The customer portal is the sole means to contact a service representative, but the old chat method allowed filling in all details before redirecting to the support portal. If our regional rep is away, we have to wait until they return, without any backup coverage. Customer service has declined since the buyout. Also, the Google SSO icon appears inactive but is actually clickable.

We struggle most with modules like adding resources to work orders. While the system allows adding another technician or resource, there's limited space to note what the original resource accomplished before assigning another. This can lead to confusion when responsibilities change. Adding inventory is also time-consuming; we're considering using barcoding to streamline this process.
