Once the setup is complete, it becomes quite intuitive to navigate. It allows me to onboard new employees easily from day one.

Overall very great program

Pros

It offers a seamless user experience and allows for customization. The ability to track inventory using mobile barcodes is a game changer. The program is overall easy to grasp, and its layout is modern and visually pleasing. The continuous updates and introduction of new features add to its appeal.

Cons

I can't think of any drawbacks to mention, although the previous system we used was extremely outdated, so I don't have much experience with other CMMS programs.

Pros

One thing I noticed while checking the plans was that the inventory tool costs extra and I felt that was worth pointing out when looking at the pricing and feature choices.

Cons

Your presentation impressed me the most and the platform felt very friendly and simple to get around which made it pleasant to use.

really happy with it

Pros

This was the first tool we looked at and honestly the only one we ended up going with. I felt good about that choice from the start and still haven't had any reason to move to something else.

Cons

A few minor hiccups and feature gaps are still there, at least in my use but they haven't changed how useful this software has been for me overall.

Pros

I really liked how well this tool handled growth as the company got bigger. It gave me a lot of confidence because it felt reliable, capable and strong enough to keep up without falling behind.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into anything that bothered me with this software. After using it for a while, I really can't think of something I'd want changed. It's been dependable the whole time and I haven't had any real problems worth calling out.

inventory tracking that just works

Pros

The part I keep liking most is the way everything is organized and how the inventory tracking is set up. Those features have been especially helpful for me and they are the ones I use and value the most while working in the system.

Cons

Coming from a really old system, this software has been a big upgrade for me. I do not have a ton of experience comparing CMMS tools but honestly, I have not run into any real issues worth calling out. My time with it has been very positive overall and it has done what I need without giving me problems.

It would be great if the inventory order request feature could be enhanced. We would appreciate having real-time inventory data displayed for all items in stock on the order screen, so requesters can see the quantity available and consider existing open orders when placing their requests.

inventory visibility would be fantastic

Pros

One thing I'd really love added is better inventory info in the order request area. It would help me a lot if the order screen showed live stock numbers for each item right there. That way, requesters like me could tell how many units are truly available after taking into account what's already on the shelf and what's tied up in existing orders. Having that kind of detail would make placing orders feel a lot more informed and useful.

Getting started with this software, I could tell it would be a lot more useful with stronger training and clearer walkthroughs. With better guidance, I feel like I'd be able to use more of what it offers. One thing that also worries me is wage information being visible to other people, since I can't keep employee pay private and that's a real concern for me.

Cons

Honestly the only real drawback for me is that this system was already set up before I came in, so I didn't get any input in picking it.
