“Shot down payment
Pros
It's incredibly easy to set up and navigate.
Cons
They stopped our payment option. Two weeks have passed and it is still not fixed. We lost thousands of dollars right before Christmas.

“Perfect for a Service Company
Pros
We started Preservan, a rot repair franchise, and launched it with Jobber. They've played a crucial role in our success. It's Simple to use and can be taught in an hour. We manage all franchises through one platform.
Cons
The progress invoice feature could use additional capabilities like showing job balances with paid invoices, but it's not a major issue.

“Run away, don't walk. If you get in, you will be TRAPPED there.
Pros
I like the reminders and automatic follow-ups. It's great for notifying customers that I'm on the way and for getting directions to their homes.
Cons
Overall, a bad experience. I feel stuck because I have so much in their system and don't have the time or energy to move it all over. They have finally pushed me over the edge though, and I'm working on getting it all moved out... slowly. I can't rely on scheduling notifications. The "Policies" regarding payments, disputes, and their handling of third-party vendors is disgraceful. I have almost lost my company THREE TIMES because of them messing with my money. When I call, it's not their fault, and they do NOTHING to fix or help in any way.

“Jobber is Expensive for Small businesses
Pros
I really liked the features offered and how user-friendly they were.
Cons
I didn't like how costly the program was for having employees use the software who didn't need much. I needed employees to clock in and see their schedule, nothing more. It would have been nice not to charge for view-only functions and clocking in and out.

“A decently priced and user friendly platform.
Pros
Using Jobber, I enjoy many aspects. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate while maintaining a simple yet attractive design. I like how all the different features and sections are easy to locate and well-organized. They provide several essential tools for business management. Their customer service is extremely friendly and helpful.

“Great concept but poor execution!
Pros
The sales pitch was great, but unfortunately, the delivery was poor.
Cons
Optimized routing does not function as intended. Job forms you create cannot even be viewed from the active job/visit you're on.

“Could be fantastic, but lacks features in quoting/estimating and as communication hub.
Pros
It's a very good app except for the basic quoting/estimating, job scheduling, and customer communication capabilities. Jobber works smoothly without glitches on both browser and app, with a clean look that isn't too distracting. However, these issues make me constantly search for alternatives. If they improve these three areas, the software would be perfect. I don't see that happening soon since the focus seems to be on integrating expensive third-party apps that don't benefit small businesses.
Cons
The scheduling function is good but could be much better if they allowed for other schedule types that aren't one-time or on a simple recurring schedule. For landscaping, we have visits under one contract that are weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, twice yearly, etc. Usually, between 45-60 visits are included in a single quote. But because they don't all fit into a neat recurring schedule, I include the highest frequency regular visits like 28 weekly mows, then have to create all the remaining visits one by one!!! It's the most frustrating thing ever! So much work and it takes so long! It's one of the absolute WORST things about scheduling. There are workarounds, of course, but then my jobs are not associated with the quotes that were approved, so all this information is spread out on 8 different jobs, but the deposit and totals are only associated with one quote. It is incredibly frustrating when I have to invoice later or try to get accurate job costing because I have to write everything down or go back and forth between jobs and associate the labor and materials to the approved job that has the actual total and I just gave up. It should not be this hard. Also, for any Jobber people reading this, PLEASE allow BULK DELETION of JOBS. It's too many clicks into a job, then you have to click back to the top of the job list page to search for the next one. It should be a button on each job in the list or the ability to filter and bulk delete.

“Great software
Pros
Its functionality and intuitive interface.
Cons
Needs to have more job costing built-in or a product/service catalog for ease of quoting and also need to change route optimization to be able to set certain days/team members. Also, the drag-and-drop feature NEEDS to be implemented into route optimization. Route optimization is honestly a pain to use right now for a lawn service business.
