“service tracking done right”
Pros
Managing equipment records has improved a lot for me with this software. I can quickly update equipment details, track which units need service and review maintenance history whenever I want. Before this, I relied on spreadsheets which often led to mistakes. Now, everything updates properly and I can trust the information more.
Cons
It would be even more helpful if there were an automated notification feature for things like upcoming service due dates.

“organized compliance and flawless tracking”
Pros
During a vendor audit for FDA compliance, I was impressed by how well-prepared everything was. Their documentation and quality systems were very organized and they passed without issues which gave me confidence in using them. Since then, I've been using it for maintenance tracking and the results have been consistently reliable.
Cons
One thing that could make it even better would be offering more modules especially for features like a full-scale Quality Management System. That said for a company our size, the calibration, validation and maintenance tracking capabilities are enough for what we need right now.
