Makes my job a lot easier

Pros

All the information I need is conveniently stored in one place. I can easily input sports activities, practices, and check schedule requests on my FMX calendar, providing a comprehensive view of daily events.

Cons

It would be beneficial to have the ability to filter requests for specific individuals and request types. For example, forwarding all kitchen requests to the Food Service Director without allowing them to see all other requests.

A fantastic asset for our business!

Pros

There are numerous features I appreciate about this software, but let me highlight the following: 1) The ability to anticipate and address scheduling conflicts through alerts; 2) Empowering multiple schedulers to add, edit, and cancel their own schedule information, reducing my workload; 3) The outstanding customer service provided by FMX.

Cons

There are a few minor improvements I believe could be made, but whenever I've reached out to FMX with questions like "Can the system do XYZ?" or "How do I do ABC?", they have been honest about the system's current capabilities and have expressed a willingness to consider implementing those features in the future. It's reassuring to see a company value customer input and actively work on improving their product.

Very easy to use, excellent customer service

Pros

I found the setup process to be uncomplicated, and the software is quite intuitive even without extensive training. The customer support is top-notch, and there are no restrictions on the number of user accounts. Additionally, it provides a budget-friendly annual pricing model.

Cons

Since this software is designed for facilities, it would be highly beneficial to include a floor plan option.

So much easier than the old way we used to do things!

Pros

This software not only tracks the frequency of performed work but also records materials used and individual work hours. We can proactively schedule repairs before machines break down based on estimated part lifespans. This saves us time by allowing major work during downtime instead of disrupting production.

Cons

Any issues I've encountered were promptly handled by the customer service team, so I genuinely have no cons to mention.

Ease of use and intuitive design

Great performance for an exceptional price

Pros

The software has empowered our staff to engage fully with various request types, including tech support, maintenance, and transportation. We can track specific assistance requests and verify their status. The program is cost-effective compared to similar alternatives. Additionally, we seamlessly integrate third-party applications to directly input athletic schedule requests, eliminating the need for multiple platforms.

Cons

I have very few negative remarks about this product. The only downside I experienced was during the implementation phase. It would be helpful if the organization had clearly defined workflows for each request type before implementing the software. Although changing the request workflow is not complicated, it can be challenging if the organization hadn't previously considered this process before going live with the software.
