Flexible mobile repair access

Pros

Because a large portion of my work involves mobile and onsite repairs, I appreciate that the program is so flexible and works across various platforms and devices.

Cons

in my opinion the maintenance-tracking features could use work, it should be clearer and more easy for me to tell when specific services are scheduled or overdue.

Multi-location shop management

Pros

Being part of a large diesel and automotive shop, I've found this software to be incredibly comprehensive and able to handle everything our operation requires. It supports managing multiple locations and allows us to switch between shops easily which makes daily coordination so much easier. The system also keeps track of our special-order parts as well as overall inventory. What's reassuring is that the team keeps improving the product over time. We purchased it when it was still fairly early, contributed ideas and feature requests and I can honestly say we were listened to because we directly experienced the improvements.

Cons

At first I wasn't satisfied with the point-of-sale configuration but over time I've noticed substantial improvements in that area. The recent updates have already made a noticeable difference in how smoothly transactions run and I'm genuinely optimistic about the latest changes they've implemented. I look forward to seeing how the POS continues to evolve.

Paperless accountability tracking

Pros

I really appreciate that the system lets me create a paper trail without any paper, with our ongoing issues around missing inventory, this feature makes it a lot easier for me to track exactly who did what and whether actions were correct or not.

Cons

When I only have a partial part number, the search doesn't do me much good, I'd love it if cross-reference results would pop up automatically instead of me having to hunt them down.

Pros

For my business, this platform has boosted success. The work-order workflow, inventory tracking, parts purchasing, checklists and billing are all effortless. It also supports any training or system updates needed to scale the company. Truly unbelievable! Certainly excellent value and very helpful

Cons

Simple error correction

Pros

One thing I really like about it is how easy it is, it's so user-friendly that I can typically fix any mistakes I've made on my own without needing assistance.

Cons

I wish there was a field where I could jot down and save notes, that would be really helpful and I'd also like the option to delete items, such as a product, without being forced to add them to stock first.

Love My Fullbay

I really value the simplicity and adaptability of the software to suit my business needs. I can efficiently handle all tasks from my laptop, iPad, phone, and other devices. Whenever I require assistance, I can easily reach out via phone or email. The team at Fullbay is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive.

Cons

Since many of my customers' units are heavy equipment or utility trucks, it would be useful to have the option to record and track Hours instead of miles. Some tasks feel a bit clunky, but the software is always improving. An option to print an Invoice Pro-forma without having to invoice the work order first would be great.

It transformed our Ma and Pa shop into a corporation. We can quickly see how our shop is performing and if we are profitable. Managing local business fleets has become easier. The estimates are easy to read and it's effortless to accept or deny work. The seamless upgrades are valuable because this software is focused on our industry.

Cons

Setting up inventory is quite a task. For those joining Fullbay, be thorough when adding inventory, avoid shortcuts, and carefully consider your price matrix and categories. Organizing parts like filters, hydraulic fittings, tires, and batteries will make your life easier in the long run.

Pros

It's an online software, great for mobile technicians, and it's user-friendly.

Cons

Tracking technician time involves too many steps. We would like to see how much time each tech has on an action item, even with multiple techs on each step, just by looking at a Service Order.

Spend less time in the office

Pros

Fullbay has significantly reduced my office time. It dropped even more when I switched to QuickBooks online. The data transfer from Fullbay to QuickBooks is instant. There are no more paper time cards to review and calculate. The service process is streamlined, and invoicing is not a problem anymore. Overall, this product has been a 10 out of 10 for my business. Also, the support staff is amazing.

Cons

My only complaint is that the main screen doesn't show part location when looking for an inventory part. It shows cost and sell prices, but I'd prefer to see part location instead. Being a small shop without a parts manager, my mechanics pull and bill their parts. I would like the cost and sell prices removed from the inventory screen in favor of part location.
