All-in-one tool but feels overly complicated

Pros

With Act-On, you can manage just about everything, from organizing contact lists and automating email campaigns to storing files and building landing pages. They also do a great job keeping things current. I really appreciate the analytics that show which email opens are from real people versus automated systems.

Cons

Nothing feels truly simple as every task seems to be just a step or two more complicated than it should be. While the landing page builder uses a simple drag and drop system, the final results often look dated as if they were made ten years ago. Even though they are trying to modernize by showing real email engagement, the data is not very useful because I cannot see exactly who clicked on a specific link in my email.
