Having the support team readily available to resolve issues is extremely helpful when I'm stuck. Real-time updates are crucial for tracking staff performance and ensuring they meet expectations.
Cons
Some functions seem to overlap. When I add a job order to the calendar, it doesn't automatically update in the planner, even if it used a different color to indicate it's not confirmed.

From my experience, the software excels in ease of use, controlling maintenance tasks and fault management, mobile app access, and simplifying fault reporting.
Cons
I haven't noticed many drawbacks, but I occasionally miss the ability to perform filter searches in some submenus, create a standard layout for monthly reports, and set alerts for malfunctions that have been paused for too long.

The ongoing interconnectivity with other maintenance and hotel operation software will make Infraspeak a highly powerful tool once completed.
