Pros

As I mentioned in the title, I've been using Hippo CMMS for four weeks now. I'm eager to see how my opinion evolves a year from now! I'm excited about the system's potential once I have fully implemented it.

Cons

It's early days, but I'm enthusiastic about learning more.

Pros

How to integrate parks and Hippo

Pros

It's simple to use, without any complex codes or confusing terminology.

Cons

There are some important features missing, such as specifying fuel types for vehicles (gas, diesel, propane, etc.) and the ability to transfer vehicles within the program.

Extremely user-friendly, with a supportive staff who listen to suggestions and continuously improve the platform.

Cons

Is it possible to print the KPI page? Aside from this, I prefer Hippo over other CMMS I've used.

It serves as an efficient ticketing system, accessible via web browser with email notifications. Its versatility across our facility and commitment to ongoing improvements are impressive.

Cons

Our departments are set up as facilities. I'd like to have visibility into work order requests' statuses across different facilities. It would also be beneficial to require a reason when rejecting or deleting a request and to have drag-and-drop functionality for assignments.

colors are similar and hard to see.

Pros

It's functional; I've been waiting for this change for seven years.

Cons

In the demand work order section, the colors for submitted (light green) and in progress (light blue) are too similar, making it difficult to distinguish between them.

Super easy but also robust

Pros

I love how minimal the learning curve is. I can limit each user's capabilities initially and adjust as they become more proficient. I always encourage new users to explore without fear of making mistakes, fostering confidence and curiosity, which ultimately improves data quality.

Cons

The inventory management is excellent for tracking usage and prompting replenishment. However, I would likeadditional features such as viewing replenishment history, reporting on parts usage across work orders, and identifying items below minimum stock levels.

Unlimited users and floor plans, calendar functionality, compatible with both Windows and mobile platforms (previously used an older version).

Cons

Regarding reporting, I'd like more flexibility to customize fields and toggle required fields on and off. Many fields in the work order submission lack dropdowns for options like "Requested by" and email, which should ideally link to user profiles with relevant information. Additionally, the default days to complete a work order setting doesn't seem to adjust properly.

Implementing it into the facility was incredibly simple and user-friendly.

Cons

Sometimes, entering data lacks dropdown menus in certain fields, and navigating back and forth within tasks can be time-consuming. For instance, adding equipment would be more efficient with dropdowns for all fields, especially for a new facility like ours that adds new items daily.

Great CMMS!

Pros

I really love how easy it was to set up and manage. My employees have embraced it wholeheartedly. The software's intuitiveness is impressive assets, locations, PMs, everything integrates seamlessly during setup. The support is outstanding, keeping us informed about all developments.

Cons

The only issue I have is the absence of a mobile app, but I've seen the mock-up for the upcoming app, and it looks promising.
