“simple setup and great features”
Pros
I liked how simple this tool felt to use and how naturally it fit into the way I already work. Getting to the features I need is direct and it doesn't strip out anything important. For me, it strikes a good balance between convenience and useful functionality without feeling limited.
Cons
One thing that does bug me now and then is the speed. Most of the time it's fine but every so often images or files take a little longer to show up than I want. It's not constant though in those moments it can be pretty annoying.

“Detailed PMs that save time”
Pros
Creating PMs with detailed instructions has worked really well especially when I need to update multiple ones at once. I also appreciate being able to keep things simple for smaller jobs which adds flexibility.
Cons
I've had the app lag a bit or randomly refresh which can break up the flow a little. Most of the time though, it seems to happen when my signal drops so for me it feels more like a connection issue than a problem with the app itself.

“loving the convenient layout”
Pros
The interface feels really natural which has been a huge help as we build our Preventive Maintenance program from scratch. Moving the maintenance crew out of pen-and-paper tracking could have been overwhelming but the setup made the transition much smoother. It's been great for building a real-time inventory and keeping assets in order without extra hassle. Overall organizing and updating everything has become much easier.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real issues with it so far. We're still in the process of moving over from ManagerPlus and I can already tell the difference. This one fits what we need a lot better and the whole switch has felt much more positive on my end.

Pros
I felt comfortable using the tool because everything just clicks for me. The icons are clear and helpful making navigation feel natural and I can get work done without confusion or delays.
Cons
I've noticed a little delay but it hasn't turned into a big issue for me. Some parts of the interface could be arranged in a better way though. The asset and child asset section also feels a little awkward at times and I'd like to see that cleaned up a bit.

Pros
This tool has really helped me stay on top of scheduled upkeep and unexpected repairs. Seeing what's finished and what still needs attention keeps me organized and in control.
Cons
The one area where I'd love to see more is the map side of it. I think adding 3D building layers would make a big difference for me and give a much clearer picture of the space.

Cons

Pros
The platform gives our team plenty of ways to stay on top of things, from tracking and reporting to keeping processes clear for both users and requesters. Everything feels well organized and the support resources, dedicated reps, webinars, tutorials, training and a user community, have been extremely helpful. After 12 years in this industry trying more tools than I can count, this is honestly the most complete and useful system I've worked with. It keeps my operation running smoothly.
Cons
I haven't had any real issues with this tool. It covers everything I need in a maintenance management system.

Pros
One of the biggest wins is how fast I can see where work stands, from tasks close to done to those not started. The asset tracking is clear and almost any team member can pick it up quickly. Having a CSM like T. Verga has been invaluable whenever something isn't clear or a small glitch pops up.
Cons
So far, the only issue I've had is getting some of my more seasoned staff to remember to sign in regularly and carry their tablets with them while they're working on a job.

I've also really appreciated how responsive the support team has been. Jumping on chat and getting fast answers saves a lot of time and keeps me moving without interruptions.
Cons
The main problem for me is the video pace. A lot of the mouse moves and clicks happen really fast so I end up stopping and replaying parts just to follow along and see what was done.

This platform works for a wide range of needs which is a big plus. The people behind it have been helpful, real and supportive making setup and daily use much easier. The team feels like a true partner instead of just a vendor. Our customer success manager, Ciro, has been fantastic, sending follow-ups, notes and next steps which keeps everything organized and nothing falling through the cracks.
Cons
There are still a few things I'd want improved. I'd like more control over the interface so I can make it match our branding a little better. Having additional fields for formulas and calculations would also give me more room to tailor the platform to our needs. The other downside for me is the cost since it feels a bit high.

Getting started felt very natural. The layout is simple, the reporting tools are useful and everything was ready to go without extra setup, saving me time and hassle.
Cons
My only real regret is that I didn't switch to it sooner instead of going with Fluke X5 first. Looking back, I feel like we probably lost a whole year spending time on the other option.

Overall using this tool has been easy and convenient to learn. Any questions I had were handled quickly and competently by the support team which made the experience much smoother and more enjoyable.
Cons
The biggest challenge for me was getting it connected with our old CMMS. That part took more time and work than I expected but honestly, most of that came from how messy and complicated our previous system was. The problem wasn't really this tool, just the migration from the older setup.

one thing that really clicked for me was having a dedicated CSM during onboarding. That made the whole rollout feel a lot less stressful. The setup was laid out in small, simple steps so I never felt lost trying to get everything going. They also paired us with Tony Verga, who's from Wisconsin and that personal touch meant a lot. I really can't say enough good things about Tony and his team. They helped train my users in a way that felt clear and practical and because of that, my team felt ready to use the system with no hesitation once we went live. We were up and running only a month after signing which honestly impressed me. If I had to pick the top things I liked most, I'd go with usability, responsive support and the number of tools packed into the platform.
Cons
The main issue for me is that cycle counts sit behind an added charge. It's a little frustrating but I've been able to work around it by entering the counts manually after creating the inventory list and finishing the count.

Both the phone app and the desktop version work really well and the whole experience has felt great from the start. I've been genuinely impressed with how well everything runs and how much better it feels to use day to day.
Cons
Before switching to this, we were using a company called its and that setup felt really confusing and hard to use. Compared to that, this has been much better and more comfortable overall.
