“Diesel Repair Shop Software
Pros
The Fullbay software is fully integrated and a one-stop solution for running more efficient businesses. It's the complete package for any diesel repair shop, covering order entry, automatic VIN lookup, inventory management, real-time service order tracking, customer invoicing, and automatic integration into QuickBooks for bookkeeping.
Cons
I can't really find any drawbacks to using Fullbay.

“Great software that makes my job easier.
Pros
I like that it tracks all customer repairs and maintenance. It's easy to track invoices, whether paid or not. The biggest advantage for me is that Fullbay is tailored to the heavy-duty diesel industry. When I started this business, I spent a lot of time trying different software, and none matched what I was used to at dealerships until I discovered Fullbay. I couldn't give them my money fast enough. I will continue using this software and highly recommend it to any business, big or small.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about this software.

“Premier Service Center
Pros
The parts requests from shop technicians to the parts and service support departments.
Cons
Receiving larger parts orders is slow, as is the return process for new and used parts.

“Couldn't do without
Pros
The volume of available reports, the level of detail accessible, and the program's capabilities. Ease of integration into QuickBooks and the addition of Motor to the program.
Cons
Some larger reports take a few seconds to generate (I know, right?). Plus, it's easy to get overwhelmed by the amount of data available.

“Powerful
Pros
This software allows shops to follow a structured process for Service Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and everything in between. It ensures users complete each step in sequence before moving forward. It's adaptable, has excellent integrations, and provides superb reports for the back office. Customers and vendors can also access their portals to view reports and perform actions.
Cons
I can't think of any downsides; everything has been fantastic!

“User Friendly Garage Management Software
Pros
This software is highly intuitive for Office Employees, Technicians, and Customers alike.
Cons
They're a young company and are still making many changes. I wouldn't call this a negative since they take suggestions and implement them into the software with updates.

“Trucknation Houston
Pros
I find Fullbay to be very user-friendly. It plays a vital role in inventory management and helps me stay informed about when to restock. When it comes to invoicing customers and keeping track of their repairs, Fullbay is the perfect solution.
Cons
The only issue I can think of is the ability to delete inactive inventory items.

“Love our Fullbay!
Pros
The biggest benefit of Fullbay for us is streamlining workflow and going paperless. The ease of accessing any information I need is unparalleled!
Cons
Managing inventory and applying credits to service orders is the toughest challenge for me. An actual app for Android or Apple would be a welcome addition for my techs.

“Love the organization
Pros
Everything is consolidated in one place. It's much better than using paper files.
Cons
There are a few bugs to iron out, like minor things that don't always work for me, but these can easily be brought to Fullbay's attention.

“Excellent Support
Pros
We receive support and training from customer support members, who is absolutely fantastic. Her engagement and enthusiasm for training on this software are remarkable. I wish I could hire her away. I've been managing people for a long time, and team members like they have are rare.
Cons
It doesn't have a great function for looking up parts.

“Maintenance
Pros
Tracking maintenance is simple as long as you have it set up properly. They're always updating to improve not only their software but also the shop's business by partnering with FleetNet and other companies.
Cons
I don't like that I can't classify counter sales to a specific category. As a fleet-owned shop working on our trucks, I can't take anything from inventory for that truck unless I set up a service order.

“Very user friendly, excellent support team
Pros
I find it very easy to use, and I love the technical support team. They are easy to contact and respond very quickly.
Cons
I dislike how tedious some tasks are. There are too many steps involved in creating a service order and deleting an action item within the service order. The reports are basic, lack detailed information, and are time-consuming to manipulate once downloaded. The labor guides are also subpar.

“Not Impressed
Pros
I liked that it is web-based and can integrate with other software in addition to tracking time, inventory, and various reports.
Cons
Too expensive. Fullbay wanted to charge a lot of money to start and then more to transfer my old data from our previous program, which did 80% of what Fullbay does without monthly costs or fees. It feels like you get nickel and dimed with this software, paying to add users and for every addition, resulting in a high monthly bill compared to our other program, which cost less than $1000 for multiple computers.

“FullBay
Pros
I really like many aspects of this program. It is our main shop software. We use it for billing, inventory management, technician efficiency, and as a mobile app for our service trucks. It is easy to use and constantly upgraded. They are very responsive to suggestions.
Cons
The only complaint I have about the software is that it only transfers information to QuickBooks. I would like it to be able to transfer to Sage as well.
