It's very Simple to use, and the free trial period convinced me to adopt this system. Being able to test all features beforehand proved this product was right for us.
Cons

Effortless scheduling and excellent customer storage; I love the unscheduled column.
Cons
When checking if a customer is in the database, I wish I could easily transfer the info by clicking "add new." It should be simpler to schedule callbacks without requiring an invoice. Also, I wish the app showed colors for the team without needing constant refreshes.

I like the autopay/card on file feature and the client hub. The schedule works well too.
Cons
I can't just close a job after submitting an invoice; I have to reopen the job list to close it. Some aspects could be improved to make this more intuitive. I don't like that I can't set a specific insight range and that it doesn't allow me to pay employees per job, which is crucial for me. Payouts take longer compared to other programs using Stripe.

One downside is having to scroll down to find a job or quote. It would be more convenient if jobs were organized into tabs like "waiting to be signed," "signed," "scheduled," "invoiced," etc.

I've had terrible experiences with customer service. They held over $30K in invoices for more than nine business days. Daily calls to customer service for over two hours yielded no response, no escalation options, and halted work.

Their support is terrible. It takes days or up to a week to reach someone, who usually forwards you to another person who doesn't know what they're doing. It feels like teenagers run the company.

Reviews indicated Jobber was great, but it has been a nightmare. I just spoke with a skeleton crew of two employees on a Sunday who said they couldn't help because risk/safety is off on weekends. It's a perfect target for hackers since no one is available to stop them.
Cons
My account was hacked on a Saturday. I've been calling Jobber support all weekend, and they said it might take until Thursday for someone to contact me. This gives the hacker full access to my business. They removed my bank information and added their debit card, removed my employees and schedules. Jobber can't help for up to five days after a data breach affecting over 1500 customers.
