasting time and they also get email notifications when something new gets assigned. On my end as the admin, I can see the full picture and keep things organized without it turning into a headache. The part I like most is that it bends to fit our company instead of making us change everything to match the software. That flexibility has been a big win for me. I've also had a really positive experience with their support team. Any time I've had a question, hit a problem or even passed along a suggestion, they've gotten back to me fast and have been truly helpful.
