Cons

Having the support team readily available to resolve issues is extremely helpful when I'm stuck. Real-time updates are crucial for tracking staff performance and ensuring they meet expectations.

Cons

Some functions seem to overlap. When I add a job order to the calendar, it doesn't automatically update in the planner, even if it used a different color to indicate it's not confirmed.

Infraspeak is incredibly simple to use, from the reporter to the technician or administrator. We manage all corrective, preventive (internal and external teams), and stock tasks on one platform, which is fantastic. The reports and analysis tools provided by Infraspeak are also top-notch.
