custom forms save us time

Pros

One thing I really like is how flexible the request forms are and I can collect the right details upfront without going back and forth. I also find it helpful that everything can be submitted in one place which speeds up the overall process.

Cons

There are still a few gaps for the way we run things, even though I know our setup is probably a little different from most. We handle off-campus events pretty often and I need those to show up on the calendar too since they still use up assets and resources. At the moment, there's no real built-in tag or general indicator for those events which leaves a hole for us. We've come up with our own workaround but I still feel like that should already be part of the system.

Packed with useful tracking

Pros

This tool gives me access to a lot of useful information and I rely on it heavily in my daily work. I also use it to manage communication, track progress, monitor costs and keep maintenance plans on schedule.

Cons

main thing I'd like to see better is how it connects with asset management. It would also help a lot if I could print a map that shows the assets we've added, since that would make it even more useful for our team.

fast setup and amazing support

Pros

Getting this tool up and running was quick for me and I didn't run into any issues during setup. I also had a great experience with customer support, since they were always responsive and genuinely helpful.

Cons

One downside I noticed is that it could use more modular entities especially for someone like me who wants more ways to customize how things are organized. The layout also felt a little limited and there were moments when I wanted more freedom to arrange the interface the way I preferred.

love the mobile access !

Pros

Working with this tool has been easy for me from the start and I find the layout clear and welcoming. I also really like having mobile access since it lets me check things anytime I'm away from my desk.

Cons

So far I really haven't had any complaints. Everything has worked out well for me and the whole experience has stayed pleasant and simple the entire time.

calendar and qr tracking win

Pros

The calendar feature has been a strong point for me and I can manage scheduling without much stress. I also like how drag-and-drop makes moving work orders simple and the QR label option has been very useful for tracking items.

Cons

There have been a few headaches with the mobile app for us. Some users have had trouble when trying to pinch and zoom which gets annoying. We've also run into cases where a phone screen shut off before a work order was saved or finished and that meant the person lost what they had entered. That has definitely been one of the more frustrating parts.

work orders are really handy

Pros

The Work Orders feature stands out to me because I can assign tasks clearly without overcomplicating things. I also find it helps keep everything organized and easy to follow.

Cons

Honestly I don't really have any issues to point out. I mostly use the features that matter for my day-to-day work and I just leave the other parts alone if they don't apply to me.

really user-friendly setup

Pros

Using the system feels natural to me and I didn't take long to get comfortable with it. I also notice that handling daily tasks feels smooth which makes the overall experience better.

Cons

I'm still getting used to how the whole system is put together, so the first part of the learning curve was a little annoying for me. With more time in it though, I can already tell it's mostly just about becoming familiar with the layout and not really a serious problem.

Good ticketing system but could use some love

Pros

I'm grateful for having all our facility work orders and IT work orders merged into one platform. The swift resolution and assessment of tickets are additional aspects that I particularly find delightful.

Cons

It would be really helpful if there were a priority feature for tickets, such as Low, Normal, or High. I haven't come across a way to enable this. Additionally, having a dedicated app instead of a mobile version for the website would be great. There are times when the website loads slowly, and there have been instances when the website was down, impacting our school.

all-in-one ticketing that helps

Pros

Keeping building requests and IT issues together in one place has been really helpful for me. I also like how fast it is to check and close tickets which saves me time during busy days.

Cons

One thing I still want is a way to mark ticket urgency, like low, normal or high. If that setting is already there, I haven't been able to track it down. I'd also rather have a real mobile app instead of only using the phone version of the site. On top of that, the platform can be slow to load and there have been times when it was fully unavailable which has been frustrating for us at the school.

quick setup and useful tools

Pros

Getting this platform up and running didn't take much effort for me and I was able to start using it right away. I also appreciate having access anytime and the inventory and maintenance tools have been especially useful.

Cons

main thing I'd still want to see improved is the report customization. The current setup works but I'd like more control over how reports are adjusted. Personalizing reports for different users could also feel a lot more natural instead of a bit restricted.

Once you've gone through a couple of onboarding sessions, navigating the site becomes unproblematic.

FMX is ideal for multi-site property and facility management

Pros

The setup, customization, and implementation of FMX were incredibly easy! Despite some staff members being less computer-savvy, we encountered minimal issues during the rollout. Both the desktop and mobile user interfaces are intuitive and simple to navigate.

Cons

One thing I've noticed, which isn't really a con, is that when I finalize a work order, I would prefer it not to be reopened by users.

helpful local recommendations

Pros

I find it helpful that I can get recommendations from nearby businesses through the platform. I also feel that this adds real value because it helps me make better decisions.

Cons

The dashboard could be laid out a lot better and I'd also like the approval flow to take fewer steps. I can still use it without much trouble but those updates would make it feel a lot more efficient for me day to day.

really happy with the setup

Pros

Starting with this software felt simple for me and I didn't have to spend much time learning it. I also think the pricing feels fair considering how easy it is to use every day.

Cons

One small thing I've noticed is with finished work orders. Once I close one out, I'd rather people not be able to open it again later. It's not a huge problem for me but I'd still like that locked down.

This software has been a really good match for our school district. It covers everything we need and so far I have not come across anything that feels missing or out of line.

great support and meets my needs

Pros

So far this product has done what I needed it to do and I haven't really felt like anything important was left out. It's been reliable for me and that gives me a lot of confidence. On top of that, I like knowing I can contact customer support if anything comes up and get help when I need it.

Cons

One thing I was still hoping for was a more full-featured option with stronger hands-on support. That part felt a little limited for what I was looking for.
