“Software that will get your company organized
Pros
Fullbay is effective for managing inventory, handling and recording bills, generating customer invoices, and building a custom database for your company. I started using Fullbay after the company had been using it as a primary system for about two years and was immediately impressed by the extensive database of customer info, units, and vendor info. Since everything entered into the system is remembered and organized, it's easy to search for a customer, trailer, truck, bill, or vendor and find the information you need.
Cons
The interface can be a bit overwhelming at first, with lots of different menus, but they all serve a necessary function. Also, you're dependent on an internet connection. While this works well when you have reliable internet and the cloud functionality is useful for real-time tracking, if your connection is slow or unreliable, you may need to refresh the browser app multiple times to get it to load. A standalone phone app that could run offline and sync when reconnected would likely solve this issue.

“Got my life back
Pros
Since most of my business involves mobile/onsite repairs, I appreciate how versatile the software is in that it runs on multiple platforms.
Cons
The maintenance tracking needs some improvement. It should be a little easier to see when particular services are due.

“Mandate
Pros
This software is so comprehensive that it meets all the needs of our large diesel and automotive shop. It can manage multiple shops, allowing us to move fluidly between them. It handles our special-order parts and inventory. Plus, they continuously improve it. We purchased this software in its early stages and have seen our suggestions implemented.
Cons
I was initially unhappy with the point of sale setup, but I've seen significant improvements and am looking forward to the recent changes.

“Fullbay Review
Pros
I like that you can maintain a paper trail without paper. With issues of lost inventory, this helps pinpoint who is doing what right or wrong.
Cons
If I only have a partial part number, it's no help. I would like cross-references to pull up automatically.

“Fullbay review
Pros
I find it to be quite intuitive, and I can typically rectify any errors I make without needing help.
Cons
There's no option to save notes, which would be helpful. Also, removing items like products without adding them to stock would be beneficial.

“Love My Fullbay
Pros
I really value the simplicity and adaptability of the software to suit my business needs. I can efficiently handle all tasks from my laptop, iPad, phone, and other devices. Whenever I require assistance, I can easily reach out via phone or email. The team at Fullbay is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive.
Cons
Since many of my customers' units are heavy equipment or utility trucks, it would be useful to have the option to record and track Hours instead of miles. Some tasks feel a bit clunky, but the software is always improving. An option to print an Invoice Pro-forma without having to invoice the work order first would be great.

“Small town business with big town quality and style
Pros
It transformed our Ma and Pa shop into a corporation. We can quickly see how our shop is performing and if we are profitable. Managing local business fleets has become easier. The estimates are easy to read and it's effortless to accept or deny work. The seamless upgrades are valuable because this software is focused on our industry.
Cons
Setting up inventory is quite a task. For those joining Fullbay, be thorough when adding inventory, avoid shortcuts, and carefully consider your price matrix and categories. Organizing parts like filters, hydraulic fittings, tires, and batteries will make your life easier in the long run.
