2024 FSI User Conference ~ FANTASTIC

Pros

The frequent updates in operations, functionality, and visuals within the software may seem overwhelming at times, but the effort I've put into learning it is absolutely worth it. FSI CMMS enables me to gain extensive knowledge about our client's operations, fostering a successful, solid working relationship.

Cons

FISI CMMS excels at notifying clients about software changes and updates. However, occasionally there are changes and/or updates that I may not be aware of, which is fairly common in today's rapidly advancing technological landscape.

FSI CMMS Making Facilities Management Feasible

Pros

I'm thankful for all the enhancements FSI has implemented in their CMMS, enhancing its ease of use and streamlining the process for clients to accomplish their objectives.

Cons

It currently lacks a permitting platform (Above Ceiling, ICRA, PCRA, etc).

Pros

It's easy to use and provides excellent record-keeping. The customer service records and PM by trade reports are also great.

Cons

It takes 24 hours to generate a PM, and the latest update caused the loss of existing asset numbers.

I can only view one asset at a time before needing to exit the screen and search for another; scrolling through assets one by one isn't possible.

FSI is the right choice when picking a custom maintenance software pckage

Pros

One of the standout features of FSI's CMS platform is its functionality in maintaining and tracking company assets. From tracking life expectancy to replacement costs and everything in between, there's no excuse for a company not to be prepared to replace an aging piece of equipment when the time comes.

Cons

It's hard to identify a con given the numerous pros of this product. If I had to pick one, it would be that the extensive capabilities can be intimidating for new users until they get accustomed to it.

Pros

In my opinion, FSI CMMS is essential for all healthcare departments and any entity needing to track asset maintenance and work done in their facilities on consistent schedules for compliance, decision-making, and overall efficiency.

Cons

I think the CMS tech could be more intuitive by simplifying the language for on-floor techs and offering some of the wording in other languages.
