“team visibility is awesome”
Pros
One thing I'd love to see is a way to drop comments on a bunch of related tickets all at once. That would save me a ton of time when I'm working through similar cases and make my day-to-day work feel a lot more efficient.
Cons
The part I really like about this tool is how well it keeps teams in the loop and makes everything more open. I don't run into that kind of visibility very often with other platforms and it really helps collaboration feel better.

“duplicate alerts but solid overall”
Pros
While using it as an admin, I noticed something a little odd with ticket updates. The ticket looks like it has two different parts and whenever I change something in either one, it sends an email update to everyone on the thread. That's been pretty noticeable in my day-to-day use but outside of that, my experience has been good.
Cons
I haven't really found anything to complain about or any major issues with the system so far.

“Keeping follow-ups on track”
Pros
One thing that really helped me was using it to send issues to the right person and stay on top of follow-ups tied to accidents or downtime. It keeps everything in order for me and I can quickly see what still needs attention instead of losing track of it.
Cons
I'll admit that it took me a little while to get the hang of things since I'm not exactly a "tech person," but once I spent some time clicking around, the layout started making much more sense.

“Great Maintenance, Inventory, Event Scheduling and Reporting Tool for K-12 Districts”
Pros
The FMX system effectively meets our district's requirements, such as work order management, preventative maintenance, inventory control, cost monitoring, and event scheduling. It proved to be cost-effective and was well-received by both staff and the community.
Cons
The "Third Party" Reporting function is great, but I wish the FMX Team offered more customization options for report formatting.

“Helps with efficiency & communication”
Pros
Consolidating our facility use, transportation, inventory, and work orders into one centralized platform significantly enhances our efficiency and simplifies task and equipment communication.
Cons
In the future, we plan to incorporate technology into our modules, but for now, we have a program that meets our needs at a very affordable price point.

“Love it!”
Pros
Once you learn the basics of the FMX system, personalizing it to suit your specific needs is also a simple task.
Cons
Gathering all the necessary information correctly for the initial launch requires significant effort, but if done accurately, it's well worth it.

“all-in-one tool that delivers”
Pros
Having one spot for facility use, transportation, inventory and work orders has made a big difference for me and my team. Our day-to-day stuff feels a lot more organized now and the whole operation runs better because of it. It also helps me share tasks, requests and equipment needs in a much clearer way, so fewer things slip through the cracks and everyone stays aligned.
Cons
Looking ahead, it would be great to see more tech integrated into the different modules but for right now, it does exactly what we need at a price that's really hard to beat.

“really flexible once set up”
Pros
After I got the hang of it, this system started to fit what I needed really well. It gave me a lot of room to adjust things and make it work the way I wanted. That early learning period took a little time but once I was past that, I felt like the platform was very customizable and useful for my specific setup.
Cons
The initial setup was definitely a big undertaking on my part especially gathering all the right details for the launch but seeing how well it works now makes that early effort feel worth it.

“Makes my job a lot easier”
Pros
All the information I need is conveniently stored in one place. I can easily input sports activities, practices, and check schedule requests on my FMX calendar, providing a comprehensive view of daily events.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have the ability to filter requests for specific individuals and request types. For example, forwarding all kitchen requests to the Food Service Director without allowing them to see all other requests.

“A fantastic asset for our business!”
Pros
There are numerous features I appreciate about this software, but let me highlight the following: 1) The ability to anticipate and address scheduling conflicts through alerts; 2) Empowering multiple schedulers to add, edit, and cancel their own schedule information, reducing my workload; 3) The outstanding customer service provided by FMX.
Cons
There are a few minor improvements I believe could be made, but whenever I've reached out to FMX with questions like "Can the system do XYZ?" or "How do I do ABC?", they have been honest about the system's current capabilities and have expressed a willingness to consider implementing those features in the future. It's reassuring to see a company value customer input and actively work on improving their product.

“Very easy to use, excellent customer service”
Pros
I found the setup process to be uncomplicated, and the software is quite intuitive even without extensive training. The customer support is top-notch, and there are no restrictions on the number of user accounts. Additionally, it provides a budget-friendly annual pricing model.
Cons
Since this software is designed for facilities, it would be highly beneficial to include a floor plan option.

“simple setup and flexible modules”
Pros
Getting started with this tool took almost no time for me which is a big plus. New users can sign in and start working with it right away without needing a lot of guidance or setup. Another thing I really like is how adaptable it is. The different modules let me adjust the software to match all kinds of needs depending on what I'm working on.
Cons
To be perfectly honest, I haven't come across any real downsides yet, it's been working smoothly and I don't have any complaints to speak of.

“all my schedules in one place”
Pros
Having everything in one place is the biggest plus for me. I can add all our sports games and practices, then look over schedule requests without bouncing around between different tools. On top of that, when I need to see what's going on for a certain day, I can pull up the calendar fast and get the whole view right away.
Cons
If I had to pick one thing that bugs me, it's definitely the request filtering, as I'd love to be able to sort by person or category so our Food Service Director doesn't have to see every single ticket.

“love the scheduling alerts”
Pros
A big advantage for me is how it warns about schedule overlaps and helps me catch calendar issues early. I also like that other schedulers can manage their own updates which reduces my workload and I've had a great experience with the support team overall.
Cons
I really don't have any major gripes and I appreciate how the team gives me a straight answer whenever I ask about a feature, if they don't have it, they're honest and pass the feedback along.

“quick setup and helpful support”
Pros
Getting started with this was really fast and I didn't need much guidance to begin using it. The support team has also been super helpful anytime I've had a question which makes a big difference. Another thing that works really well for me is the unlimited user access, since it fits a growing team without adding hassle. I also like that the yearly pricing stays fixed, so it's a lot easier to plan costs ahead of time.
Cons
One feature I'm still crossing my fingers for is a floor plan tool which would really round out the software for those of us handling facilities management.

“So much easier than the old way we used to do things!”
Pros
This software not only tracks the frequency of performed work but also records materials used and individual work hours. We can proactively schedule repairs before machines break down based on estimated part lifespans. This saves us time by allowing major work during downtime instead of disrupting production.
Cons
Any issues I've encountered were promptly handled by the customer service team, so I genuinely have no cons to mention.

“maintenance tracking that really helps”
Pros
The amount of information I can track has made a real difference for me. I can monitor job frequency, parts usage and labor hours easily and I feel this visibility helps me plan repairs ahead of time instead of dealing with unexpected breakdowns.
Cons
There isn't much for me to complain about here, mostly because the support team is so fast at resolving things whenever a question pops up.

“calendar view keeps me on track”
Pros
The calendar view has been really useful for me. It lets me spot overdue or late work orders so I do not have to go searching through the system for updates. That kind of visibility helps me stay organized and feel more in control of what needs to be handled.
Cons
It's been a bit frustrating that failed inspections don't automatically trigger a work order which means I have to go in and set those up manually every time.
