“Technician-friendly access control”
Pros
how easily technicians can get into the system and that I can restrict access for newer techs, I'm also eager to test the tool's payments feature. Having used Mitchell before switching to this, I find the onboarding and overall user-friendly setup to be significantly better than Mitchell.
Cons
I've run into a drawback so far, it's tough to allocate prepayments to an invoice when the customer hasn't paid in full. I suspect a lot of this is on me and I just need to find better training or guidance to help me complete the process faster.

“Boosting shop productivity”
Pros
This has been an excellent tool for finding my most productive employees and increasing my shop's revenue. Personally, I consider it the top choice for everything from light-duty vehicles all the way up to heavy-duty equipment, including agricultural machinery
Cons
I think the accounts payable workflow of the product could use some improvements.

“Honestly a great option, not just for heavy duty / diesel repair shops”
Pros
This software benefits from being cloud-based, allowing integration with tablets and budget-friendly Chromebooks. It's amazingly easy to use, though slightly slower than a locally installed option. Multi-tiered pricing is crucial and works seamlessly here. You can also bulk upload inventory, handling up to 15,000 lines at a time.
Cons
It's not as fast as locally-installed options, particularly during initial setup and integration. Personally, I believe the benefits of having it cloud-based outweigh the lag, but that's just my opinion.

“Cloud-based inventory management”
Pros
this app is cloud-based because it lets me use tablets or inexpensive Chromebooks, I find the interface very easy though initial performance feels a bit slower than something installed locally. The multi-tiered pricing is indispensable and is implemented well here. I can also bulk upload up to 15,000 inventory lines at once
Cons
To be honest, I notice it runs slower than locally installed alternatives, at least during setup and while integrating systems, even so, I personally feel the advantages of being cloud-based outweigh that performance lag but that's just my take.

“Fast reporting and productivity”
Pros
I find the system easy to use, with fast updates and reporting, the features are set up to help our shop operate at its highest productivity levels possible.
Cons
Honestly there isn't anything I would change. It's very user-friendly and I can't think of any adjustments to make at this time.

“aligned team workflows”
Pros
Process management has become easier for me because everything sits inside one user-friendly platform that I can quickly teach to new team members.

Personally, I'd like to see more choices in the tool Marketplace instead of it offering only FinditParts.

“Efficient shop management”
Pros
For our team, this tool has been incredibly useful for managing inventory, boosting efficiency, handling invoicing and producing reports. Overall it's an excellent system that's made our operations smoother and more effective.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that when I click around the app it often opens new browser windows for different sections so before I realize it I'm juggling ten separate windows and it's tough to find my way back. I do appreciate being able to switch between views for things like reporting since that part lets me flip back and forth easily but in other areas those extra windows feel unnecessary and just add clutter.

“Customizable repair shop system”
Pros
Because it's built specifically for repair shops, we feel the developers truly understand our needs. Whenever a feature misbehaves, I find comfort knowing an update will likely resolve it eventually, it's reliable in that regard. I also appreciate how much we can customize it since different shops follow different workflows and requirements.
Cons
Being based in Canada, I can't help but notice the product seems aimed more at U.S. shops which makes sense given they're an American company. For example, Canada's varied tax rules force us to be extremely inventive to get things to work correctly and that workaround often means extra paperwork and more time consumed when billing our customers.

“QuickBooks-integrated repair management”
Pros
This tool gives management a great framework to create orders and stay on top of how the trucking repair services market is evolving which I find genuinely innovative and useful for planning. As an accountant, I really appreciate that everything is transferred into QuickBooks automatically and accurately, saving me time and reducing errors.
Cons
Overall it's a strong piece of software but I do notice a few areas where it could improve, such as occasional bugs that crop up during use. Adding more advanced search options and better update mechanisms would make workflows quicker and simpler for me.

“Comprehensive fleet and parts tracking”
Pros
We've been using this application for several years now and it fits our workflow really well. The interface feels simple and can be molded to match what we need. It provides complete parts and service support. Tracking our fleet is easy and the invoicing workflow is clear and easy to follow. Plus, our accountant is a big fan of it. It keeps daily operations running smoothly and also produces detailed reports that give better historical perspectives and help with future planning.
Cons
I honestly love almost everything about this platform. There's nothing really on my dislike list except that they don't provide mechanics or billing personnel. Having them offer on-site mechanics or billing staff would be fantastic for us. I wish they could dispatch some extra hands to help with those areas, that would make the tool even more helpful.

“Integrated repair workflow”
Pros
I really appreciate how integrated the whole system feels, everything from ordering parts and generating service orders to invoicing and actually receiving payments is handled smoothly.
Cons
For me it's frustrating that counter sales function so differently from service orders which complicates day-to-day operations.

“Fullbay Has it All”
Pros
I liked how the software tracks non-inventory parts by applying them directly to invoices. Returned items are also trackable, showing when a part was sent back and credited, which is very helpful for managing cores and other returns.
Cons
I struggled with the inventory feature of this program. I can see its potential, but it didn't suit our extensive inventory.

“Core returns tracking”
Pros
software keeps track of non-inventory parts and lets me apply them straight onto invoices. When something gets returned, it's all recorded so I can tell that the item was sent back and a credit issued. That feature is super useful for managing cores or any other parts that come back.
Cons
My experience with the Inventory section was frustrating, it didn't scale well for our needs. I can see how it would function nicely for smaller catalogs but it couldn't handle the size and complexity of our inventory which caused real issues for us.
