Some entries aren't alphabetized, and an amenities tab would be useful for items like trash cans, hand dryers, and light fixtures. Also, the software seems geared towards street legal vehicles, whereas we have various types like scissor lifts and forklifts that need to be accommodated.

I'm currently exploring adding a separate calendar for our wine line, aside from our sparkling line. I'm still reviewing the information provided to see if this is feasible! Perhaps the request for a review could be sent after HIPPO's IT team assists the client, as I feel rushed filling this out without fully reviewing the information. But that could just be my issue! A true cycle count feature for parts is crucial for our operations. It's essential to verify inventory accuracy through random weekly checks. Also, technicians should search for parts by part number rather than part name, as it's more efficient and aligns with manual references for machine parts.

A rich tool that's keeps getting better and better

Hippo is relatively easy to set up and operate, making it simple to introduce to new users. The recurring and scheduled work orders are particularly useful for preventive maintenance tasks. The recent mobile app release has made Hippo even more accessible on the go, which is crucial for our organization. While I likethe database query tool, I wish there was an option to duplicate queries. The customer service is exceptional and unmatched!

Cons

One of the main challenges we face with Hippo is locating newly opened work orders. It would be beneficial to have a dedicated queue for new work orders awaiting assignment, rather than searching through all active orders. The mobile app has improved the search function, but it requires re-entering search criteria for each navigation. Additionally, customizable field layouts for work orders would be a significant enhancement, allowing us to tailor fields and requirements to our specific needs.
